"Noise"
Our only complaint would be that starting early in the morning (about 6:00am) Somebody kept coming by our room pushing a cart that sounded like it was gonna come in the room. This woke my wife and I several times. Everything else was perfect for the cost.

There were several spots on walls that should have been cleaned. Bathroom fixtures were clean, but toilet was extremely loud when flushed. Bed spread should have been in dumpster - stains on it . First impression wasn't bad. Got to room and keycards weren't programmed. Had to go to check in desk, clerk made comment to keep away from cell phone when […] she knew I didn't have time to place them in my purse near cell phone - kept them in my hand. Too much noise from room next door starting around 11:30 pm ending around 2 am. At check wasn't even asked how our stay was. Definitely will mark this hotel off our list - make this trip every year. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were shocked by the customer service that we received and extremely happy with this their eagerness to please their guests. The employees here deserve well over 5 stars!

"A Clarion Suprise"
Location was convenient to my business meeting, and the convenience of having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The food was good, friendly staff, ready to serve. The room was comfortable. I would stay at this facility again when in the area. This is a step forward for this hotel chain.

This place is good, 4th or 5th time I've stayed here, I reviewed this place once before. Price went up a little, but hotels.com refunded me some money because the hotels.com site didn't include AAA discount.

Some of my room mates personal items were stolen from the room the 2nd day. Then, we returned the following day to find that someone had gone back into our room and left the room door open when they departed. I do not recommend this hotel !

Clean, comfortable room, good price -- most hotels cheaper than this are hit or miss with smell in the room, this place hasn't had that problem, this is the third time I've stayed there.
