Sheraton St. Louis City Center Hotel And Suites - St. Louis

Very close to Amtrak train station, 2 minuttes of walk but a bit far from St. Louis downtown. The rooms are clean, very spacious.

For convenience from Lambert Airport by yhe excellent light railway, the hotel could not be better accessed. If faults in location be found it must be in the absence of a shopping area in the near vicinity. Indeed, without an automobile, the visitor must be prepared to walk considerable distances only alleviated by the use of public transport and the […] goodwill of the indigenous population to give direction. The hotel room, No.604, was commodious, well furnished and maintained daily in a spotless condition. Above all, although sited at a busy road junction, we heard no sound of traffic, or indeed sounds from other neighbours in the hotel. Maybe not the worst hotel, but close. Bar service was terrible, it may have been a busy night, but that should be at my expence. DO NOT under any circumstances upgrade to a junior suite, they are next to the elevators and are inside rooms, very noisy. - Everything thing is an extra, expect +50% 0n room rate. We chose this hotel for location. We could walk to Scotsstrade Center. The staff was not bad but we arrived at 1:50 PM and waited in line to check in for around 15 mins. At that time we were told that the hotel was very "busy" the night before and our room was not ready until check in time of 3PM. Ok we went to wait and the food in the resturant was […] terriable. I mean I ordered Queso and it was canned nacho cheese. Weird. We ate dinner there and the 2 club sandwich's were ok, the steak was awful, the $70 tab it took 6 times to get really bad. Hotel food is expensive and normaly not the best unless you are in a very fine hotel. This was very bad. Overall the bed and jacuzzi tub in the room was the best thing. Literally across the street for a Blues Game. The pub was a nice spot to have a drink after the game. Room size and general comfort was great. The bed wasn't the best, but not totally bad either. Easy traffic area to drive around and see sights. Really good value hotel.

Very impressed with room size! It was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 younger kids. The room was big enough for the kids to move about and not create problems. It is with in walking distance to the city museum a must see! We had tickets to the blues and you can see the scottrade center from front of hotel. Parking is extra, and they kept forgetting to add it to the room. Had to hassle with the attendant when leaving every morning.

This hotel is great. Clean, staff is helful. Pool is on the 13 floor nothing (bad about that) pool is best I have ever seen in or outdoors. location of hotel is on the spot location , minutes from everything. I will be visiting again

Sheraton is less than a block from Scott Trade Center and within walking distance of the City Museum. However, parking is $17/day to come and go that I missed on the web site when booking. I would have booked another if had read that since we were doing things outside downtown too and didn't need to park there daily. Our room was XL large with 2 queens […] and pullout which was nice for a family of 4. Our friends was normal size with a King and pullout. Pool chemicals were EXTREMELY strong the 2nd time we used it and had to leave as kids were coughing and it was hurting our noses and eyes without even being in the pool. Staff was ok. No standouts. No outdoor windows so slept well but people were loud getting off elevators in late pm/early ams as it is a wide open space open to all floors rooms in the middle. They will give you a $5 coupon for not using cleaning staff daily (except the day you leave) but have to use it in that visit for food. OUTRAGEOUS charges for breakfast--talking $4.50 for milk/juice and something like 8 or 9 dollars for cereal. $20 PER DAY for a microwave. $17 PER NIGHT for parking--no free parking anywhere around hotel. When I said something to the staff, they replied--we have to pay for parking too. Well, I'm a guest, not an employee. Anywhere from $12 to $15 to rent […] a movie. I stayed here to have an indoor pool for my daughter and to be close to attractions--which it did. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool/hot tub was nice. The hotel is about three blocks from Busch Stadium and just under a mile to the Arch. Get the garage parking for easy in and out use. The room was a little out dated and the TV's were from the late 1990's. The pool is big but a little dirty when we went. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel but give it a 4 out of 5.

Very nice hotel. Room was very spacious and the price was extremely reasonable. Employees were more than willing to make my stay 100% great. Would stay there again gladly !!!

