It was relaxing and accommodated our every need while there. Even though there were some renovations in progress, it only affected our stay in the morning when workers started hammering on what sounded like the 2nd floor above us. Still, we may have been in an area that was the least noisy and we appreciated that.

The hotel was clean and great. I really liked it very much. It was a very closed to Highway and MA ski resort and a premium outlet mall. But there are not many restaurants around there so you don't have much choice in foods.

The problem was the set up of the room. The location of the bed was next to the dressing/sink/bathroom area. If one needed to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it was very dark. We did not have a night light so we needed to leave the bathroom light on. From start to finish it was a great experience. The room was laid out like a small apartment,with a kitchenette area and a separate bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. They also allowed pets, It was right off the I90 corridor which made it easy to go to the Berkshires or downtown Albany. Great ... room ... location... and great service... nice staff. Only complaint was very loud guests arriving at 1:15 a.m. (not the hotels fault).... Breakfast offered a good variety of choices.... definitely plan on staying at this hotel again... Highly recommend.

We went to Albany for the Joyce Meyer conference at the Times Union Center and I definitely made a great choice with this hotel. Conveniently located off I-90 but surrounded by trees, not views or sounds of the road. Good sized indoor pool & whirlpool. Nice sized patio with big grill. There was a hot breakfast but it only consisted of round fried eggs, sausage & home fries. They also have make-your-own waffles & some good blueberry muffins. As for the room, we stayed in a king […] studio. It was very spacious, large enough for our 2 portable cribs & enough space to still have family over to visit. Everything was very clean. We didn't end up using the stove or dishwasher so I can't comment on that. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot though. They have feather pillows but had some regular pillows they found for me & even delivered them to our room. I would definitely stay here again when we come to visit family next time! We stayed in a 2-room suite at the Residence Inn. Location is 1/4 mile from the I-90 exit but it's on a rural farm road so it has a more secluded feel than if it was on the main drag. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nicer than I expected, and even though the outlet didn't work in the bathroom area, the room was pretty perfect. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Our weekend retreat turned out to be fabulous! The layout of the room and the furniture and amenities were everything and more than we desired and hoped for! The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable!

I was in town for my 30th class reunion and was shocked at the prices of the area hotels. The Marriott was the best deal and a wonderful room and great breakfast. Will stay at other Marriotts when traveling. Great for stays longer than 1 day.

This is a newer Residence Inn with interior corridors. Our queen suite was more than adequate; I don't see a need to upgrade to a 1-bedroom for a couple. Breakfast was average but convenient. This hotel accepts pets, but does charge a pet fee. Close to highway and shopping/restaurants.

I have never given a hotel all stars, but this is it. The only thing I guess it was missing was a restaurant for the evening on the premises. It is well-located amongst trees and near shopping. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking a simple meal of bread, salad, soup and fruit we made in the room. That too was comfortable. 2 items of concern: we needed to go to the front desk in order to get a total of 4 bath towels and wash cloths. This is one of the best place we have stayed. The room was like a small apartment (kitchen, sitting room and bedroom). Very clean and cozy. The hotel provided free dinner and continental breakfast. (both were excellent. Hotel was also very close to shopping center.
