I loved the location, however the parking was an constant issue. The room was very small Compared to my daughter's room. Two lights in the bedroom was not working, and especially the one in the barthroom was important for my wife to do her make up for the event. We did advise the Hotel manager who was most helpful. He did replace the lights upon our […] return. The reception lady was not very helpful with out check in. She did not explain anything, she might need more training. Location was great, close enough to the waterfront and right by the cable car so easy to get to the Garden, museum, Zealandia. We parked our car and walked most of the time, valet parking was a bit inconvenient for us to get things in and out of the car. Service was average. Good location, a few minutes walk from all main city sights. The room had a good size. The price of the parking is very expensive though.

Great place to stay, very clean and walking distance to all the must see sights especially shops just downstairs. We stayed for 4 nights and we visited all the places that we always wanted to see. An excellent 4* hotel in a most convenient location in the lovely city of Wellington. The staff we very welcoming, and helpful. The hotel does not have easy street parking, but the staff were on hand to assist when required. We didn't need the car during our short 3 day stay. We like the convenience of the hotel to access the city centre amenities. With great customer service, free internet and the access lift to Lampton Quay, the hotel is highly recommended.

Thank you for the most enjoyable stay. The Resturant was great and the room service was fantastic.

Excellent place to stay if need to be in the centre of Wellington. Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff and although our room was not big, it was suited our needs. Quiet heating and ventilating system compared to many places we have stayed. Did not dine or use the bar, so cannot comment on the food & beverage.

Stayed in July 2011. Location excellent - short cab ride from bus/train station, and walking distance if you do not have luggage. Back elevator to Lambton Quay is very very helpful in quickly getting to downtown attractions (all very close - Te Papa, Wellington Museum, Mt. Victoria, cable car to Botanical gardens and Observatory), restaurants and supermarkets. […] Hotel provides two free computers in the lobby for those who do not want to pay for WiFi service in room, which is an excellent touch. Never visited the restaurant - strangely, the posted restaurant menu has no prices (and you know what they say - if you have to ask...) Front desk is very cheerful and helpful - ask at front desk for special cab deals to the airport. Room was large, clean, comfortable, with a safe for guest use. Nice place to stay. Close to bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. All up they made our stay in Wellington that bit better.

The service here is excellent!!! The team were very helpful and quick on valet parking...very impressed...will be looking to line this hotel as our preferred corporate accomodation in Wellington. Cheers team

Very good location in the shopping district. The Novotels provide free computer use in the lobby which was convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a room on the 10th floor, which had good views of the waterfront and was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and roomy. The only shortfall was that the in-room safe had been locked open, so we couldn't use it and I didn't get around to asking for it to be fixed (I shouldn't have to ask, anyway). The hotel is convenient […] to the city centre and waterfront, and just a 15min walk to the Cuba Street restaurants. Parking a bit expensive; service at breakfast friendly but a little haphazard, but I did enjoy my breakfast. Free access to the internet in the foyer is a bonus. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of April. We had a pretty god deal and it included a free child for breakfast per paying adult. The hotel gives the impression of being well run and well maintained. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Just make certain that you reserve a place for diner because it get full.

Good hotel , good location, exoensive car parking but be aware that is free parking across the CBD from Friday until Monday morning. OK in general

I stayed here on pleasure and have to say there is nothing special about the Novotel. The rooms do have a couch, but otherwise it's pretty much a standard business hotel. Internet charges are a total rip-off so if you are addicted to the internet like I am, definitely stay somewhere else. A localização é muito boa pois do elevador sai no shopping e na melhor rua, caminhando se vai ao porto.
