All the TV 's had fuzzy snow effect, maintenance could not fix. Not a big deal but annoying. Overall nice place - room was in good shape with newer appliance's. WiFi only at main lobby and main pool - no Internet in rooms.

I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were. I slept great. This place is located LITERALLY minutes away from the theme parks and the parking is super convenient. Rooms could use some upgrades but overall, for the price, it doesn't get much better.

Hotel was nice and affordable. Good layout for families. Problems: closet doors in both bedrooms were broken, hot/cold water taps in the kitchen were reversed, some furniture showing signs of wear, some type of large roach found in our unit, no WiFi in unit.

The room smelled really bad of insecticides and the bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom was very small too much clutter.

We arrived for a late check-in by the security guard. The bedroom had no lights which was corrected the next day. No elevators so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. The resort made us leave a $20 deposit to show up, then had to drive to another location 7 miles away and argue with 3 different people to get "our own" money back. This wasn't explained when we signed up to attend.You couldn't give me a timeshare to this place. We got to the resort at about 1;30, check out was not til 4pm. We were given a key with our room at no additional cost. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh new towels along with beach towels. We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was great! The staff was fabulous and very helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the pool was great! We have 3 children with us and they loved the pool area :) I would recommend staying at this hotel!!! We will be staying again when we go back to Orlando!

Because of a change of family plans I had to find a place for 6 people quickly. I called a number, thinking I would reach your office, but it wasn't. The gal I dealt with was very hard to understand (broken English, & much chatter besides hers, made it hard to hear). Cleanliness of room: Great. Quality of service: Marginal, you had to explicitly ask for things like towels and toilet paper. If you didn't ask you didn't get it even though they supposedly service the rooms daily. Hotel amenities: The TV cable reception was horrible. Flat screens expected to have good picture quality but the screens were very blurry, […] especially in the living room area. Also had to get a replacement remote to operate the DVD player. Once operable, that was also a disaster - extremely dark screen and couldn't see picture very well so our DVD's were unviewable. The bedroom TVs were better but not much. The room A/C was also terrible. Couldn't control the room temperature with the thermostat nor could the system pull moisture (from showers) out of the air so it was hot and humid in the room even though weather outside was cool and relatively dry. Our only salvation was the windows could be opened. We were told the A/C had two settings (Chill or Heat) that were set manually based on season. Pretty much a joke considering the year is 2012. Location was great and the people we worked with were extremely nice though. Traffic was hideous but there are enough back roads to help getting out and back quicker (bring a map). Wow, where to begin!! ..torn sheets, and I mean sheets that were tattered and torn on the bed, dirty bathroom floor, pool that had not been cleaned in a number of days,{ filled with debris, leaves and twigs}, televisions did not work, none of them and there were 3 in the unit!!! We called and asked why no television reception and the response was that […] the problem has existed for about 2 weeks and they "were looking into it"...telephones did not work, unable to call the guest services...it was just abysmal...a great property falling to decline and no one cared!!! We had a great stay at the Blue Tree property. Our two bedroom condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable; and it was close to eating and Disney. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The spa bath did not function at all. WiFi was available ONLY in Reception. Other than that this was a great place to stay. Central for all the attractions and Malls. Very clean with all expected amenities. There was good parking with easy access. Excellent pool and an ideal place for families to stay.

The room was clean. The blinds were not the right blinds, so it made closing them correctly impossible. The bathtub in the main bathroom had a clog and the closet doors in all the rooms were not on the tracks. It did have several heated pools. The resort needs to provide sidewalks to walk around the grounds in safety.

Stayed at this hotel recently on a conference trip to Flordia with my family. Great service, loved the pools and play grounds. Great location, minutes away from Downtown Disney and the Disney Parks as well as Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Wireless would have been nice though, it was the only thing missing. I would stay here again. Nice clean room. Kitchen was really nice to have. Pool was very nice and heated. The only bad side was to toilet in the master bedroom leaked after it got flushed, which we didn't realize until 7pm as we were headed out the door for night. Staying in the 2 bedroom was a dream compared to a standard hotel room. We were 6 total and everyone was comfortable. Definitely the way to go.

We found the room to be very clean and the location very convenient. Not even 5 minutes from Downtown Disney. The staff was very helpful. The only downside for us was that it was on a Third Floor and there were no elevators.

The rooms are nice, but we arrived in 90 degree weather with an air conditioner that didn't work. They didn't offer to switch rooms, so we sweat it out our first night. We didn't read the fine print that meant that we would have to sit through a time share program. Hotel is dated. Room was smelly with mildew; I was glad we brought a spray bottle of Febreeze. We opened the sliding glass doors to the balcony and all the windows, which helped air out the room. The property's old and has seen better days, with beat-up furniture, switchplates askew, sliding closet doors off their rails, 30-year-old thermostat, The […] TVs (flatscreens) in our unit had an unwatchable picture on the digital channels (pixellating, lost sound every couple of seconds). 2nd bedroom TV didn't work at all. A helpful maintenance guy came by and did the best he could, but couldn't do anything until morning, when we had to check out by 10am. The analog channels were poor-looking but watchable, with HBO. Internet was $15/day, free in the lobby (didn't check out lobby internet). Despite its age, our unit was clean with a reasonably comfortable bed. Check-in took over 1/2 hour, because of only one overworked clerk. After finally getting our room key, we were ushered into the adjoining room where two people tried to sign us up for a timeshare presentation, . Check-out was fast and hassle-free. I was afraid they'd try to ding me with hidden surprise fees I'd have to argue about, but that didn't happen. This place would be OK for a family trying to save on restaurant costs by utilizing the full kitchen for meals, but for couples who don't need a stove or dishwasher, there're better choices.
