Kyriad Paris 10 - Gare du Nord - Paríž

Comfort is correct for the price, location is ideal if you arrive in or leave from Gare du Nord. But my room being located on 1st floor I was woken up at 3.30am by noisy workers down in the street.

This hotel is conveniently located opposite the Gare du Nord. It's very small but a nice and clean hotel. The lift is tiny, it fits 2 people with 1 small piece of luggage. The room was small, however the bathroom was spacious in comparison. Everything was quite new and tidy. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking but it was acceptable. The Wifi was […] terrible. You get 4 hours free each time you register for the basic access, however the service was very intermittent. You can access the Internet for several minutes then it will be done for the next hour or so. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything that was going on next door. The room we stayed in was inwards facing which is fortunate. As I can imagine it will be noisy if your room is outwards facing. Overall I would recommend this hotel purely based on its location and cleanliness. If you cannot put up with a very bad Wifi, thin walls, soft bed, tiny lift, then look elsewhere. Ďalšie informácie

the hotel is no bad, but I will recommend it only if you have to travel by train from Gare Du Nord. The neighbourhod is not the best but the hotel was cleaned.

booked two rooms. tiny elevator for one and a bag. one room newly renovated with a new small bathroom. 2nd room very small, not easy to move in, bathroom with less room. surly check out in the AM and insisted room had not been paid.

Great location directly across the street from Gare du Nord, which means direct access to Orly or Charles de Gualle for 8 Euros. Not the greatest area in the world but if you been to Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA or NYC in the US you have seen much worse. Again location is excellent.

We took the Eurostar to Paris for a few days and were returning on a very early train, so I wanted a hotel that was very close to Gare du Nord(Eurostar station). The Kyriad is literally across the street from the train station and the metro. It's kind of far away from most of the touristy sites, and require 2 changes on the metro to get anywhere, but […] the metro is literally on the door step. The hotel was very reasonably priced and very good value. We had a triple room and a double room. The triple was very comfortable for 3 people. There was a queen size bed and a twin. We had a good sized bathroom with a full, deep, tub, and air conditioning. The double had a double bed and a twin and only a shower. The hotel had been newly redone and everything was new. It was also quiet if you shut the windows, it is located on a very busy, loud street so it was loud if the windows were open. It was extremely clean.-bedding, bathroom, even the carpet was new and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the tub was great for soaking after a long day's site-seeing. We had a French breakfast (juice, hot chocolate and croissant- 8euro) every morning at the cafe that was right next to the hotel. And on our last night we had dinner at the cafe across the street and it turned out to be the best meal we had our entire stay. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel and train station was not the greatest, but we didn't spend any time there-just jumped on the metro and went. Also be ready for the smallest lift in the world. You could squeeze 2 people in, or 1 person with the luggage, but no more. The staff was helpful and spoke some English. When intercity communting from Brussels to Paris you will arrive speedily at Gare du Nord and having a clean, convenient hotel visible from the station entrance is very calming. Gare du Nord is a hub for transport to anywhere in Paris and the time starved traveller will welcome the ability to drop bags safely at the Kyriad and head on to your chosen […] venues you wish to visit in Paris. The added bonus is the location for the RER B line to Charles de Gaulle, taking you there in twenty minutes. Elevator was tiny (max 3 people) and broke down on the last day, so we had to carry all the luggage from the 5th floor. A good value for your money. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and renovated, with good beds, toilettriest, safebox, and windows to the street. Despite its' location in the bustlingcity, the hotel rooms are very quiet. My room was not spacious by American hotel standards, but nothing that doesn't cost $300 is. The location is outstanding - right across the street from the main entrance to Gare Du Nord. Each room has its' own thermostat as well. I am very happy with my choice and will stay there […] again. Hotel is accross street from Gare Du nord which is where you would take the chunnel over to England. Had room on top floor with nice view of city. Small elevator holds maybe two people plus one suitcaswe each. Beware of the hot water in shower, turns cold and then hot again ( but at least you have a modern, indoor private bathroom. Everything in real is smaller than you see from the photo. Also, bathroom is quite bad, always hot and cold water switching all the time even you dont adjust anything. If you meet big guy and white hair receiption, he is very bad an impolite but others are okay and nice.

Because of my travel plans it was important to be near Gare du Nord; the hotel was clean, service was professional, the room was very small --- not a place where you would want to spend much time.. and it was all that i needed at a very good price.

We picked this hotel due to the location for Eurostar, metro etc and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though quite small. Was a bit noisey at night, but again ok for short city break. Only thing missing was a bar fridge which would be helpful. Hotel was as advertised. We arrived late at night from the trainstation. Very short walk did not feel unsafe as some reviewers posted. Our room was small, but clean. Gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. Tiny elevator and shower, good a/c. Our non smoking room did not smell like smoke. it was good for what we needed.

The hotel itself wasn't bad, just the overpriced money gouging area it's in. Traveling into the city you will find similar or better prices for goods/services then around the Gare Du Nord. I suspect they figure tourist must come right off of the Eurostar; so let's take them for another ride...

