Our room was clean and as expected. We got the suite with a jacuzzi and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I don't know what time they cleaned our room but they did not knock early in the morning. It was done after we had left for the day. Air conditioner worked well and they brought up extra pillows when we arrived upon request. There is a computer […] in the lobby to use if you're looking for local places to eat. The location is easy to find and there are plenty of local and chain restaurants in the area for dining, and it is maybe 5 to 10 minutes from downtown. We stayed when a motorcycle rally was going on in town and you could barely hear the loudest start in the morning. I would recommend this hotel and we will probably be returning next year sometime! Please do not book this hotel for your stay. The front desk receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. I booked two rooms for two nights. After one night the cleaning crew packed up all of our friends belongings and moved them out of their room. The hotels response was, "Oh so sorry, it must have been a computer error." My friends felt so violated and […] was never offered any compensation for the major mistake made by THEM! "Adequate for a single night's stay..."
This hotel is about what I expected for the price. We had a king "suite", which included a sleeper sofa and a refrigerator. Those were nice. We slept two in the King bed, one on the sleeper. All good for one night. The shower curtain rod was loose, causing the curtain to droop. I reported it, but I would think that the cleaning crew should report those […] type of items as a matter of course. In the morning, there was a CHURCH BUS parked under the entry way. That placed the bus' engine RIGHT UNDER OUR WINDOW. The bus sat idling for an hour. Not the hotel's fault, but geez. Must have been a church convention as there were tons of kids running the halls, all wearing similar shirts with church logos. (where were the parents?). Room was warm, front deak folks were terrible. They were very confused by our Hotels.com reservation. "great staff, hard bed"
The staff was amazing. They were always more than ready to help with any request. The only thing we didn't like was the bed was really hard, almost too hard to get comfortable. "Convient and clean... Nice staff!"

It was not clean it need new bedding look like blood was on the bed. The room was out dated only thing new about the room was an up to date tv Yall gave it the right name country. The pool was not clean all they were doin was pouring bleach in it as tho it was clean I send to much money on a room that was not worth it will never stay again.
