I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport and the convention center with easy access to San Jose. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. It was a bit overpriced for the accomadations, but all in all a decent room for a night or two.

The hotel is in need of updating. The rooms are dreary and smelled a bit musty. The TV had no remote. The beds need to be updated from blankets to duvet covers to bring a greater feeling of cleanliness.

The Best Western in Santa Clara is conveniently located just off the Lawrence Expressway and offers a comfortable, clean place to stay. The bed was very nice and it was convenient to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The shower was nice, too. The only complaints are that the noise from outside the room was easily heard in the room. Turning […] on the A/C unit helped by adding some nice constant white noise. it had a very nice pool. The rooms were dark and also smelled a bit strange. Breakfast was poor

OK hotel to get a good nigh sleep. Frugal breakfast, but fine. The only major negative point is really the wireless, which kept going on and off. If you have some business to do (like I did), it's not a viable solution.

Good location, clean. Staff is very helpful.

The room was very good : Nice , clean ....but the hôtel itself seems old dirty .... The breakfast is poor and with only 4 tables just in front of the manager desk !

Very clean and quiet. Location is excellent. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants

Close to Hwy 101, Hwy 237. You're only 45 min away from SF, 45 min away from Santa Cruz. Plenty of great Korean, Indian and Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood.

This was my first time booking a hotel and I was very pleased with what I received. Hotel was in a centralized location, there were many banks, stores, supermarkets, delicous restaurants and so much more within walking distance. Hotel location was not to far from San Francisco, Santa Cruz, San Jose, etc and we were able to get to all the major places […] and attractions for sight seeing very easily. The hotel also served free breakfast which included, cereal, pastries, hard boiled eggs, bananas and apples, juice, coffee, toast, and the waffles were my favorite. We went to the grocery store and purchased blue berries and cooked them into our waffles which was amazing! We also had free access to a computer with a printer, wifii, and a nearby gym which was also in walking distance. The rooms were not big but did the job, mainly we were just looking for a safe place to sleep while we did all of our sight seeing. Everything was clean but my room did have a slight smell almost like water damage but it wasn't too bad. I think it might have just been my room because my friends in another room didn't have that smell. The hotel seemed very popular and I overheard another guest trying to extend their stay but couldn't because the hotel was completely booked. Also, there was a couple with children right next to our room and we had no trouble and could not hear them at all through the walls. Overall I would recommed this hotel. Ďalšie informácie

Room was OK. Wireless internet was too slow to be of any use. Needed to go Starbucks to connect.

Really,this hotel is a great value.You have to stay there to see it yourself.

Room was satisfactory, walls and ceilings made of paper.

The hoetel staff was very freindly. The hotel was very clean and the grounds were manicured. The location was great, . there were several nice restaurants within a stones throw away in a pleasing area of town..

We were traveling from Australia to visit Winchester House and selected this Inn to stay. The room was Clean and Quiet. Well appointed Free internet and for us arriving early morning from Australia they had an early check in time. A HUGE bonus after a 14 hour flight. Lots of restaurants nearby, A Safeway one minutes walk away. The staff were great and […] helpful. Clean comfortable room; Convenient location; Ample parking; Best of all no (unpleasant) surprises -- which is what I want my stays to be.

"Great room for the money"

We tried to think of something negative about this hotel and all we could come up with was that we never figured out how to change the adjustable shower head to a different spray pattern! The bed was comfortable, the pillows were luxurious, the wifi was easy to access and trouble-free, and there were plenty of electrical outlets -- for once we didn't […] have to move furniture to charge our phones and laptops! The continental breakfast was better than most and the hotel staff was friendly. Good water pressure in the shower. Fluffy towels. Very clean, inside and out. Lots of good restaurants nearby. good place to stay .comfortable.

There was a lot of dust around the head board bed, the refrigerator was not stable when you open or close to door, it moves around a lot. The air conditioner is very noisy and you can't sleep good. I’m very disappointed.

this hotel is newly renovated. everything is new here. we enjoyed our stay here. the staff is also very good & helpful. my son and daughter enjoyed a lot at the swimming pool they have. breakfast also they have lot of varities.

Would have been totally delighted with our stay if the bath tub faucet didn't drip so heavily. Reported it to maid staff and it seemed they do not know what steps to take to remedy the situation.

The hotel has been undergoing refurbishment over the last year or so and is now complete or very close to it, and everything looks bright and new. Service during the upgrade has been maintained at a high level. All personnel, housekeepers, front office, management , etc. all very cordial and anxious to please. We recommend this hotel for the one night stand business trip and longer stays for both business and pleasure travelers. Seating at the complimentary continental breakfast could be arranged more comfortably; and we'd like to see more variety in breads, e.g. bagels and english muffins. OK. Men på trods af begrænset varmetemperaturer er det en ulempe, at værelset føltes indelukket og klimaanlægget var meget støjende - vil nok ikke være særlig behagelig når temperaturen er høj.

업무차 방문한 Sunnyvale라서 인터넷이 필요했지만, 이 호텔의 인터넷은 무지하게 느림. 저녁 시간대에 이용자가 몰릴 경우, 접속이 안되는 경우도 다수 발행하여, 중요한 메일이 나가지 못함. 호텔의 청결도는 괜찮음. 방을 잡을때는 세탁기계가 있는 구석진 곳을 피해야 함. 왜냐하면, 밤에 기계돌리는 소리와 사람들 떠드는 소리에 잠을 잘 수 없음. 수영장이 있지만, 약 18평 미만의 작은 규모로 어린이 물놀이와 일광욕정도의 장소로 사용 가능. 창이 복도쪽으로 나와 있어서 커튼을 열어 놓는 것이 불편함. 가격대비 만족할 만한 환경은 아님.