Ikke bruk Body Lotion på badet. Jeg flasset i ansiktet en hel uke etterpå. Ellers var rommet greit nok, og TV'en kom på kl. 7:00

昨年も利用しました。レセプションやその他のスタッフさんがとても感じよく、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。北駅の目の前でまわりにはブラッセリーも多く、大変便利です。エレベーターはスーツケースを持って入ると、2人がギリギリという大きさですが、利用できるだけで充分です。朝食のドリンクはショコラがオススメです。CHOKYのココアパウダーが置いてあるので、温かいミルクをもらってください。これはとっても美味しいですよ。パン オ ショコラ 、クロワッサン、バケットのほかに、チーズやジャム、ハムやヨーグルトも置いてあります。

Buena ubicacion fente a la terminal Gare du Nord, habitaciones muy pequeñas, baño diminuto, limpieza mediocre, atencion a desgano del pasajero, no recomendable.

Het hotel is ons prima bevallen. Het is niet groot maar als je eigenlijk alleen in het hotel verblijft om te overnachten, douchen en ontbijten is het een prima onderkomen. Tegenover gare du nord, wij vonden dit de perfecte locatie om van daaruit Parijs te ontdekken. We hebben 3 prachtige dagen gehad en ik zou zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen. Wij zijn […] zelf niet zo groot , misschien dat het voor iets forsere/ grote mensen de ruimte van de kamers en vooral de lift beperkt is. 2011年8月後半に、このホテルに止まりました。 旅慣れた人には、割安でお薦めです。スタッフの英語対応も問題ありませんでした。朝食は別で１食８ユーロで割高だったため、近くのファーストフード店で食べてました。少し南に歩けば、スーパーもあり、朝食は自分で買って食べること可能です。 場所は、パリ北駅を出て、前に見えていますので分かりやすいです。部屋は清潔でした。子供2人（大学生と高校生）と3人で泊まりました。空港、ユーロスターでロンドンにも直通です。パリの観光スポットには、地下鉄で行けますが、どこに行くにも乗り換えが1つ入り、少し面倒です。周りの環境は、駅前ということもあり、治安がよさそうには見えませんが、そんなに問題はなかったです。バスタブはなく、シャワーのみですが、毎日、タオルとシーツは交換可 […] 能です。ただし、どこもそうですが、環境への配慮のためなるべく、2日に一回とかの交換の協力を言われます。拒否も可能ですが、一応協力しました。キリヤードと言うホテルは、フランスのホテルのチェーンホテルで日本でいうと東横インクラスと想像します。アメリカでいうベストウェスタンクラスです。そんなに、親切ではないですが、部屋自体は清潔で、安く泊まれて、フランス中に何軒もあります。事実パリ東駅（北駅から歩いて10分）にもあり、こちらのほうが星は3つでひとつ多かったです。何でも、大きなホテルで広い部屋を希望の人には向きませんが、家族で安く泊まるにはお薦めです。 Ďalšie informácie

O hotel e em frente a gare du nord e por isso fica super bem localizado. Foi perfeito para mim uma vez que eu fui de eurostar. Porem, o servico e muito ruim. O recepcionista da noite mal fala ingles e ficou reclamendo por que chegamos tarde. Ele tambem nao pode nos dar 1 travesseiro que falatava em um de nossos quartos por que afirmou nao ter a chave […] do quarto de limpeza onde ficam essas coisas. Em um hotel desse tamanho, e ridiculo que o unico atendente presente nao tenha acesso a itens tao basicos como um travesseiro. Wir können das Hotel Kyriad Gare du Nord nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein und in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber, der Teppichboden zeigte jedoch große Flecken. Darüber hinaus war permanent (Tag und Nacht) ein monotones Geräusch der Klimaanlage zu hören.

Svært sentral beliggenhet med metrostopp rett over gaten (Gare du Nord), et par gode restauranter rett rundt hjørnet og nærbutikker like ved. Gangavstand til Monmartre og Sacre Coeur. Vi hadde et tremannsrom som hadde god plass til både oss og bagasje. Badet hadde bra størrelse og vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag. Chambre réservé, je m'attends à retrouver ce que j'ai vu sur le site....et je me retrouve dans une chambre de bonne, sale, détériorée, petite et mansardée pour un prix assez élevé. Evitez donc les chambres au dernier étage.

Helt greit etter forventningen, bare en hake: Vi hadde ønsket internett tilgang. Det ble tilbudt, men var uforholdsmessig dyrt.

Pas de télécommande et pas d'eau chaude le matin

malgré la "petitesse" de la chambre, celle-ci est agréable, aucun bruit. J'ai vraiment aimé la proximité de l'hôtel avec la gare du Nord, il suffit juste de sortir à la sortie rue de saint quentin et l'hôtel se trouve juste en face. Personnel agréable, hôtel propre.

Hotellet ligger mittemot stationen. Receptionen var liten men väldigt vänlig engelstalande personal. Badrummen var fräscha och rummen var små men helt ok med tanke på att priset var väldigt modest. Ett helt ok hotell som jag gärna rekommenderar om du vill lägga pengar på annat än boende (Paris var för övrigt väldigt dyrt!).

I only stayed one night & honestly picked the hotel more out of the convinient distance from Gare du Nord (trainstation) than anything else, it's literally situated across the road =) but the staff was so friendly & helpful and the room neat & tidy. comfy beds too =) will definatley recomend especially if you are travelling onwards via train.
