Location.
With direct access to a pedestrian promenade running along the ocean, Enotel Lido - Conference Resort and Spa - Madeira is a contemporary 317-room hotel, terraced into a hillside west of Funchal's modern and historical centres. Madeira Funchal Airport (FNC) is 21 kilometres away.
Hotel Features.
The sundeck overlooks the ocean and has a 26-metre family pool and a children's pool, while the health club houses an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, turbo shower, and hot tub. The spa meanwhile offers treatments and beauty services. Complimentary activities include Portuguese and flower- arranging lessons. Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available in public areas. A complimentary bus transports guests daily to Funchal's Old City, stopping en route at the marina.
Guests of Enotel Lido - Conference Resort and Spa - Madeira enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the Atlantico restaurant, which also offers dinner buffets. The hotel has a fine-dining restaurant, Boca do Cais, as well as an informal poolside restaurant-bar, a lobby bar, and nightclub.

There are 317 guestrooms in a 10-storey, ocean-facing building. Furnished balconies and terraces provide side views of the ocean. Spacious suite balconies have full ocean views. Decor is contemporary with light wood furniture and modern artworks. Marble bathrooms have separate tubs and showers, with bathrobes and slippers. Amenities include minibars, safes (surcharge), and satellite TV with pay movies.

A ramp leads from the outdoor-pool deck to Lido, an oceanfront sports park, 50 metres away, that has family and children's saltwater pools, and a scuba-diving centre.
Independent operators on Formosa Beach (1.5 kilometres west of the hotel) offer a wide range of water sports during warm-weather months.
The three-kilometre promenade along the rugged oceanfront from Lido to Formosa Beach is a popular for running and walking. Guests can also hike along the centuries-old levadas, irrigation channels that run from the mountains throughout the island.

My wife and I found the Tivoli to be a first class hotel,quiet,clean and in a beautiful location..The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite, attentive and always at hand for information. War sehr schön. Aber leider war der Kühlschrank praktisch leer. Wir könnten Kaffee kochen, aber leider wurde der Kaffe sowie der Tee nie aufgefüllt. Auch Wasser wurde nie bereitgestellt. Leider, für eine Junior-Suite sollte man doch solchen Service haben. Da doch alles all inclusive sein sollte......

Très bel hôtel, de très bon confort mais propreté un peu limite au niveau des chambres car l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours et il a fallu qu'on le réclame à la femme de chambre. Petit déjeuner laisse à désirer car les fruits avaient un goût de réfrigérateur et nous n'avons pris le petit déjeuner que 2 fois car pas terrible du tout. C'est […] dommage. El hotel tiene demasiadas estrellas para lo que ofrece. El desayuno es poco variado y si estás una semana acabas cansado de comer todos los dias lo mismo. No dispone de wifi gratuito en nngún lugar y cobran 5€/hora, lo que es un abuso cuando deberia ser gratis.