Great location - easy walking to Scottrade for concert. Room was a great value thru Hotels.com. 2 of 3 elevators out of service after concert led to crowds in lobby and dangerous overcrowding in one working elevator.

This hotel met my expectations. Rooms were spacious and clean. Probably the worst part was the air retrun vents were very dusty and as always ALL hide away beds, not just Sheratons, are not the most comfortable. Service desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was attending the Blues/Blackhawks game and the hotel was convienetly right across […] the street from the arena. I wanted to stay at a hotel within walking distance to the Scottrade Center and the hotel was literally a block away.

The room was OK, the hide a bed sofa was disgustingly filthy. The pool was huge, and the hot tub was SO HOT you could not stay in it for more than a few minutes.

My son and friends wanted to drive to St. Louis for a hockey game at the Scottrade Center. I booked this hotel because of its close proximity. They had a wonderful time and where able to walk to the game.

THE HOTEL WAS A LITTLE PRICEY AS FAR AS FOOD SERVICE GOES. ROOM WAS NICE EXCEPT BATHROOM BEING A LITTLE SMALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD!! CLOSE TO RIVERFRONT ATTRACTIONS.

Great room and comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect location downtown near the expressways and the start and finish of the marathon (our reason for being in St. Louis). Parking garage was old and poorly designed leaving too few spaces. I ordered room service breakfast the morning of the marathon but never got it due to the overload of marathoners. I did not like the hotel at all. It served it's purpose for the weekend, but I have had better. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, when we woke up our backs were in excruciating pain. I will never stay there again.

Downtown location makes for a tight parking garage so I would recommend the valet service. Bar tenders were wonderful and friendly. Service was friendly and timely and everyone was very helpful. The facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but we didn't have the option to chose a room with an exterior view. Instead we wound up with a window […] facing a cocktail party in the patio. My friends and I use to stay at another popular downtown hotel but now I think we are going to switch to Sheraton becasue they were very friendly, offered free shuttle, room was huge and very nice and it is located right by high way and the places we were going to!

Perfect location between the stadium, blues stadium, union station and right next to the interstate.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you're attending an event at the Scottrade Center. It's right across the street. Rooms and hallways definitely could use updating. Carpet, wallpaper, etc. are worn and generally unattractive.

THe hotel stay we had was phenominal. The only issue we had was the sleeper sofa was broken and that is where we had planned for our daughter to sleep, given we had an unexpected guest stay with us. However, since the hotel was booked management gave us breakfast coupons which saved us $60 and took care of our parking. The staff was very nice but the rooms needed work. The rooms are very outdated (10-15 years). The TV on has a few channels. No microwave. The sink drained very slow. The shower-head and tub faucet would only work simultaneously. We stayed on the club level and couldn't access the club lounge. We paid for a "good" hotel that didn't have a microwave and […] charge an outrageous amount for a cup of coffee. Also, not a very good location for downtown activities. Hotel was nice but aging. In room Wi-fi is not available unless you get a lower floor you cannot connect to the lobby wi-fi. Ok stay for the $ I paid.

The room was comfortable and roomy but a little noisy (HVAC) due to being an old building. Old Tvs need to be updated. The pool on the rooftop has a strong odor of chlorine which makes you not want to stay there too long. Within walking distance of ballpark and Scottrade center as well as Union Station. We were in town for a concert at Scottrade Center so the location was perfect. Service was good and room was very clean. The only thing that we disliked was that we were charged extra to have a microwave in the room.

Wonderful location for walking to a concert nearby. The room was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean! Loved the convenience of the restaurants and enjoyed a cocktail before the concert. We will definitely stay here again when coming downtown for an evening function.

While this was a nice location and a nice hotel, it is not family friendly unless you want to spend TONS of money to eat. It cost well over $50 for two burgers, and two kids meals. The food was not the best. It is within walking distance of many great venues, but I would recommend not staying on Sunday. The front desk staff later in the evening were not the best quality, they made me wait to ask my question so that they may finish their conversation.
