Hotel was for me in a good location, not to far from Punda. I had a suite, which was pretty spacious. It was a bit outdated though. The chairs at the table and outside really needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not really fully equiped. No decent baking pan, no adequate tools. Not even for baking an egg. As I a here for work I am not really feeling […] e=and living like a tourist. I liike to have diner on my own now and then. That was why I hav e chosen an appartement. So that was a bit dissappointing. Very pleasant staff. Especially greetings to Fanny. Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool and nearby beach. Staff helpful but not super-effective. The Floris Hotel was a surprise because it was very reasonably priced, but the place looks like a 5 star with lovely, luxuriant, well maintained grounds and very spacious rooms with stylish furnishings; a great boutique hotel and a perfect size, not too small but not a mega resort. Although not on the beach, they give you beach privileges to a fun, […] Caribbean style beach restaurant a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant was excellent, but the breakfast offered only an expensive buffet and since we don't eat that much for breakfast we would have liked a la carte choices. The rooms did have kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook your own but the neighborhood had only one very small convenience store. The neighborhood is largely hotels like the Hilton and Marriott and not full of restaurant choices. However, all in all it was a wonderful hotel, wonderful experience and we would absolutely go back there. They had a free cocktail evening for a couple of hours one day and the managers and staff tried to talk to everyone. Comfortable rooms, Nice staff. Be aware to Cockroachs and lizards, they can be everywhere, including your room. Breakfast is very poor, but there is a market near and you can have a Nice breakfast in your room.

Floris Suite hotel is very attractive, have a contemporary reception area, pool area was just gorgeous, with large trees and garden details. Our room was very modern, new, clean and spacious with comfortable king size bed. Small kitchenette has good refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Room had a nice view of the gardens and had a spectacular […] balcony. No Wi-Fi in the room, but there is Wi-Fi in the lobby, there is computer to, but you have to buy card to use it. Hotel’s private beach called “Pirate Bay Beach Club" is not good, pretty small and overcrowded. You have to walk 10 minute down unappealing road to get to the beach. So many times online you see pictures of hotels that look really nice...only to arrive and find that they took distorted pictures of not-so-nice places. This is NOT the case with Floris Suites. My room - the imperial suite with pool view - was just as lovely as the pictures. A very firm king-sized bed in the first room attached to a kitchen and sitting […] room in the back. All of that backed up to the pool for a gorgeous room with a view. I was beyond pleased. To say the hotel exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. It was lovely. The pool is very nice and the gardens were very well-kept. The staff friendly. The price!?  Oh, so right! There were no cheesy blue tropical linens as would be expected at Breezes. Instead we had a lovely, comfortable suite that was steps from the beautiful pool complete with stark white sheets and duvet. It was wonderful.  Not a ton of kids - major plus for the single woman. Nobody trying to sell me anything, yet the pool bar was open every time I was there browning myself. Major plus.  I can't even think of how else to describe how wonderful this place is. While we loved the location and the layout of the hotel, the pool was broken and was not fixed for the 6 nights we were there - in fact, we were told one night that the pool was fixed and went for a swim, and next morning, we saw that the pool was dirty (really dirty). Also the room was dusty and could have been cleaned better, the shower stall lacked […] seals so water kept coming into the bathroom, and lights in the hallways were out. Being a pilot allows for plenty of traveling. I had to do a layover in Curacao for one night and chose the Floris for the nice photos displayed on the website. Price, was not too bad, albeit a bit high for what the photos had to show. Arriving at the hotel with a taxi was no trouble, although it was well past midnight. Staff were expecting me, rudely. […] They did not welcome me, didn´t offer any advise as to any hotel amenities. "Dispatched" me to my room, which to my surprise was at a ground floor and did not have any water bottles. I asked the staff for some and they said, "drink from the tab" Room was clean and spacios, albeit with no decoration and a very old TV with only 11 channels. TV Remote was filthy. The bathroom was clean and presentable. However, there was NO hot water. Called maintenance and they said "This is how it is". Bed, quite comfortable. Breakfast, speechless. One of the worse I've had. Very cheap buffet with a couple of cranky servers. No Oranje Juice, coffee was cold. As for the pool, it was FILTHY, lots of hairs floating on top of white bubbles. The pool hadn´t been cleaned in ages. Very disencouraging. The beach is far away, 15 minute walk. No shuttle to the beach. They make you walk to the beach and hotel's restaurant. Overall, Curacao is not a friendly place to visit. Very rude people, very ugly beaches (at least the one next to the hotel). If possible, I will never visit the island again, very bad experience. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights in January. I spent most of my time at the Marriott hotel just down the road. The "private beach" actually charges for access; anyone off the street can enter. It was a very small beach. The "free" hotel shuttle downtown leaves only twice a day (9 am and 4 pm) and your return to the hotel is at your expense and […] effort (ie the shuttle is only one way). Very helpfull personel, nice rooms, good breakfast, good service. If you leave at night you can stall your lugage and come back for a shower before you leave.

