"Awesome"
We stayed at this hotel for NYE and choose this purposely for the shuttle to the quinault casino. We wanted to have a bit of a romatic weekend and we had an amaing time, had a huge room with an amazing comfy king bed with a fire place, the staff was so friendly and even offered to transport us to the casino because the shutttles were runing late. "Best in Ocean Shores"
Lighthouse observation deck is very cool. They have a shuttle that runs to the casino, whenever you need it...awesome. Our room was great and we were actually close to the beach, not like other hotels in the area. The receptionist at the hotel was awesome. She gave us a map and pointed out all the places we wanted to go...wine bar, mini golf, pub for […] dinner. That was a huge help. We didn't try the restaurant. We had read some bad reviews about that, but the hotel was great. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back. :o) Ďalšie informácie

"BW plus lighthouse hotel!!!"
Way way way overpriced!!!, Poor hygiene from food services. Flies were found in my drink and in the OJ at breakfast!!! Did not get a room with an ocean view as booked with hotels.com.

Excellent accomodations and we would stay again. Very close to the beach and a beautiful view from the lighthouse at the top.
are rooms fireplace wasn't working no wi fi either. Paid full price for a room that didn't have all the amenities promised. You shouldn't advertise and charge us for this when it wasn't provided.

I loved this hotel, the room was clean and spacious and even though my room only had a "partial" view it was enough and beautiful! The only complaint I had was my room had a "VCR" instead of a DVD player and they had no adaptors to give me one.

I was given a room that was in front of the maids closet so at certain times of the day I couldn't get into my room or leave without it being a huge deal for everyone to move their carts, and the room was also next to the where they prepare for the breakfast. It was just a terrible room!!!

"Best Western Lighthouse"
The location is good, near the beach and downtown. The room has no air conditioning and was very outdated. Balcony was small, old and not comfortable.

Room was uncomfortable; beds, couch, and chairs. All placed in one room. No DVD but had VHS player. Tiny Dinette tiny microwave, tiny fridge,no freezer no cooking compacity could not even have a toaster. Bring all your own dining goods not stocked. Not worth the price of surrounding hotels, which has a full kitchen, stove full fridge, separate bedroom […] and comfortable beds and seating arangements. Pool was nice and view was beautiful, people were friendly. Had a good continental breakfast as with most hotels but they even had sausage and biscuits. Overall I was displeased and will not go back. "The Best Western Lighthouse Inn in Ocean shores"
The hotel seemed okay at first, once we checked in and got into our room though we realized how out dated the hotel is. It seemed pretty clean but the bathroom shower wasn't very clean and the door had chipped paint. We also had a VCR in our room!! We couldn't believe it. We had bought a dvd to watch with our kids and couldn't because they didn't have […] a DVD player! There was also no AC in the room. That is a must. We managed for the night but it wasn't as comfortable as other Best Western's we have been to recently. The kitchenette was okay, but the fridge didn't have a freezer and the microwave was very little. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. The breakfast was okay, it was super crowded and there was no where for our family of 6 to sit and eat, we had to wait for a table. They didn't have as many options of food as we had at the last Best Western we stayed at. Overall this hotel served it's purpose and we had a place to stay for the night, the pool was warm and the kids had fun in there, but it was like we stepped into the early 90's. Very out dated. Next time we are in Ocean Shores we will definitely stay in another hotel. Ďalšie informácie
