America's Best Value Inn - Mayflower is close to the freeway, my non-smoking room was pretty clean, and the free wi-fi was reasonably fast. However, the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the room itself was musty, the freeway noise was quite noticeable, and the immediate neighborhood seemed fairly desolate. Room was very small, no bathroom space, priced too high for what you got, never cleaned our room staying 2 nights, was very close to where we were going a plus.

This older motel has some old comforts of home. Very clean, air conditioning worked great, the bathroom was standard; great shower. The continental breakfast was good too. The most frightening was the neighborhood; very shady area of Madison. If you're on a budget, this would be a great place to stay.

Rat hole, smelly, stinking rooms bad service practically no breakfast

If you don't care about anything but spending a night, its fine. Otherwise, not recommended.

The hotel was a spot you would only stay in for one night for a cheap stay if you didn't have to spend much time in the room. Clean. Good price, but, you get what you pay for. Friendly staff.

Had stayed here because it was cheaper than the Concourse Hotel but higher than Redroof Inn. The room looked clean but smelled like urine or something upon entering. The contennital breakfast was fine. The area was ok.

I've stayed in America"s Motels before, but this one is way below the standards of my previous stays in this chain. the staff was wonderful, the room small with only one chair, the bathroom door had door knobs but no latch. Most frightening was the shower floor which was painted white poly, without a mat and extremely slippery (I wore socks to avoid […] falling). When we arrived there was no one working behind the "bullet proof glass" so we had to call to get a key out of the lock box. It smelled as if someone had cooked fish in it. There was mold in the shower falling from a vent, bodily fluids on a chair, garbadge under the bed, duck tape holding things together, the doors do no not feel seccure and you are […] on a main level with a old window. Very dirty and unsafe along with the walls being so thin and a gap under the door that you can hear your neighbors having sex . I would never bring children to this hotel or arrive late at night. The receptionist was behind bullet-proof glass and the doors to the rooms all go directly outside, with random vehicles circling the motel almost all night.