Hôtel avec un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel Situation idéale par rapport à Willemstad. Endroit très calme, faune et flore magnifiques, hôtel plein de charme. Le personnel dans tous les services est très accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, bien équipées et parfaites pour un séjour avec enfant. La piscine est super, beaucoup […] de transat disponibles et très joli jardin tropical. Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné dans la chambre les 2 premiers jours et n'était disponible que dans la réception. La connexion a été rétablie ensuite, très bon débit. Parfait pour les séjours professionnels. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien (gratuit pour les + de 12 ans) et le cadre apaisant. Floris Suite is een leuk en gezellig hotel met een uitstekend restaurant, zwembad en lounch met heerlijke banken om te luieren. De kamer met kitchenette (Junior suite) is ruim, maar het bed iets te groot om er makkelijk in te stappen. De badkamer is ruim met een heerlijke douche . Het sanitair is verouderd en werkt niet goed.(kraan lekt, wc spoelknop […] blijft steeds hangen, en voegen zijn zwart en vergaan. De ijskast lekt gele smurrie en de buiteverlichting werkt niet. De beloofde high spoed internet verbinding en/of wifi op de kamer werkt totaal niet; klachten zijn gemeld maar nooit verholpen. Schoonmaak is prima, maar technische service en onderhoud slecht. Rustige plek, kleinschalige appartementengebouwen, waarin ruime kamers met prima bedden en grote badkamer, die komend jaar vernieuwd en nog groter worden, prachtige tuin waarin zwembad met leuke hoekjes om te liggen en een heel gezellig strandje op loopafstand. Op 5 minuten afstand van Willemstad.

De verdad excelente hotel.......la habitación super cómoda, la playa estupenda, aunq no esta dentro del hotel......la atención estupendamente bien, la cocina impecable, las toallas del baño Blanquitas como un sol, super acogedor.........las personas q c alojan en el hotel son personas mayores......no incomodas, las chicas q atienden son atentas y te […] orientan para q salgas, con el menor costo posible, la temperatura de la piscina, superrica.........el don q atiende en la barra fue atento al despachar......desde alli sale una camioneta para el centro de punda y otrabanda a las 9am y recoge los huespedes a las 4 pm, lo único malo es que no te buscan al aeropuerto ni te llevan, mas sin embargo, las camionetas no son tan costosas.......en fin.......lo recomiendo, porque por lo menos a mi me resulto satisfactoria la experiencia....EXCELENTE!!!!!!!!! el hotel está muy bien conceptualizado, sin embargo hay muchos detalles en las habitaciones que requieren atencion, los artefactos de la cocina están oxidados y no funcionan bien, nos cambiaron de habitación porque el refrigerador estaba dañado, lo habiamos denunciado al llegar, pero no nos cambiaron hasta que la comida se nos dañó, en la otra habitacion […] estaba dañado el microondas, las camas no son muy comodas, pienso que deben brindarle atencion a los detalles porque pueden llevarse malas referencias de los huespedes. Excelente hotel!!! Serviço de primeira, muito atenciosos, preço acessível, perto do centro e das principais coisas da cidade. Recomendo muito!! Os aposentos também são excelentes!

Floris Suite is een prima relatief kleinschalig hotel met praktische voorzieningen (keukentje met o.a. magnetron). Het 'design' is misschien iets passé, maar nog steeds prettig modern. Leuk zwembad en strandje bij Pirate Bay is nabij. Een auto is wel aan te raden, hoewel er een shuttle rijdt naar Willemstad centrum (ca. 4 km). Engañaron con respecto a la playa, no queda cerca, ni son aptas para disfrutarías. Son muy tacaños con el papel sanitario y el jabón de baño había q pedirlo todos los días. Mi hospedaje en el Floris suite fue mejor de lo que me esperaba, es bellisimo, el personal es super atento, me hicieron las mejores recomendaciones para tours, nos informaban de las rutas de transporte locales, gracias a ello no pagamos taxi que son costosos, el hotel tiene habitaciones espaciosas con una cocina completamente equipada(Microondas, cocina, […] nevera,ollas, sartenes, cafetera, etc ) por lo tanto puedes comprar alimentos y cocinarlos en la habitación, si necesitas otros utensilios ellos te lo proveerán, el hotel tiene servicio de transporte, sale una vans a las 9 am a llevar a los turistas al centro en Willemstad, te deja en el puente donde puedes recorrer Otrabanda y cruzar a Punda donde están todas las tiendas y recogen a los turistas a las 4 pm para llevarlos de vuelta al hotel,excelente servicio porque te ahorras en pagar taxi, tiene una piscina grande y muy linda, puedes ir caminando y consigues un mercado pequeño para comprar comida o bebidas, espero volver a curacao y hospedarme nuevamente alli Ďalšie informácie

Buena opción para aquellos viajeros que necesiten relajarse. Brinda mucha tranquilidad. Posee buen restaurante. Muy buenos desayunos. Simpática atención de todo el personal. Muy satisfecha :)

