The main reason we won't stay stay again is the car dealer in the back is too noise for us to tolerate but that just us. "Nice location."
I'm big on public transit so the fact that it only took one bus to get to/from San Jose Diridon Station was a big plus with me. I liked at kitchen setup and the hotel is helped by the fact that there is a grocery store ( although not the cheapest one) right across the street. The staff was totally fine with me checking in a half hour early, and was […] very courteous throughout my stay. If you are looking for a buffet breakfast with hot items you will be disappointed. But the juices and cereals may suit most people who are on the go or would like to cook anyway considering you have a stove top. "Satisfied parents"
My parents were in town visiting so I got them the hotel for them to stay at. They are, in general, pretty hard to please... but they were happy with their stay at the hotel. Happy parents = happy me :)

"Great room for long term stays"
The kitchen was a great addition to the suite, and the staff was very friendly. Bed was incredibly comfortable with awesome sheets - they were so soft!!! The only complaint would be that "breakfast" could be disappointing to some depending on their expectations. Personally I didn't mind because I didn't plan on eating there for breakfast anyway, but […] my coworkers were a bit put off by the choices (essentially cereal, and yoghurt). Honestly it's a bonus that they provide this service anyway considering how nice the place is - but just letting you know so you set your expectations. We were there for a Soccer tournament in a near by city. Access to your facility was easy and you were located to many restaurants and shopping if needed. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and all the amenities were great. The only issue we had were the keys not working on all the floors. We were on the third floor and the laundry […] was on the second floor our keys would not give us access after we had just finished accessing both the floor and laundry one hour earlier. Location was really good. A street from the freeway. Easy for us to get to our business meetings. Across the street from a Safeway, Arbys, and a McDonalds. Free wired internet was the best that I've had in the bay area yet. It seems like Silicon Valley has the worst internet in hotels. This was livable. Breakfast was lacking but wasn't a big deal. Having […] a kitchen was a plus, mainly for the full sized fridge. The separate bedrooms were really nice for privacy. I also liked the underground parking. "Great place to stay"
I was pleasantly surprised when I first arrived at this hotel. The room was very clean and it had a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is conveniently located near a relative's home and I plan on coming back for all my personal stays.
