staff was very friendly... only issues i had was in one of the rooms i booked, the hair dryer did not work... the air conditioner in the other room did not cool very well

We stay at this hotel often throughout the year, and it always proves to be a great place to stay after a long day. The front desk is always helpful and polite, the rooms standard and clean, the beds fairly comfortable. I rarely eat the breakfast as there's a Dunkin Donuts and Chick-fil-A right beside it. There are occaisonally odd people (that shouldn't […] be there-- once a group of drunk men, once a homeless woman) around the hotel, but the staff has always remedied the issues quickly and we've never been concerned. I mean, it is practically in Atlanta so the random people are somewhat expected, but I've only seen them twice in the 8 or 9 times we've stayed there. Overall a VERY nice stay and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The only downside of the surrounding area is that the closest nice sit-down restaurants are a good 10 drive. it was recommended that i stay in Fairburn for convenience sake. i am not familiar with the area, but needed to get to Union City and Peachtree City. it was awkward getting to the hotel, but once inside i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, the room to be clean and comfortable, and the overall experience to be good. Parking was an issue […] when arriving late at night because the truckers would take a large swath of parking for their rigs. but other than that, it was a fine place to stay for a couple nights. and the woman who prepares the breakfast is really lovely. say Hi if you stay here. We have stayed at this hotel before and have always enjoyed our stay. Its always clean and a great location. The only complaint i have is the pillows are too soft. They need to offer two firm with the two soft. Wish their were more choices for dining in the area. Only fast food around the hotel.

Have stayed here several times. Staff is always helpful and room is always clean and comfortable. Good breakfast that is free with stay. Would recommend.

The Hotel itself was very nice, breakfast was AMAZING, and the overall price was good but I had two major problems. 1 The Hotel is right next to the Purina Dog Food Factory and at times the smell outside and even in our room was awful. 2 They use very low quality down type blankets on their beds. When the bed is made it looks like dirty sheets and […] socks are pilled in lumps under the covers. The fluff has migrated out of the stiched boxes resulting in piles of fluff in one box, and no fluff in others. I asked the staff for different blankets and they told me that all of them were like that. I didn't believe her at first but then I looked at the pictures on this site of the beds and these pics do show some of the funny lumps and bumps I am talking about, but very midly of course. I should have took a pic of my rooms made up beds to show how it looked. WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION. THIS LOCATION WAS NEAR THE PLACES WE WERE SCHEDULED TO VISIT. THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO CLIENTS AND THEIR NEEDS. This Hampton Inn is just as good as any other Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was very friendly, greeting us with complimentary beer. The room was clean and comfy. Good breakfast bar, and nice parking lot. Will go again!

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for the first time. Needless to say I was very pleased. To start I arrived early. Then my plans had changed slightly and instead of a king bed I needed a double bed! The staff was very professional and helpful. I was able to get a room when I arrived and As soon as she received a cancellation she notified me immediately […] that she had an opening for a double bed. The room was clean,and the beds were comfortable. The rooms have a flat screen TV, microwave, and fridge in them! Resturants are within walking distance. A hot breakfast was served. We had waffles, cheese omlet, and sausage.Not to mention you could have cereal, muffins etc. I arrived late to the breakfast and the sausage was out. The clerk working was overwhelmed to say the least. She stopped and politely let me know that she had some coming out. And I hadn't notice her bring them out but she put a couple of pieces on a plate and brought them to me! For what I paid. I felt that I got my money's worth and then some. There is only one thing I would ask for that was not in my accomodations, and that would be an easy chair. Otherwise, this hotel was outstanding in every respect, from the check-in the the room to the breakfast to the check out.
