"Great value for price but photos don't match the h"
I think the photos on the Hotels website were of the Ibis Styles next door. No ultra modern decor at this Ibis, thought the decor was fine. Also no fitness center as was indicated in the photos online. A re-read of the online description showed no mention of a fitness center. With that said though, the hotel was a fine value for the money. Not directly […] in the city center but only a 5 minute walk. Defintely a walking city, with a bike rental shop near the hotel. Check the tourist office for a good value on a combo museum admissiom, walking tour, bike rental ticket. Staff was helpful resolving an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room. It's an Ibis, in Troyes. It's near the centre. Does the job. Staff appeared to not be too bothered with helping us though. May be due to common mistake in people thinking that we are English, when they could not be more wrong or insulting. We're Scottish. We enjoyed our stay here. Room what you would expect of Ibis. Location just 5 mins walk from beautiful centre of Troyes so really convenient.
