Really conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, simple and fresh breakfast - frequently replenished. Rooms were small and compact, but had everything that was needed (hot showers, warm room, kettle, hairdryer upon request/with a deposit). Very OK for just staying one night. Arrived late, that was no problem just called hotel desk in advance, small but clean room, ideal for staying one cheap night. For longer stays it might be a bit small. Close to railway station.

Clean and nice hotel with great location close to city center and main railway station. Not very special, but if u wanna hotel room for reasonable price for few nights from Copenhagen this is the place. The room is quite small though

This hotel is centrally located and is clean and fairly comfortable. The rooms are small and the only inconvience is the shower bring so small (in the toilet area). The hotel was O.K. but the price charged by Hotels.Com was excesive and will point me toward another agency next time around.

I've been to Copenhagen three times and stayed here each time, not because it is a luxurious hotel but because I think you can't beat it for the price. It is extemely convenient to the central train station which takes you to the airport, as well as other parts of Copenhagen or further afield in Denmark. The breakfast (additional cost) is nice. Be warned […] however that the rooms are very small by American standards. The restroom in particular is very small ,no larger than a shower stall, to keep with the shipboard theme. So, if you are looking for a low-cost option that is clean and convenient to all the attractions, this is a good bet. The CabInn in Copenhagen, near the train station, is ideal for visitors to the city. It is a short walk to the train station, as well as the center city. As expected the rooms were tiny, but they have everything one needs.

Was pleasantly surprised after reading other guests reviews regarding size. I my room you could sleep 3 people, which would be uncomfortable. One or two is good due to the central location in Copenhagen and the great price.

Price is good for copenhagen. Room very small but well designed, so it works OK except for storage space. Front desk staff pretty disinterested, but since the place is like a railway station you can understand their lack of enthusiasm or cordiality. A bar would have been nice, and/or a coffeeshop. I don't like drinking/eating in the lobby.

Room is exactly how it is described, it is small but if you know that going into it, it should not be a suprise. It was clean and perfectly located.

Just about everything I've read in the other reviews here (the good and the not so good) is pretty much true, except that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and since the weather was very cool (if not cold) for August, I had no problem with room temperature. The location, while being on the "other side" of the train station from where everything […] you want to see is located, is still a very short convenient walk from the station, Tivoli, main town square, shopping, etc. Yes, ALL the rooms are small (I had a the midsize small version), but as a solo traveler who was there for the city experience, and not hotel pleasures, I was comfortable in my "cabin" and would have preferred to stay in the even smaller room if I could to save $$$ (or DKK). I think the design of the phone booth sized bathroom was brilliant! Everything you need in less than a square meter and one or two control knobs. Free Internet and a fair priced (for Copenhagen) breakfast (60 DKK) added still more value for the budget conscious traveler. The guests profile ranged from the entrepreneur suited businessman to middle aged Irish tour group to "notch above" backpacker - all of which added to my fun impression. If you must have the size of traditional hotel room, this is not the place for you. We expected small rooms and basic accommodation although the rooms were teeeeeny! However, we didn't expect to find pubic hair in the wash basin. The reception staff were able to muster a series of grunts but little else. The cleaner even opened our door without a knock (while we were dressing) but didn't manage an apology!

Hotel very close to central train station, helpful front desk staff, small but clean comfortable room.

Location and cost are the main reasons for staying at this hotel. In addition, despite being small and a littel sterile, the rooms are clean and modern. Perfect for anyone looking for an easy overnight stay.

Good service. the room is what you get for the money.

We had planned only one night here, but ended up staying three. We knew the rooms were very small, but they were comfortable and provided everything we needed for a good night sleep. The location was perfect, next to Tivoli, close to public transport, and the breakfast more than adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Small, but not-too-small rooms with every basic need met. Good shower, good TV, hot water for coffee, wi-fi, good location, easily acceptable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.

We stayed there for one night after the cruise. They let us check in early so we did not have to worry about our luggage. The hotel was very well located in Copenhagen. The hotel is in a great location. 3 blocks from the Copenhagen Main Train Station and Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are tiny (like a cruise ship), but adequate. They have free wifi and most things you need, but in a small package. The only problem I had was no AC and the room was a little hot for sleeping.

A nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean. Those who were bothered by the size of the room and bath probably are not used to European hotels. This one was pretty typical. The location was great and the costs very reasonable.

The locaton of the Hotel in Copenhagen was very good, which is about all I can say about the hotel. Spent three nights and the esclator never worked. One of the elevators had no working lights. After the first night we asked to have a room change as the one we were in was so hot that we couldn't sleep. The room was so small that we had to put the two […] chairs in the hall so we could have storage space for the suit cases. Shampoo was a small mustard size packet for two peoiple. The soap was a 1 x 2 inch 1/4 inch thick piece. The bathroom was at best a 4 X 5 box. Tiolet, shower, sink all in one. I am not a big person and had trouble fitting in. There were two computers in the lobby and only one of them worked. No printer was available. The staff was excellent and did everything to accomadate us. We were pleasantly suprised with our room at CABINN city in Copenhagen. We haven't stayed in a 3 star hotel in years and but this hotel was so highly rated, we figured we'd try it. The room was as small as expected (like a ship cabin), but due to the great organisation of it, we hardly noticed it. The beds were very comfortable and the service of the […] hotel friendly and helpful. One warning - we found the rooms and upper floors to be very warm. The front desk explained that their heating system is centralised and can't be changed from floor to floor. They say it's definitely an issue for rooms on the higher floors in the summer time, so if you're booking in the summer, try to get a room on the 1st floor. Again, if it's not a heat wave, you can open a window and it shouldn't be a problem. The location was great, only a few blocks from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. There's a free bike station just outside the gardens which we used a few times to get around the city. Definitely a hotel we would recommend and one we'll use when visiting Copenhagen again. Clean, decent place for a very short stay. Basic amenities only. Wouldn't recommend only because most people I know would probably prefer to pay a bit more for comfort. But, for a backpacker or student on a budget, it's clean, convenient and great value for money in a very expensive city!

The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places and the train station. The breakfast buffet has a good selection. The room is extremely small, it is good only for sleeping.

If you want the full hotel experience then this wont give it to you, if you're on a budget and want stay somewhere clean and securue and to see the city then this is the place. Very clean, cheap but small rooms, beds are small, wet room as opposed to bathroom and breakfast was hearty and saved on paying copenhagen prices elsewhere. The rooms are small (trying to fit 3 people into one of their 3 people rooms was squishy at times - we had a bunk bed), but if you are after something basic, clean, and reasonably priced for Scandinavia, it's a good choice, particularly if you need to travel to or from the train or bus.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, comfortable and suitable for family, no need to buy any metro or bus ticket to visiting places, and nice personnels.

Cabinn City is within walking distance to the Copenhagen Railway Station. It is also situated very close to Tivoli, and the main shopping district. Clean room though it is too small for comfort if you are big size. As the name suggests, the room is set up like a cabin on a ferry. You can imagine how small it is. Small, however functionable.

Hotel was in great location, 5 minute walk to Copenhagen central train station and well positioned to wander into Copenhagen itself. Major downside was the room, was expecting it to be small, but was also expecting it to contain a double bed which it did not. As we only stayed two nights we didn't bother to complain. Whilst the breakfast was adequate, I was really expecting there to be at least the option of some hot food. There is a luggage storage area containing large lockers in the basement which was very useful for the last day, when we didn't want to spend the day carrying our luggage with us.
