The hotel was in a great spot it really was friendly and quirky. We went over for new years with friends it was a great place to stay not far from the center plenty of bits to do around . We visited this hotel to celebrate New years eve with a group of friends. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly and showed us different room options we could choose from. The reception area also serves as a bar and is very open plan and modern. We had a large room on the fourth floor which was decorated well, albeit a little bit odd! The […] location of this hotel is perfect, we found our way around most of Copenhagen very well and as we were walking most of the time, it never felt like the hotel was a million miles away. On New Years Eve, our dinner reservations had fallen through due to miscommunication with the restaurant we had booked. The man on reception was more than helpful and called various restaurants to help us find somewhere who would cater for a group of 9. This was completely above and beyond and we were all very impressed with this level of service. The hotel beautifully situated in the centre of copenhagen, it is literally minutes from the shopping district and there are several lovely food places within walking distance of the hotel.

Clean, simple and friendly hotel in the centre of Copenhagen close to S-trains and metro and only a few hundred meters to the shopping pedestrian street 'Stroeget'. The rooms all have different themes and decoration and I stayed in the Japenese room - very funny and original concept

Great for short visits, longer stays would need at least a cupboard. Reception could provide more information. Breakfast very innovative

WiFi was intermittent and kept dropping out. The room was weird with a forest theme which 1. didn't work and 2. not really suitable to a person (mid sixties) of my age. 3. the bathroom flooded (twice) whilst having a shower. Staff at the reception were extremely nice. Overall I found it a little on the high side price wise for what was on offer.

Excellent location, close to railway centre , tour buses and tivoli park. Pleasant room and bathroom.

Great location, but extremely noisy and no air conditioning - so either put up with all the noise of the streets, or shut the windows and broil!! Breakfast was not worth the value.

Great staff, great location, very comfortable bed and bags of character.

The hotel was nice but not at all what was advertised on their website. I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as an art hotel and I was hoping for a unique experience. When we arrived however, we found that we were staying in an ordinary room that had since been renovated. great concept, very attentive and friendly staff, good location, good value, comfortable bed......but a bit worn and tattered, holes in furn, tiles missing,..etc,...shower poor due to poor water pressure(on 5th floor), very dim lighting in the room, not much space to lay anything down in either the room(we had an extra large deluxe double-the largest) […] or especialy the tiny bathroom. While i can appreciate that artistic nature of the room i thought the rooms were overall very small and felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. This could be a standard "european" room but for the most part I wasn't impressed. Location was in walking distance to make key places and its close to the train station.

Hotel Fox is in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars, cafes & the central shopping district of Copenhagen. Room was fairly basic (small room with single bed) but the bed was ultra comfortable and shower was blissful. A gem within Copenhagen. In a city thats so expensive this hotel is a real find.

Nice hotel but the noise level is much too high during parties. We were on the 3rd floor during a party in the lobby and the room shook with the music. Could not sleep until the party ended at 3am.. Make sure there isn't a party going on before you book.

In couple of words: The good: 1. It worth every penny you pay if you don't use the hotel site directly. 2. Walking distances from everywhere in Copenhagen. 3. Very close to CPH main attraction sites. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Free wireless internet. 6. Wild party at the lobby every Friday. 7. Very late check out on Sundays. The bad: 1. Copenhagen is a very expensive city with a cup of coffee costing $6. Hotel Fox is money well spent. It is relatively inexpensive and the rooms are adequate. We were able to walk everywhere with no problems and the hotel is only 2 short blocks from the stroget, Radhus and Tivoli. The room was clean and although noisy it wasn't a problem. I was very excited to stay at Hotel Fox because of the unique artist inspired rooms, but found that the room we received was not in the best condition. We stayed in the Tokidoki room, which featured the artist's work on a white wall, with white furniture and bed linens...all of which were less than clean. Located about 3 blocks from City Hall Plaza and Tivoli Gardens, you can't beat the location and price for this hotel. It was remodeled about 4 years ago and turned into a trendy, urban hip hotel. This hotel was certainly unique, but is in desperate need of a renovation. It has more of a hostel, rather than hotel, feel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The location was very ideal to walking street and 20 minutes from airport and the front dest took all the time you needed to give great local information and to correct problems to give us a free cappaccino when we were leaving for the airport. Det første som slår deg når du går inn på hotel fox, er at dette ser ikke ut som ett hotel skal se ut som! ikke at det er noe negativt. interiøret er veldig spesielt. Luften på rommet var litt innestengt, og sengen var alt for lav og hadde noen irriterende bjelger rundt seg. Når man dusjet ble det vått på hele baderomsgulvet. ellers sov jeg godt!

