The room was clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. But, the air conditioners were very loud -I could hear them going in other rooms. Breakfast was decent. Did the trick for a quick business trip.

The suite style is very convenient for a larger family. All slept well.

Stayed there for a business trip. The front desk was very helpful in finding places to eat; the breakfast was a good/quick breakfast and was always refreshed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and exactly what i expected. Overall, I would stay there again.
Great hotel-friendly staff. Quiet location on the weekend- tucked away in an industrial area and most restaurants closed on Sunday. However, very easy on and off the freeway and close to NC State. Highly recommended!
"Fairly close to the airport but w/o the noise"
This was my second stay here. Both times have been enjoyable, undisturbed stays . . . and this last time the hotel was full of teenage girls from a sports tournament that was in town - never heard a peep in the night.

The rooms are a tight fit, average people wont fit with comfort. we had three in our room, and i felt like i had to walk side ways. Our walls were dirty, looked like blood but probably red juice, i hope. i feel i could have found something better for the price. the front desk person gave us the wrong printed directions to the mall, we ended up in the […] hood. not good. "convenient and reasonably priced"
This hotel is convenient to the airport, I-40 and I-540. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. We always stay here when we need a hotel in the area.
The hotel was nice, the room was clean and the staff was relatively friendly. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, on the first night of my stay a systems alarm started going off at 4 am. It was only going off in my room and the staff had no way of turning it off. I had to change rooms at 4am and was told to speak to the manager about bill adjustment […] for that night. After talking to the manager, he stated that he did not know how to compensate us for the room because the reservation had been booked through hotels.com. He was supposed to find out and call me, it has been a month and I am still waiting for that phonecall....also, the sheets did not fit the beds and kept coming off in the middle of the night. I thought for the money the hotel would be mediocre. What a pleasant surprise!! The staff was helpful and cordial. I never had the breakfast-I slept late during my stay. "Great place to stay"
The hotel was located in a quiet area, close to the interstate. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely and clean. The bed was a little saggy on one side and the sheets tended to come off the corners, but still, it was a great buy for the money! We will plan to stay here again the next time we visit Durham.

Nice roomy suite and the MOST comfortable bed I have slept in in a hotel room in a long time.

This was a excellent place to stay. The rooms was very nice couldn't ask for a better stay. The maid came by everyday to see if we wanted our room cleaned so we said yes and they did a GOOD Job. Would recomend this to anyone.

Great location from RDU. My flight landed at 11:30pm and I called for the hotel shuttle from the airplane. they were outside within 10 minutes or less! Clean room. "A good option in Durham"
We stay in Durham, North Carolina to visit family on a regular basis. This was our first stay at Springhill Suites and we were very pleasantly surprised by the ammenities and pleasant rooms. The bedding and beds are superb...very nice quality sheets, mattresses and pillows. The staff was are very friendly and courteous.
