We love to stay at the hamptons because of their cleanliness most of all. Always a comfy bed. Clean duvets rate very high with us. Can't stand using blankets that have been used by others. Customer Service is great and friendly. The overall place is well maintained and well kept. Parking is decent, but can be tough when it's really crowded. It's conveniently located next to the freeway and surrounded but plenty of food. Plus the free breakfast and internet is a plus. We had a nice hotel room except for the weird comforter. It had a lumpy look to it as soon as you walked into the room. When you got under the covers, you could feel the uneven filling in the comforter. I called down to the registration and was told these are new comforters and they are all like this. The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. My neighbor left his cigarette laden ashtray outside my window. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Kimberly had hot chocolate packets and extra coffee for us in our room. The hotel was walking distance to fast food and a shopping mini strip with multi choices of food. The gas station next door had the cheapest gas prices. We loved the indoor pool and gym room.
