Big room and very comfortable bed and a great staff. Very clean and new! Complimentary breakfast was a real one with eggs, bacon, potatoes,etc!

I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice and the staff was great. It was located in an area that has mostly corporate offices surrounding it which was nice because you didnt have to worry to much about the neigborhood it was in. The hotel was everything it promised. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great.

Me, my wife and our three little children (4 y 3 y and 7 m), stayed here for 2 nights. We supposed to stay only for one night, but our flight to Amsterdam was cancelled. They were really supportive and very kind to us. It did not matter how many times we needed a pick-up from DFW...call them and they will be there within 15 minutes! the suttlebus and […] the internet are totaly free of charge!! This is a great hotel to spend time...Also the pool was great and they even have a nice hot hottube..very relaxing after a day off finding out how tho get home. I have stayed at this hotel a few times throughout the year, so I was a little surprised to have ran into the problems that I did within a 24hr period. However, I am not going to discuss the multiple minor issues that took place, but i will say that the staff on that evening and the morning shift that weekend promptly fixed the problem. Very nice hotel only 4 years old

We were very pleased with our stay, even though our AC broke early in the night. The staff was very apologetic and quickly moved us to a room across the hallway. Breakfast was a pleasant suprise, not your typical continental. Overall a very nice stay.

Only negative was the indoor pool was way too cold other than that the hotel was perfect!

I always judge a hotel by whether or not I feel comfortable walking in the room without my flip flops on...this room was GREAT! Not only were the carpets immaculate, there were a lot of pillows and they were fluffy! Great stay...will definitely come back.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel except the bugs. The first morning I woke up to find a rather large bug in bed with me. This was a first in 20+ years of traveling. What prompted me to call the desk was when I started working at the desk, a spider crawled up the lamp shade. What struck me as odd though is that when I addressed it with the front desk, […] they brushed it off as not a big deal and offered to switch rooms or spray the existing room. I opted for the spraying. When I returned to the room that evening, it was appartent that the room had been sprayed however no one from the hotel followed up on this. This was a very nice hotel. We only stay at hotels by Marriott and haven't found one yet that we have not been impressed with. They are all very nice, roomy and definitely worth the price.