El hotel es bueno y su personal amable. La habitación tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado que despedia mal olor, pero lo reportamos a la recepcion y solucionaron rápido el problema. El drenaje de la ducha también genera malos olores en el baño. La playa del hotel esta cercana pero no es dentro del mismo hotel, la piscina muy agradable para pasar […] una tarde. Cerca sólo hay otros hoteles, casinos y restaurantes a los que se puede ir a pie. Para ir al centro o al supermercado debe ser en tranporte público o en auto. En mi caso lo malo fue me bloquearon $300 de mi tarjeta al llegar para cubrir consumos en el bar sin permitirme dar el dinero en efectivo. El dinero lo desbloquearon a los pocos días pero el banco no hiso el reverso ante CADIVI a tiempo y el dinero para CADIVI quedo consumido. Sugerencia para el hotel flexibilizar un poco la forma de pago del depósito permitiendo hacerlo en efectivo para no limitar el presupuesto con el que se viaja. Ďalšie informácie

Me hospede junto con mi familia en este hotel durante 08 días en dos Royal Suites ya que éramos 5 personas y la capacidad máxima por habitación es de 4 huéspedes. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. La ubicación es buena, a diez minutos en auto esta Punda y a 15 minutos vía al aeropuerto hay también un buen supermercado al cual se debe llegar en […] auto (yo alquile uno en el aeropuerto) o transporte público ya que está muy lejos para pensar en llegar caminando, cerca no hay otro lugar donde comprar comida para preparar, sólo los restaurantes de los hoteles y casinos cercanos que te venden comida rápida y platos de alta cocina. La playa del hotel esta a mas o menos 10 minutos a pie. El Floris Suite cuenta con transporte gratuito a las 9 am y 4 pm hacia Punda, el mismo carro que te lleva al centro a las 4 pm te retorna al hotel a esa misma hora, en la noche debes volver en taxi o transporte público que puedes tomar cerca del RIF FORT en Punda. Las habitaciones en líneas generales están muy bien, sin embargo presentaron algunos detalles que fueron solucionados al poco tiempo de reportarlos en la recepción. La límpieza de los cuartos es diaria. La cocina está totalmente equipada, lo único que no ponen es esponja y detergente para limpiar los platos, sin embargo pedimos una esponja en la recepción y la hicieron llegar al cuarto en pocos minutos. Lo único realmente malo en nuestro caso como Venezolanos que debemos viajar con un cupo CADIVI (límite para consumos en dólares), fue que al llegar nos bloquearon (ó preautorizaron) de la tarjeta de crédito $300 por cada habitación para cubrir consumos en el bar sin permitirnos dar el dinero en efectivo, a los 3 días nos desbloquearon el monto en las dos tarjetas que usamos pero los bancos demoran varios días hábiles en hacer el reverso ante CADIVI, por lo que en una de las tarjetas no se hiso efectivo el reverso y el dinero para CADIVI quedo consumido, seria excelente que permitieran dar este depósito en efectivo para evitar Ďalšie informácie

Fue díficil elegir un hotel en Curaçao porque hay tantos. Escogimos el hotel Floris porque parecía una buena opción entre precio, ubicación y comodidad. Leí en varios sitios comentarios negativos y positivos entonces sentí que tomaba un pequeño riesgo. Desde la llegada fue una buena sorpresa y ningún de los comentarios negativos leídos previamente […] eran realidad. Fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Nos gustó el hecho de poder desayunar en la terraza y prepararnos ensaladas de vez en cuando por la noche (hay una pequeña cocina con todos los útenciles). La piscina es muy linda y agradable, sin mucha gente. En cuanto al mar, es verdad que hay que caminar un poco (o tomar la naveta del hotel) pero son 5 minutos solamente, lo que no es el fin del mundo. Para balancear un poco mis comentarios, diría que sí, el desayuno del hotel (comimos sólo una vez) podría ser mejor (jugos de fruta natural en vez de comercial por ejemplo) pero no es tan malo tampoco. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos ayudaron mucho en organizar nuestra estancia (alquiler de coches, cosas a visitar, reservación de excursiones, taxi, etc.). El servicio y atenciòn, por parte del personal, fueron muy amables y prontos. El detalle estuvo en que varias de las amenidades ofrecidas estaban fuera de orden. 1) La cocina estaba desprovista de colador para pastas, olla gande, sartèn, y cuchillo de cocina. Luego fueron parcialmente provistas. 2)La señal de internet inalàmbrico ofrecida nunca estuvo […] disponible. Habìa que salir hasta el Lobby para conectarse . 3) Uno o màs aparatos en el gimnasio estaban dañados. 4) no habìa esponja ni jabòn para los platos. Luego fueron provistos. 5) La playa privada publicitada como una de las mejores y màs bellas, no era tal cosa. Solo eara una especie de muelle rocoso en semi-ruinas. Este comentario va dirigido especialmente a los publicitantes y vendedores del Floris, ya que subsanando las fallas deescritas, el hotel quedarìa con comentarios Nª 5 en todas las categorìas. Het is een redelijk hotel maar in de tijd wel achteruit gegaan. We zijn hier eerder geweest (3 jaar geleden) en toen was het echt beter. Sinds oktober 2011 heeft het hotel nieuw management. Het is nu enigszins overgenomen door het personeel, dat komt het hotel zeker niet ten goede.
