The location is a short walk from the InterContinental. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and public spaces were clean and generally well-maintained. Internet was free and fast. Overall a very good value.

The location is quite convenient with tube and city center nearby. The staff was very helpful and professional. The first room I got was very dark with only 2 very small windows facing a wall. I asked to change room and got another one, much better, with a nice view. Breakfast is great.

The hotel is located central in the city and easy to get to with a GPS, ours took us right to the hotel with no issues from the Airport. Only issue with the hotel is no parking, you have to find a spot on the road. Besides the parking the hotel was excellent all around. Juices, milk, hot tea, coffee and water included on the drink side. Cereal, hot and cold meats, yogurts, eggs, toast and more included on the food side. Finally, the reception desk was a huge help with any travel questions we had. The best hotel we have stayed at overall in the past year and a half while traveling around Europe in over 11 countries. We loved our stay at the K+K Elisabeta hotel. The bedsheets were soft, the bed was just right. The staff was really freindly and well spoken. The rooms & bathroom was clean and modern. Everything was were well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. When we go again to Bucharest, we'll make sure that we stay at the same hotel.

I chose this hotel because it said it included a parking lot in the hotel (others said at a short distance) and when we arrived it turned out they have no parking and they just recommend you to park your car on the street right under a "No parking" sign.

Spent the first two nights of a10 day stay in Romania at the Elisabeta. It was the best hotel of the whole trip. The location is perfectly central- right off the central square -Piata Unirii. They organized us a private tour with a driver -to get an overview of the city- which was cheaper and much more interesting than the normal commercially run tours. I did not like, however, the manner in which my room was switched. I was originally booked for room 228 and was switched at check-in to 304 (304 a smaller room). The staff explained that this was a buisness hotel and was extremely busy with bussiness people on the dates of my second stay. I was paying the same amount as th bussiness man so why change me? I was dissapointed in this but it did not detract from my overall outstanding experience at the hotel. The breakfast was included and was great. Everything I wanted was on the bar or cooked for me if I asked. Diana, one of the yong ladies who attends the breakfast area, was fantastic. I would go back to this hotel for nothing else that to see here smile and enjoy her great personallity. She was outstanding and definitely brought great credit upon the hotel. I was very pleased with this hotel! Yes, there were a few MINOR issues...all of which they were willing to address immediately. I am very hot natured, so the AC is never cold enough in European hotels for me. Also, the shower leaked from the base and got the carpet a little wet. The internet was a little slow. The more numerous positives include a very clean and fresh room, the price was a good value, it was within walking distance to the old city, the Parliament Building, and a nice mall, and they had a nice breakfast buffet. But where this hotel beats all others is in the quality of their staff!!! They had the nicest and most helpful staff of anywhere I have ever stayed....EVER! They arranged airport pickup and dropoff, ordered and delivered takeout to the room, arranged an inexpensive tour to Vlad's tomb in Snagov, called taxis whenever I needed, assisted in getting me driving directions, arranged a rental car to be dropped off at the hotel, passed messages rapidly, and all desk staff spoke English. They seemed to enjoy my history and cultural questions and took time to answer them in great detail. It is a very friendly hotel where the staff make you feel at home and seem to really care about the quality of your stay. If I go back to Romania, I will definitely stay with them again. The standard rooms are VERY small, they had no AC since they were in transition time (which means neither winter nor summer).
