Days Inn Waynesboro - Waynesboro

We arrived to be greeted at the front desk by the most ghetto looking guy wearing a ghetto hat, who was about as warm as an angered Pitbull. The room had a very funky smell to it, so since it was non-refundable we ended up spending fifty dollars on Yankee Candles to cover up the funk. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We had just come from a state park lodge that was half again as much and had far fewer amenities than this motel. It is not fancy, but is comfortable, reasonably priced, and the owners and staff were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and quite. Breakfast was some what lacking. For the price it was good would stay again.

Avoid at all cost... dirty... smelly... and rude

Fine hotel. Helpful staff gave us directions to Gettusburg since there was construction. Had a great burger at a local joint!

By that I mean, you pretty much get what you pay for. Yes, the hotel is clean and comfortable and about 25 miles from Gettysburg. For the cheap price I would consider staying there again. Owners were friendly, however, I thought there were a few minor things they should have been taking care of. The first floor ice machine didn't work. The second floor […] ice machine was OK, but if it were my hotel I would have washed the floor and changed the light bulb. The free continental breakfast was clean and OK, again for the money. We really enjoyed our stay. The room had been newly renovated with a very comfortable Simmons Pillow top Queen bed very comfortable. WE woudl definatley stay again. Continental breakfast was good as well.

This hotel was wonderful for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Very nice continential breakfast, no worries about running out of anything. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Other guests were loud and playing loud music into the wee hours of the morning. Hotel was ok otherwise.

I asked for a Hotel in the Gettysburg area, since I was spending time visiting the battlefield sight for a few days. This Motel was 40-45 minutes away from Gettysburg. The place was run by young incompetant people. I decided to get another place to stay & found one whithin 2 miles of Gettysburg. This motel was a disaster and I'll never use Hotels.com […] again to arrainge any motel / hotel accommidations for me again. This hotel was better than the reviews I read prior to booking. The down side was the booking through Hotels.com. The web indicated smoking room and I requested "no smoking" however the gentleman (Jason) from Hotels.com told me there was an error on the web site and a "no smoking" room was available. He put a request on the booking form for no smoking […] however there were no "no smoking" rooms available and the hotel was full. The manager was sympathetic but could not get us in a "no smoking" room He gave us a can of "Fabreeze" which we used. The mattress appeared to be new and was very comfortable. The rugs and general appearance of the room was "worn" It's needs a lot of updating. The price was right. You get what you pay for :)

We booked this room based on reviews we had read online. The room was decent, and clean, the staff was very kind. We were not in our room a lot as it was just a place to sleep while we spent a long weekend visiting Gettysburg. It would have been nice to have a pool, but the workout room was a bonus. I had no problems with the Days Inn itself however the staff at Hotels.com stated that it was 11 miles from Gettysburg. It is 24 miles from Gettysburg. The Hotels.com staff stated that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was not. Other than that I had no problems with the Days Inn Waynesboro.

He said I only paid for 2 people. I handed him a copy of my confirmation and I said right there it says 2 adults and 2 children. Other than that it was an ok place. Nothing to write home about.

had early Dr's appt the normal hotel we stay in was booked due to easter weekend, We will be returning to this Days Inn in waynesboro. Great Price,Clean rooms close to everything. Couldn't ask for anything more

We arrived, there were plenty of vacancies but we got the room facing the street. All we heard was cars and trucks rumbling by all night. The bed was ok but was being supported by 3 telephone books. The carpet was patched and looked really bad. One ice machine was empty I finally found a another one. Nice neighborhood. Older establishment. Well maintained. Country friendly. Simple coffe, cereal, bagel breakfast bar.

The hotel is not five star by any means, but the rooms are clean, the staff is polite and if you are looking for somewhere to comfortably rest your head, the Days Inn Waynesboro is great.

Priced right for what you get. Located 7 miles from Route 81 but far cheaper than competitors right off the expressway and the accomodations are decent. Lots of cable channels. Clean Bathroom. Recommended.

The motel itself is a very old building located in the most barren and economically depressed town I've ever been in. But the staff really does their best with what they have; the rooms are clean and the rates are reasonable (with the exception of the extra per night charge for pets which was a little exorbitant if you ask me). The worst aspect of the […] hotel is that it is located right on the highway and the rooms are not very sound proof. Our room was right on the front of the building with the balcony facing the road. I hardly got any sleep at all from all the traffic noise (a lot of motorcycles, too). WE REACHED BEFORE CHECK IN TIME BUT THE FRONT DESK COUPLE WAS SO COURTEOUS THAT THE GAVE US THE ROOM AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY. BATHROOMS WERE SPOT LESS. ROOM WERE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WE REALLY ENJOYED.

We find the front desk couple very friendly and courteaus. Rooms were spotless and the same with the bathrooms. Breakfast was really good. Overall we enjoyed our stay with the hotel
