We liked the whole setting with the ocean and a small ocean community with friendly people.

We stay a night here. Hotel is clean. There is heated pool. overall, it was good.

No air conditioning and had to open windows. Sink faucet broken and came off. washed clothes and dryer did not dry them. Had to hang all the clothes. Lobby full of children running and adults talking loudly. Very congested. Room small and not very comfortable.

I was alittle disappointed at the contintental breakfast, they ran out of food and plates by 9 and the food didn't seem as good this time

We stayed 2 nights and asking them to do maid service between nights was kind of a hassle. All they did was make beds. Kept all the trash in room, no fresh towels and didn't vacuum. Besides that everyone was nice and the beds were very comfy!! ( 2 queens) the beds had like 6 pillows on each bed so you never had to ask for more pillows. Complimentary […] breakfast was good, Swimming pool..we didn't use looked kinda small and hit tub was broken. Overall if your looking for a decent priced hotel I would recommend this one. I was VERY pleased with the Comfort Inn on our recent stay in Ocean Shores. We had 3 kids with us and when I booked the room they said there was a pull out couch and there was! (We have been to other hotels that said this would be available and it wasn't.) The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, we got complimentary bottles of water […] and coupons upon checking in and they provided us with change for the washer/dryer & extra towels for the pool. Our room was on the ground floor which was great because we have little kids and they like to bounce around. No bothering the neighbors! And, we had a sliding glass door out into a small grassy area. The beach was a bit of a jaunt from our actual room - there is a trail but it must not often be used as it was partially grown over, and we had to go through the neighboring property to get to it. There were plenty of towels in the room, breakfast was complimentary and satisfying, and there was a micro & fridge in the room for late night snacking. The pool was chilly at first but we warmed up after being in it for a while. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to anyplace in town. The washer and dryer was great to have available considering all the time we spent in the sand (no putting wet swimsuits back on!). Can't say enough. We were thoroughly impressed. Ďalšie informácie

Awesome complimentary breakfast. The staff was courteous and our room was clean. Location was close to the beach. What else could you need?

Street Appeal= 4 Bed=5 Plush and comfortable Bath=4 Location=5 bfast= 4 Very happy with our stay. Great, view, room and Bfast

We stayed for 3 nights over spring break. My pre-teens, teens and adult children and even us parents all had an equally good time and have the Comfort Inn to thank for most of it. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated modern rooms (we had two), close to everything we wanted to do, hot breakfast, coffee and cookies in the lobby, 24 hour indoor pool […] and hot tub and friendly staff made our stay the best one we've ever had. We had a fireplace and an ocean view on the 4th floor with a king size bed in a loft and another king on the main floor and a sofa bed as well. Our other room was a non view with 2 queens. Both were clean and tidy and well laid out. The towels and linens, bathroom and kitchen amenities were clean and newer. Great staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast (included in room rate). Even though hotel was full - families and singles - it was very quiet.

Checked in on Friday afternoon, the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Only about five or six other guests in the hotel the first night. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very reasonable but his may be the off season price as we were there the first week in December but it was a clamming tide

This motel has a large stainless steel sink and drain board for guests to clean clams. They could add lights directly over the sink and also add a better roof to make it rain proof. It is in an area that shelters you from the wind and relatively conveniently located. All in all, it is much better than most cleaning stations at other area motels. I think […] almost every room they have has two queen beds or better so when a friend decided to join us to make it three, it was no problem. my family could not sleep all night long because of annoying noise from the ceiling fan downstairs. even I called for doing something, hotel did not do anything to fix it. it was the most horrible experience that I ever had. this is not 'Comfort' inn at all. I will never use it again also spread my story to my friends and relatives.