Na de foto's bekeken te hebben op de website waren wij zeer enthousiast over dit hippe hotel dat luxe oogde. Bij binnenkomst viel dit nogal tegen. De kamers (we hebben er 4 gezien voordat we een keuze hadden gemaakt) waren slecht onderhouden. Krassen en vlekken op de vloer/tapijt, smoezige gordijnen, beschadigde bedden en vieze badkamer tegels. Perfekt beliggenhed Midt mellem hovedbanen og Nørreport (S-tog, Metro). Men der er meget trafikstøj på værelserne ud mod gaden!

Si buscas un hotel original en pleno centro de la ciudad y con un muy buen servicio este es mas que recomendable!

Leide det dem kaller "Large" rom her på hotels.com, fikk ett lite hjørnerom (317) som var nedslitt og kunne virke skittent pga. at alle flater inkl gulv er malt hvitt for flere år siden- men jeg har ingenting å utsette på renhold på rommet, selv om dette bar preg av å være dårlig på resten av hotellet. Man blir også henvist til ekstra puter og håndduker […] i skap på rommet, men dette eksisterer ikke (hverken skap eller innhold). Gjestene drakk medbrakt i lobbyen, som bar preg av å være tilholdssted for hippier. Frokosten veldig overpriset mtp standard, 155DKR og ikke inkl i prisen. Vil man bo her, er det fordi man vil have andet og mere end blot et sted at sove. Hvert værelse er et kapitel for sig og samtidig er der super hyggeligt overalt. Specielt lige når man kommer ind og går mod receptionen. Det er helt sikkert et sted vi kommer igen og vil anbefale til andre.

Starfsfólkið var yndislegt og frábær staðsetning, tók 4min að labba í tivolí og strikið. Skemmtileg herbergi og í alla staði gott hótel.

Prisvärt hotell som var väldigt trevligt och ligger bara 3 kvarter till Ströget. Alla rum ser olika ut och vårt rum var lite kalt, innehöll bara en säng i mitten av rummet.

Ja det lukta som i ett revehi der, mugglukt over store deler av hotellet.grei servise men dyrt i forhold til standard

Hotellet ser fint ud når man ser på nettet, men virkeligheden er en anden. Det er nedslidt og nusset med store pletter på tæppet i vores værelse. Kun een lampe over den ene side af en dobbeltseng!!! osv., men ved siden af vore venners værelse var vores næsten "luxus". Der havde det regnet ned i sengen og de måtte bede om en ny dyne. Der var et snavset […] gulv uden tæppe og et TV, der omtrent stod på gulvet mellem to liggende sengelamper. Kontakter der hang ud af væggen m.v. Morgenmaden til 150 kr. var da noget for sig. Maden i sig selv var ok, men vi havde da nok forventet at kunne smøre sin mad selv og ikke mindst sidde ved et almindeligt bord. Vi er ældre mennesker og da jeg selv er udstyret med en ny hofte, må jeg slet ikke sidde i så lave møbler, så det halve stykke rugbrød og et bæger frugt jeg kunne indtage på armlænet af sofaen blev en dyr fornøjelse. syntes ideen var rigtig god med individuelt indrettede værelser, men nøj hvor er de slidte. hele stedet bærer præg af manglende vedligehgoldelse. hotellet ligger rigtigt godt og centralt og servicen er god og venlig.

A szálloda fantasztikus helyen van, minden könnyen elérhető. A személyzet kedves, a szoba hangulatos , nagyon érdekes és természetesen tiszta. A luxusra vágyóknak nem ajánlom, de mindenki másnak, aki normál áron, jó helyen akar megszállni, igen. Tipp:reggelit nem kértünk és így sokkal több helyet tudtunk felfedezni (gasztronómia szempontjából)Szívesen […] írnék tippeket, de azt hiszem azt nem lehet:)) Így hát rajta! Vi var fornøyd med hotellet vårt siden beliggenheten var så perfekt, vi gikk i 5 min og var midt inni alt. Vi ble litt skuffet over størrelsen på rommene, de ser utrolig mye større ut på bildene, selv om vi visste de var vid-vinkel, så ble vi litt skuffa. Senga var stor da, vi hadde rom "large". Overall; ganske greit, siden rengjøringa var bra, noe […] som nesten er viktigst. Ville vel anbefalt det videre, siden det er relativt rimelig og ligger bra til. Der var en dårlig kunstig lugt på værelset. Ens tøj lugtede af Hotel Fox til mødet dagen efter, ikke rart.

Godt hotel og superb morgenmad. God betjening & god service.
