Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center - Breckenridge

This was our 2 time at the Beaver Run and was a nice stay. Only negative was the check in person did not seem friendly and gave little info on location of building (which was confusing).

Beautiful place in a beautiful city, however room toilet wobbled and hotel employees missed their mark on giving directions around the large property.

great place. ski in/ ski out. very close to town. kitchen was like new. hotel free ski storage lockers right as you walk on to the snow are very convenient. excellent for families. 6 hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool. good public space throughout the complex to sit and relax.

Perfect for snow skiers, Staff short on effort for directions, broken/wobbly toilet in room, however great amenities. nice place to stay.

Very satisfied, right at the bottom of two lifts, 5 minutes from M ain street in town where there are lots of resatuarnts and shops. Stayed in bldg 2. nice pool and hot tubs. Stayed in a one bedroom. Kitchen and kitchen supplies all in fairly new condition. recommend buyinng ski tickets ahead online 7 days in advance becuase they are discounted versus […] on mountain purchase. The ski lift is right outside your door! We were given a locker, based on our room rental number, to store all of our equipment. In the morning, we took the elevator down to our locker. We were able to put our equipment on right in the locker room, and walk right out to the slopes and start skiing. It was awesome.

My party was extremely comfortable in the room. However, for the amount we paid, I wish the room would have been a little bit bigger and more delux. I have stayed at other ski resorts in the past and the room were huge and beautiful for the same price as this smaller one. It was just like staying at a basic hotel room.

This hotel is so conveniantly situated it made our vacation a complete success. Even if this hotel is a bit old, it is clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a great time.

Enjoyed a 2 day stay at the Resort. The staff could not be more accomadatting. The room was clean and a reasonable size for 2 queen beds. Beds were comfy. Best locations for families - ski in/out right next to the base of peak 9. The Child care is located in the base of peak 9. Great indoor pool and arcade. The studio is not big as it seems to be in the pictures and floor plan, but the great location and amenities make it worth!

The room was way over priced and the room was very dated. It was more like a Super 8 in lieu of a Resort hotel room. We were very disapointed.

Just as advertised this resort was right on the slopes. The room was outdated, but not unpleasant. Nice fireplace with wood service. Being able to get my lift ticket from the concierge saved me 30 minutes in line outside. The staff was pleasant and helpful. All around a good experience, although I was there only 1 night.

Overall our stay was excellent; however, the hot water took perhaps as much as 8 to 10 minutes to flow into the tub/sink early in the morning. I'd turn on the hot water, go make coffee & fill my cereal bowl, check the weather on TV, then return to find the flowing water still not yet hot. We were in room 2-4320 which was at the end of the hall. Perhaps […] this had something to do with the problem. I'm a very early riser, so I was the first to try to get hot water. On top of the inconvenience, this was very wasteful of water; ironic since signs in the bathroom stressed water conservation by not washing towels daily. Two Dads and there kids stayed at Beaver Run for three nights in Febrauary. The Hotel is in fantastic location about 100 yards from lift 9. There lockers make it easy to store your keys but they need to improve the process. It is a key lock system and we had one key for 5 people. We just left the key in the locker to allow individuals in our party to […] come and go. Beds were way to soft for comfortable sleep. Heat was blasting all the time. Had to keep windows open to control the temprature in the room. Overall the general condition of the hotel is "DATED" to say the least. It isn't dirty it is just dated. The hot tubs are very clean but obviously brought in above grade to replace old ones. It was fine for 5 guys to sleep, ski in ski out to get something to eat. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. Love being able to exit my building and ski right onto the lift. Room very comfortable. We stayed in building 4 in an efficiency. Nice little kitchenette. The only negative thing is that they don't have free Internet in the rooms. At the prices they charge, you would think it would be included.

Everything was right here at the resort and the service was amazing! We will definitely be going back!

For me the hotel was ideally situated. Warm and comfortable with shuttle bus provided for trips to town irrespective of weather conditions. Likely to be back.

This hotel is so convenient. The way the hotel is laid out is obviously well thought out and perfect for a ski vacation. The restaurant food was surprisingly good for a ski resort. The room we stayed in was very nice. It had a kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, toaster and mini fridge. The kitchenette was great because when we were tired from skiing we would go to our room for lunch or a snack and we didn't have to go to a restaurant. The shower was in a awkward area of the room, but that didn't bother us.

