Best hotel experience we've had in Syracuse by far! (We haved stayed in a number of hotels in the Carrier Circle area when visiting family nearby.) Hotel was clean, fresh, quiet. It suited my needs for a few four day stays. The place is not a fancy hotel but it is modern, clean and the value is excellent. Breakfast is good, the beds are very comfortable. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is outside so is closed for the winter. It is situated in an area consisting mostly of hotel complexes. There is nothing much else […] around. "Would definitely go back."

I stay at approximately 15 Hotels monthly and the service and help from front desk(Shad) was A+. The rooms were the closest thing to being home with 2 TV's a bedroom seperate from the Living area and free dinner and drinks Mon thru Fri from 5:30pm to 7pm. We were delightfully surprised on the condition and upkeep of this hotel. We used the expedia 40% off and did not know what Hotel we would get until it was booked. We certainly would book this hotel again. Great value for what we got. We did not have our children with us. We were passing through Syracuse late at night and had to pull over. I called Expedia for anything available within a moderate budget. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the booking was for a suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. The location is a little hidden but close to the thruway. We had a King size bed in a one bedroom […] suite. There was a living area and kitchen. Both the bedroom and living area had televisions. A full breakfast was included. It is served til 10:00am on weekends. Welcoming touches like complimentary bottled water, popcorn, and chewy bar were provided (tea/coffee, of course). If we had brought food to prepare we could have taken advantage of the full kitchen. There is an outdoor pool, laundry facilities and 24 hr gym. Sadly we were just passing through and did not stay to enjoy the hotel. If I were staying in Syracuse again or even passing through, I would not hesitate to stay here. A/C only runs in bedroom which makes it extremely hard to control comfort in room and blows VERY cold at night leaving your sinuses crazy in the morning.
