Trianon Old Naples - Naples

This hotel is exceptionally well-located for people who want access to the walkable parts of Old Naples: Tin City, Fifth Avenue, and 10 minutes' walk to the beach. It is clean; staff are friendly. However, I expected a more "luxe" feel to my room: the bath was faux marble with a cheap, low-budget shower; the furnishings in the room (there was no small […] fridge) were one grade above motel, and the air conditioning was SO NOISY that we could either not sleep due to noise, or not sleep due to heat. On later nights we left the A/C on all day until the room cooled down to 60 degrees, and then slept with it off: that seemed to work. A very solid and dependable hotel with nice, clean rooms and a pretty good location. A fairly long walk to the beach, given that Naples has basically no on-beach chair and umbrella rentals. Very close walk to Fifth Ave So, however, and to Tin City.

Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby and public areas, and elegant rooms/bathrooms. Excellent location, convenient free parking. Not much for amenities, ie: small pool and a skimpy continental breakfast.

We found the quiet ambiance of the Trianon a welcome ending to a long drive across Florida. After a restful night's sleep, we enjoyed the simple continental breakfast before continuing on our visit to Naples and Marco Island. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip, and also recommend it to others.

Comfortable, low-key, friendly with an excellent location for proximity to 5th Avenue with none of the hullabaloo or noise. Quiet to include pool area. Personnel, and clientele, amiable and helpful. Parking was avaiable and convenient at this time of year. Continental breakfast was adequate but unimpressive.

We did not get the room we had requested when we booked on-line. There were insufficient tables available for the meager continental breakfast. The room needed updating and the bathroom fan did not work. Would not recommend this hotel given the high cost and overall low quality of the experience.

The hotel and neighborhood are very charming from the outside. However, the room and hallways are very dated/ worn. Our room had a view of a dumpster and a hole in the drywall the size of a mouse hole. We had a clogged toilet that no person was available to fix from 6 pm until 8 am. We left after only one night. Had seen some good reviews and it proved to be a lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff and a relaxed setting, a sort of homely atmosphere that just welcomed you in. Good size rooms with all required amenities. Liked the pool and the ability to have breakfast on an outside patio area. It is in a very quiet neighborhood but only a short-ish walk […] to 5th street shops & dining (fancy but in truth a little overpriced in some places), we also found the beach and pier area a nice place to relax and watch the wildlife. Great one nite stay. Perfect location

Price was good, room okay, clean. Breakfast was not very good . A little attention to detail ( type of bagels, pastries etc would make it a lot nicer). Little to no concierge assistance, but overall good....

Just around the corner from the shops and restaurants of 5th, a delightful small hotel. Maybe a little worn in the corners, but clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Would happily stay there again.

We have stayed in this hotel a couple of times now when we go to Naples FL to visit family. We try to fit in a couple of nights on our own to stay in this lovely quiet and elegant hotel near all the wonderful restaurants and fun nightlife of 5th Ave. in Naples. The breakfast […] is basic continental fare but presented in a nice way with real china and silverware in a comfortable lounge area. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a fire going at all times - very inviting. Only a couple of things I would recommend - better decor in the bathrooms and a bit of sprucing up of the room decor. The size of the rooms is great and the beds are comfy. Request a room towards the front of the building if possible since the back does look out on a parking lot and electric wires. All around the other sides are nice trees. I had recently broken my ankle and needed assistance unloading my vehicle. I called ahead and was met at my car by a staff member. Everyone was very helpful. It was elegantly decorated for Christmas--French Country style. Enjoyed sitting by the fireplace after breakfast reading. The handicapped accessible room was perfect ... The Trianon is a good, small hotel in a quiet but convenient location near 5th Avenue South shopping and restaurants. We also walked to the beach, and to 3rd Street shopping area, but others may prefer to drive the mile or so.

Very nice & comfortable botique hotel in a convenient location to 5th Street which is the main street in Naples. Would definately stay there again if had occasion to stay in Naples.

This hotel is in a perfect location with 5th Avenue within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. A lovely clean hotel with helpful staff. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trianon. The location was fantastic. Only one complaint the pillows are in very poor condition. It is a simple thing to fix that would greatly improve comfort.

This is a very beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Naples was a fantastic place for our honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!! We will definately be going back!

I booked this hotel for Labor Day weekend. It was an unexpected trip and most of the beachfront properties were booked so I decided on this hotel because of the reviews on tripadvisor.com. It reminded me of a bed and breakfast because it is quaint and cozy. Our room was clean, spacious, and a temperpedic bed.. Every hotel should have this bed. The bathroom was also big with a two seated tub and separate shower. There was more than enough parking.  They also had daily complimentary continental breakfast. It was nicely set up and fresh coffee, orange juice, bagels, and assortment of muffins.  It was very quiet and relaxing place to stay at and for the price, you can't beat it. First room we were assigned to had distinct odor of mildew upon entering doorway. We were given a new room, no questions asked, promptly. The room we spent the night in was clean, attractive and quiet. That's a winning combination to us. We'll stay there again, no doubts.

I stayed at thia hotel about 10 years ago and it was beautiful....however sadly it has gone down hill quite a bit. Our air conditioner saturated the floor of our room, u can imagine the smell. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom had mold and bubbling peeling paint. Could not have handled more then the one night we stayed.

Like many other reviews, we too can now say that 'its good for the price'. Driving up, Beautiful and charming. Lobby entrance, very nice and again charming. That's where it stops. We were greeted by Peter at the front desk. I think we got a hello but we quickly got a 'check in isnt' until 3 (it was 12:30). Ok, i get it but a) that was our first experience […] with this hotel and b) wouldn't a better way to say it be 'Check in isnt' til 3 but let me see if I can get you a room...'. Just kind of offsetting, and by reading other reviews re the staff this now seems right on target. The bedroom was mostly clean, it was large but man does it need an upgrade. Just felt old, bathroom definitely needs a remodel and maybe a deep cleaning....maybe a new tv (the 19" magnovox tube tv doesn't cut it these days). The beds were tempurpedic so that was nice. We went to the pool which was nice but very quiet (almost 2 quiet) but it served the purpose (as we got into town mid afternoon and had a wedding a night). I wasn't planning on eating breakfast at the hotel but based on the other reviews I had to see 'if it was truly white bread, juice, and coffee'. Yup, it was. No fruit. Coffee was lukewarm. Entire staff was extremely helpful as well as cordial. Location was convenient to local attractions and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel served the purpose for the weekend but I wouldn't stay there again. One of the receptionists couldn't multi-task, so if you need to reach the frontdesk while she's on the phone she won't answer you.... There is no gym. They have an agreement with a building up the street and it will cost you $10 per visit. The business center isn't free it […] will cost you $7 to use the internet for half an hour.... We loved that we could walk to anywhere on 5th Ave in Naples, and also to Tin City. The Hotel had charm and was quiet and intimate. Great staff made us feel welcome. Would definitely go there again.