Awesome location - true ski in - ski out (we were in the building 4). Parking is a bit of a problem. Room was on the smaller side (for a deluxe studio), but it was comfy and well maintained. Very recommended at the right price...

Beaver Run was a terrific facility in a terrific location. The amenities were great and it is truly set up well for ski in/ski out. Staff was very responsive to our needs, kept the room clean and brought supplies (firewood) as requested. Others mentioned it was a little noisy and/or confusing to get around. ron is known for its location near to the ski hill but it is actually most known for excellent customer service. we lost to bathing suits and the front desk found them and brought zamba to our room. The hot tubs are a great asset after skiing. The staff are friendly and attentive and do not hesitate to send help. Bella from the front desk was particularly […] helpful. The hotel offered all services that were needed - ski in/ski out location next to a ski lift, a car rental service, free shuttles to anywhere in Breck. Next time when we visit Breck, will surely try to stay in this hotel.

The one great things about the hotel is location - it's as close to the chairlift, rentals, ski school and transportation as it gets. The rest depends on how stoic you're. If you're OK with someone else's hair in the jetted tub, you will enjoy the place immensely. Otherwise spend another $100 per night for similar location and better service, or spend […] another 10 min every morning getting to the slopes. Mini-fridge ruinged our produce as it froze whatever was on the upper shelf. It's also noisy, so if you're sleeping in the living room on the pull-out sofa, you better be a solid sleeper, especially because the mattress is very soft and you will get a nice massage with the springs. Maintenance is understaffed. On two days we had frantic cleaner coming to our room at 4.30 pm, just when we returned from skiing. Internet connect is decent, unless it doesn't work. I spent over an hour with Customer Service from Bangalore only to find out that the router on our floor has been notoroious for malfunctioning and needed to be reset. It failed again on the last day, but I didn't bother. Sheets appeared to be old blood stained and ripped occasionally, although crisp to the point of being fragile. Jetted tub is really old just like the rest of the hotel, and has shower head in the middle of it. Have to draw curtain around the tub prior to using shower, or have it all flooded. Resort is conveniently located right next to the slopes, with a ski in locker / storage area in building 4. Parking is also convenient and plentiful, including an indoor garage. The Colorado Suite was large and arranged in a way that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. Hotel is getting dated, but still a cozy resort. Parking sucks!!

We stayed in building one which semmed very dated. The wayfinding of the complex is quite confusing. They definitely need to get rid of the old looking brown blankets they play on the beds. My 20 year old daughter and I went to Breckenridge for a summer weekend getaway. I had reserved a regular room with 2 beds, but we were put in a nice mini suite, with one bed and a fold out couch. We weren't told our reservation was being changed. It was nice to have the larger space, but my daughter would have preferred a bed. She found the couch uncomfortable. […] I wouldn't stay at this hotel again in the summer. It has no A/C, and you have to have fans positioned all around the room to stay cool, especially by each bed. You can open a window, but there was just one, and it didn't cool the room down at all. The fans were very noisy for sleeping. It was not enjoyable. Heard a baby crying during the night. You can hear everyone next to you and across the halls thru the walls. Not a solidly built place. I will never stay there again. Disppointed and not impressed.

Had a great time, the Hotel is in need of some repairs, she is a little tired, We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath room, in building 4 which are a little more updated than 1thur.3. Enjoyed our stay at Beaver Run ... pool was nice, but difficult to find from Bldg. 1 ... if you want to be near outside pool, request Bldg. 4! Shuttle bus to town was convenient, but walked most of the time ... that hill is a killer though after a few beers!

Screen was missing out of window therefore, room was hot. Could not adjust shower head thus causing water to run on side of tub.

Beaver Run facilities are nice and well-kept; though finding your way around the confusing complex takes a little effort. My biggest complaint is the fitness center. It had really poor quality equipment, and not much of it, for a hotel of this caliber. An embarrassment really. There is no A/C in the rooms. It was a bit on the stuffy side in the halls and rooms. Other than that everything was clean and updated.

They charge for handicap parking One of the few places in the country !!
