"Shabby and old"
The room had a microwave, refrig, coffee maker which was handy. The carpt, linens including bedspread, were old and frayed. The bathroom floor looked dirty but it might have been due to the age (mold/dark spots/stains). We stayed two nights, but the maid didn't fix up our room or refill the coffee & soap for the 2nd night. We had been gone all day so […] there was plenty of time (my husband had to flag her down when we got back around 6pm). "Convenient to restaurants and Freeway"
Here's the deal, I've stayed here four times because they offer free internet (wired and wireless), complimentary breakfast, it's close to the freeway, close to good restaurants, and reasonably priced. I didn't stay here because the beds are comfy or have 1000 TC sheets; nor did i stay because the rooms smelled nice and were recently upgraded. after first nights stay asked the desk person to please have the ants in my room spayed, and fix the running toilet that keaped me up at night. these were both not taken care of.

"Reno Super 8"
A comfortable and affordable hotel close to everything. Great Thai food restaurant in lobby and relaxing bar. The bartender is like an old friend.

overall the place was in a great location, few problems in the room, our bathroom light was always flickering or not working at all, the pool was closed already for the winter and its only September. and the continental breakfast was very limited, bagels, cereal and milk or coffee so don't expect too much out of it.

This hotel is very well located within walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. The hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Only negative comment is that air/heat unit unsatisfactory--old & poor conditiion--needs replacing--all else very good--would stay again--
We have stayed there 2 years in a row and both times things were just fine. The cont-breakfast was a little slim but grandkids liked the pool, it was close to airport easy on, easy off i like that, will stay there next year if our family reunion is in walker again...Thanks..Marilyn...

"Worst Place I have ever stayed. Not Worth."
Check Process was Simple Free breakfast was in good quality But the room facility was horrible. The room was like a tent house. Fridge and Microwave worked well, but the maintenance was horrible inside the room. The pictures dont say what the real quality of the room is. I somehow tolerated the night stay. Will never stay in this room again. Can't Complain […] the staff as I did not had a situation to deal with them. Forgot to mention, the magnetic door keys wont work properly and the locks as well. I just love their check-out time, noon !. Almost impossible in other hotels. Fast and efficient service. Our mattress were not the most comfortable though, slept with coils in my ribs. drafts through French windows, big gaps
Nice service at check in counter. The price is ok. A few light bulbs are not working. The mattress are bad enough for the people to sleep. Well, I would recommend for whoever want for cost saving.

Older Hotel. Not terribly comfortable. Housekeeping needs ... customer service training. Maybe clean rooms everyday instead of skipping those who stay with them more than a night?? Hmmm?
Don't pay anymore than you must!!! Okay for a place to sleep - no more. Also, be sure to call the motel to confirm your reservation details - might save you a $10 bill. For the same price, could have stayed in a hotel downtown, but wife did not want smoking/gambling atmosphere for us or our son.

people are right about the room temperature, but cleanliness and upgraded rooms offset the temperature issue.
"RUDE RUDE RUDE Front desk!"
We went there for Street Vibrations so there was a full house at the Motel but the people at the front desk were very rude. I used to work at the Hilton front desk so I know how you should be treating the guest and the front desk at the Super 8 Motel were extremely rude.... but I guess you get what you pay for!! The first night we are there was just […] ok... but we leave for about 6 hours and come back and our key wont work to our room, so we have to go down to front desk and they are rude to us when we ask to get working keys. They tell us that they aren't working because housekeeping had cleaned the room.... So, now we are asking are we going to have to get key re-magnitized everyday??? So, we go up to the room after front desk was rude to us and come to find out they had lied too.... the room was exactly the way we left it..... I will never stay there again. The rooms weren't that bad for the type of place you are staying at..... but next time I will pay a little more for the room just to have better customer service, and I am not a high maintance guest either! Hotel was old and tired. Room needs to be refurbished. A/C not adequtae. Breakfast room was small, selection of breakfast items also small. Would not stay there again.

"Super 8 Meadow wood Mall"
What can I say? It is a "budget" motel. Great location quiet and the room was comfortable. The beds and decor show their age but we do not spend our time in the room. Pool was open and clean. Very good Bangkok Cuisine restaurant with great prices, food was very tasty.

If you remember that Super 8 is a budget hotel, this one was a good value. The room was not fabulous, but was clean and comfortable. We were just stopping over for one night on our way to Arizona so it worked out well for us.

We booked this accommodation despite of past references at hotels.com, which were not positive. Lucky us, we found all fine - convenienbtly located hotel, with helpful reception, room comfortable ( the efficient air-conditioning inclusive), and while first breakfast was possibly not well supplied to the end of hours, the second day breakfast at earlier […] hour was fine. Everything about motel is good except the air conditioning. They make a lame excuse about 2 pipe system. A two pipe system can have good a/c. This place doesn't. Our room had air on when we entered about 5:00pm The temp was about 80. It stayed hot till morning when the outside temp was in the 60's. Great restaurants within walking distance. If you need to shop, the mall is also within walking distance. So nice to have a refridgerator and microwave in room for those restaurant leftovers.

This hotel may not be the most modern, but it is always clean, the employees are helpful, and most of the time the rates are reasonable.

"Old structure"
Looks fine from the street, but this 1960s in feel. It was drafty, heating/cooling out of date so you had to put up with whatever they provided.

Some of the rooms were weekly and smoking. The smoke was pulled into my room by the cooling system! I will never stay there again even for free!!
