Jameson Inn Trussville - Trussville

This was the worst experience I have every had, not only with a hotel but customer service. They did not have any shampoo or soap. When we asked for those items we were told they were out and if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. Also, we found blood, yes BLOOD, on the carpet. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!

Commode did not work..we were told to push the button on the commode harder..well it just about overflowed. Then we were moved to a different room and the dead bolt did not work, the commode leaked and the TV viewing was nothing but snowy. We reported the deadbolt issue to the assistant manager thenext morning after barricading the door..we were told […] "I'm sorry. " We went to check out the next day and were told that we owed $80.00. I said no way. We paid through hotels.com and they were not getting one more dime from us. Ďalšie informácie

I didn't feel like this hotel was as clean as it could be. I wasn't crazy about the fact our room was upstairs with no inside access to the inside of the hotel. It was inconvenient to go to the lobby to get coffee or the morning breakfast. The ice machine in our building was broken as were the bedside table lamps. I would not use this hotel again.

The staff was friendly, the lobby nice, grounds and room clean. However, I would not stay there again because the room needed some upgrades. I didn't want to put my bare feet on the carpet, the bedspread smelled dirty (no, I didn't purposely stick my face in it but when I went to go to sleep and pulled it over my shoulder the smell kept me awake), the […] towels were quite worn and the upholstered chair needed to be replaced or at least steam cleaned. Very nice motel, convenient to Hewitt-Trussville High School. Surrounded by restaurants. Room very comfortable.

wish I would have ask if it was on one floor or had an elevator. But it worked out.

It was okay, the room could of been a little updated. I have paid less for a room and have gotten alot more. the chair in the room was very old and sqeeky , bed was okay.

This is the second Jameson Inn I've stayed at. Everything was very nice except for the actual construction of the building. The people in the next room sounded like they were in the room with you. Very loud. Very noisy. They happened to be up at 3 a.m. We didn't get much sleep. The staff was great and the lobby and breakfast were very accommodating. Clean and convenient.

I should have complained to the manager and left, but too tired fromt the road. I made the best of it, but will not stay there ever again!

It was clean enough and decent... Maybe a little pricey for what you get, but overall comfortable and clean.

The towels were not very good. They were very thin and made it hard to dry!

Room and bed were very comfortable. We made the reservation for a double for 4 and only had 2 towels and washcloths. Since we arrived late at night and departed early next morning, asking for additional towels wasn't convenient. Breakfast was merely adequate. Have had better for less money. Still, it was clean and decent.

This hotel was right off the freeway and very easy to find. It was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast and the dining area was very clean. We also ate at the steakhouse next door. It was excellent as well.

The room was nice, but the bed was the hardest mattress I have ever been on. Floor was a comparable match. If you can negotiate the bed though, everything else was nice.

Although we only stayed one night in this hotel, we would describe it as comfortable and convenient. The Hotel clerks were very helpful with local directions. We would definitely stay here again.
