Staff were great (friendly and helpful), room somewhat OK, it could be better for the price, Internet did not get to the room in fast speed had to go down to first floor. Room had a little smell but once the A/C came up it went away,

Well, they have a 4 star sign on their front door but I give a 2.5 star to them! The rooms are not as clean as they are shown in the pictures! The rooms are not as beautiful and the windows are sealed! We went to the front desk and ask them to open the windows for us and let a little bit of fresh air to come in and they said it's impossible!!! We were not thrilled about the location of the hotel - i.e. was next to a highway and overpass, but the staff and the service made up. After all the service ratings / reviews was one reason we chose the hotel and we were not disappointed. Looks like it catered to a fair amount of business crowd as well. We loved Quebec and plan to visit multiple times. A when we do, the Grand Times will our top hotel choice for sure. I don't see how this hotel gets such a good star rating. Nothing is really wrong with it, but then again nothing is really great about it either. There is no staff to help you with your luggage when you first arrive so you have to take the luggage cart, load it, head up to your room and unload it yourself. We asked for a crib for the baby and it came […] at an additional cost of 10$ which is reasonable. Except they set up the play pen in our room and it had no sheets or blanket! Thankfully we had our own. The continental breakfast has a fair amount of choices, but don't expect anything more exciting than toast (a good variety of breads), cereal, hard boiled eggs, cheddar and cream cheese and some fruit. When we arrived past 5:00 o'clock p.m., we had to wait in the lobby five minutes for the cleaning crew to inspect the room. The room we were given on the main floor stank of cat's or dog's urine. very comfortable rooms, staff was friendly..location a bit far from old city but easy access to auto route. the breakfast certainly needs to be improved.

People at the dest are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Nice breakfast. Nice hotel over all. Close to stores and has good view from the top. I'd come back here... Very good experiance.

Great hotel! Nice, clean, comfortable and modern rooms. The front desk agent - Heinrick (?) - was friendly and accomodating.

I would never go back there it was so dirty I had to switch rooms once and the room I got was even more dirty. Bed was uncleaned.

Pretty clean and functional room. Location is a negative. Close to no attraction. It's OK if you're driving.

Had a great experience at this hotel, clean, newly design, Wish they had coffee machines in the rooms instead of having to go to the breakfast counter each morning.

It was difficult to converse with the hotel staff because few of them spoke english. This was also true of the restaurants in the area!! I do not plan on ever returning to Quebec!!

The hotel room, staff personnel and breakfast was excellent. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Grand Times Hotel Quebec City Airport, points positif : confort de la chambre et propeté Points négatifs: bruit de la soufflerie du chauffage. bruits de la soufflerie dans le passage, grille de soufflerie direct sur la chambre 410 et 408. points faibles sont ; manque de crochets dans la chambre (salle de bain) et le déjeuner continental style buffet qui devrait avoir quelques choix chaud.

Super propre, grands lits, grande chambre,belle piscine nous avons bien déjeuner. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans un endroit magnifique

Des chambres sans tapis seraient appréciées même si le tapis ne date pas de longtemps, ce n'est jamais aussi hygiénique que les autres revêtements de sol. Aussi, j'ai trouvé que le déjeuner compris semblait convenable mais à 10h exactement, les employés s'affairaient à enlever pains, café, etc. Je suis consciente que vous devez mettre un délai mais […] surtout au Jour de l'An, une petite exception aurait sûrement plu à plusieurs. Les gens arrivaient, même quelques minutes avant et ils ne restaient plus rien pour se mettre sous la dent. On ne s'attend pas à un festin mais un muffin, fruits et café, c'est apprécié. Hotel tres facile d'accès, tranquille, acceuil chaleureux, dejeuner suffisant et assez de choix meme pour les enfants. Je n'hesiterai pas à revenir

Accessible de l'aéroport mais la navette n'est pas gratuite. C'est plus avantageux de prendre un taxi. En ce qui concerne du confort et de l'accueil de l'hotel, tout est parfait. Ce fût un excellent transit.

Probablement le meilleur hotel à proximité de l'aéroport. Belle chambre, très propre, bref excellent rapport qualité/prix. Autour ce n'est que des motels déguisés en hotel et pour à peu près le même prix. Plusieurs éléments nous ont agacé lors de notre séjour : la chambre était très épurée (pas de frigo, ni de micro-ondes), la piscine est minuscule et ne contenir que 10 personnes à la fois (pour un hôtel de 111 chambres), en arrivant dans le hall il y avait un fort parfum qui se répandait jusque dans la chambre avec pour résultat une irritation allergique, […] la fiche de l'hôtel mentionne que l'âge minimum des clients est de 18 ans (ne pensez surtout pas qu'il est réservé aux adultes), les enfants sont très présents dans l'hôtel mais il faut avoir 18 ans pour réserver une chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très acceptable pour un déjeuner continental avec ses fruits, pains et oeufs durs. Ďalšie informácie

Service rapide pour le prise de la chambre et au départ aussi. Personnel acceuillant. Petit déjeuner le matin un peu désorganisé.

Très satisfait. Le ptit déj. était bien mais il faut éviter d'arriver à la dernière minute.La chambre confortable mais un peu étroite, les lits sont confortables, Silencieux.
