I understand that some people can be very picky and pretentious, but when you pay this price you have to set your expectations accordingly. We were very pleasantly surprised. Excellent for the price. Room very clean and comfortable. Little kitchen very user friendly. Desk personnel helpful and smiling. Some noise in the parking lot late at night but everything else was way more than we expected.

it was ok but they give u a queen bed and the sheets are more like a full they didnt even fit the bed.

This hotel is very convenient to highway, airport. Tucked away from road so quiet. Clean, basic accommodation if that is what you are looking for. Would give it a 2.5 to 3 star. If you are looking for plush, upscale facility this is not the place.

Very clean room, It also has kitchen in each room, so convenient !

Location was hidden off the main highway, next to a car garage which looked like it was out of a horror movie. Actual hotel was OK but location was horrible. You really need a GPS to find this one, you would probably miss it since you cannot see it. And you have to request shampoo from front desk, they don't stock it !!!!! Cheap?

Due to the nature of the comfort I got from the hotel, I had to "extend" my stay for another night.

I suppose if you are using the airport then it is very conveniently located. But otherwise this area is just a bunch of strip malls with nothing very satisfying to eat- unless you like a lot of fast food. There was a Mexican place ("On the Border") which was pretty decent, however. But it was the closest hotel to Newport that we could afford. (About […] a half hour drive.) The hotel itself was way better than expected. Very clean and nicely kept. Although someone had clearly been smoking in the bathroom of our NON-smoker. We got no maid service in the 3 days we were there, but we prefer to clean up for ourselves and not have strangers rifling through our stuff. Bring your own shampoo... there was none in the otherwise very nice bathroom. And the little kitchen area was very helpful. No restaurant or breakfast faclility meant we had to go out and forage for ourselves each morning, and that was not an easy task. I think my opinion was tainted by them sending me to an unclean room. The next room was cleaned by the manager, the ashtray was emptied but dirty, the room reaked of smoke, tand here was a hair in the shower. It wasn't a pit and I am sure the real housekeeping staff does well- its just once I they sent me to a dirty room I just couldn't help think how […] much they must have rushed through this room. This is a nice hotel. Very clean and friendly. A little hard to find. Internet is $4.95 and no breakfast.

Located in a very calm and quiet environment. Close to the Warwick Mall and other nice attractions of interest. Less that two minutes to the Interstate Highway.

My experience at this hotel during my two day stay was most pleasant for a budget hotel. The staff that I encountered could not have been more helpful and accomodating. Room was clean but not very big for an long term hotel and they had no movies to borrow or any sort of pantry. Staff was not happy to be there, it was christmas day but staff was very short with us and could tell not very happy to be at work. Would not recommend there are better long tem stay hotels for the price.

I did not know the area. Hotel was better then expected for the money. The arrangement with the fitness center across the street is great. Wireless connect was very good, and has an UNO's restaurant nearby. In addition for runners, there is a great bike/running trail right next door.

For the price we paid for 2 nights, the hotel was fabulous. We were definitely expecting a lot less than what we got. Clean & friendly. Perfect location for where we were visiting. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We have already booked our next stay!

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WE USED THIS HOTEL AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS I DONT KNOW WHAT PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL WAS GOOD BOTH TIMES.

5 minute walk outside with my dog and she had 16 tics on her we even found them in our room and were bitten by them. This hotel doubled their pet fee from what I was told on the phone. The room was not very clean.

ok, for the money but too far from providence. there is express public bus service to downtown providence, right at the mall that is about a block away, so that was good. bus service ends about 7pm on weekends, that was suprizing. check for weekdays latest bus. my room had this lingering cigarette odor daily, even though the desk attendant sprayed. […] it seemed to be coming in through the bathroom vents. that was the most uncomfortable about the room. there were insects in the bathroom daily. it was affordable for the stay. This hotel although clean, was not close to the airport nor was it in a good location. also the price was on the high end for not really anything but a place to sleep.

The Staff was very friendly & the location was fablous. Close to mall & stores. Good room for the money, only down side is the beds are hard as a rock.

At the last minute we planned and impromptu weekend getaway to attend a family birthday party. We were very pleased with the condition, maintenance, and PRICE of this hotel. The kitchenette feature was a lifesaver for those with small children. We didn't have to spend a king's ransom feeding everyone! The location was okay, a little far from the beaches, […] but on the weekends unless you are ON the beach you get stuck in traffic no matter where you are. This hotel was perfect for our trip. We wanted to spend the weekend in Newport without the Newport hotel prices. The drive into Newport was only about 1/2 hr and best of all Providence was only 15 minutes away, so we grabbed dinner in Providence one night. I got this hotel room as a place to stop and rest on my sister bachlorette party. The staff was nice and helpful. We also ordered alot of take out and the staff was ready to recommened the best places.
