2 night stay with my girlfriend visiting lyon. overall this was an allright hotel, just noisy since we were on the first floor, and right near the corner of the street where we could hear the cars/people/tram a little too much for comfort. aside from this it was fine. the room was clean and there was no shower just a bath and a shower head. access to […] the tram was super easy just 2 minutes away. Very bad, the furniture is very old and in bad conditions, mattress are from the same era than forniture. It is placed in a marginal neighbourhood, the possitive part is that it is close from the historical area.

good hotel for the price , good staff , clean room. on tram line, keys given out with out any checks

This is a big hotel is now a somewhat mixed area, on the left side of the Rhone. The first room they gave us was small and noisy as it faced the street but they quickly gave us a quieter and slightly bigger room. It was certainly adequate and reasonably convenient,

It was not so good service and not so clean. But this hotel is cheap so if you chose low cost, I recommend it.

very comfortable stay for a 2 star hotel. near to good public transport and shops. staff were helpful and freindly and i would certainly use this hotel again.

This was my worse hotel experience - photographs on line and the hotel in reality were two different images!! In a rough area, with voices and trams all night long, the smallest room and bathroom ever, i would advise people not to go unless this is what you would like!! Avoid at all costs (plus they charge you hidden car park and taxes fees)!!

It is not the most luxurious hotel I have ever been, but for that price it is quite good. It is near to the city centre, the staff is ok.

Booked this Hotel for a stop on our way home from Spain. The person at the desk was unfriendly and seemed unmotivated. The room was smelly and dirty and looked dark and depressing. The bathroom was equally dirty. When we saw the "sheets" on the bed, we decided we couldn't possibly stay there. They looked like old rags from the 70's. Wouldn't have gotten […] a good nights sleep anyhow, having to worry about our car being parked in that neighbourhood (very run down!) The hotel wasn't bad but it lacked character. The staff at reception did not seem to have an adequate knowledge of the surrounding area and were unable to answer most inquiries.

An older property in a changing neighborhood. it is showing its age but provides good value for price.

pros: prize; localization close to public transport node and close to the strict city center cons: neighbourhood - sometimes I didnt feel confident in the vicinity of the hotel; very poor language skills of people employed at the reception

Easy to get to location, also convenient for walking to old town. Rooms totally adequate for the price. However it was very hot and stuffy, had to leave windows open and noise outside (loud music, bar noises and traffic, boy racers etc) went on until early morning

The room was not very clean, but great location. There is also a grocery store near by, so it is quite convenient. For whosr who travel with little budget, this might be your best choice.

The room walls is very thin, if someone walks through the hallway you can feel the vibration and hear it loudly if you are trying to sleep. The quilt smelt like smoke although the rest of the bedding, room and bathroom was well cleaned. There was only a bath (no shower) in the en-suite. the area around the hotel is like a uni-area - with lots of kebab […] shops, and the streets are very smelly. However its really cheap. smelly rooms with not so great condition (I had a very tiny attic room, I was surprised that they even rented this room). The price is relatively cheap and the location is good.

THE HOTEL IS REACHABLE EASIELY BY MEANS OF THE METRO AND THE TRAM. SAFE AND QUIET NEIBORHOOD. CASINO SUPERMARKET IS FIVE MINUTE'S WALK AWAY. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.

The night clerk lied to us and told us we had breakfast included. They charged us for it after we'd eaten. The rooms were dark and dreary - reminded me of the room the Blues Brothers lived in. Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Not recommended.

Old little and simple hotel, match with the price. Nicely welcomed. Room are not big but with all comfort expected, and was clean. Location is a bit surprising for people who don't know the area, but in fact it's safe. cheap and cheerful

The rooms are more spacious than average, but old. The beds were terrible. You can feel the springs. The bathrooms need remodeling. The location seems scary at first. There is graffiti all around and parking is available, but about a 5 minute walk to the hotel which was a little scary late at night.

Présence permanente à l'accueil donc très agréable mais pas de boisson chaude possible et P Déjeuner qu'à partir de 7h donc trop tard si on a un rv matinal.

Confortable, acceuil correct mais état vétuste de la plomberie et de la sdb

Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner copieux. Un seul petit reproche. Il n'y a rien pour accrocher ses affaires dans la salle de bain.

Après un accueil semblable à celui d'un gardien de prison, je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre pitoyable digne d'une 3° série américaine avec en plus, le néon de l'hôtel éclairants la chambre comme en plein jour et du bruit toute la nuit.

très déçu par l'état de l'hôtel, je me retrouve dans une chambre avec 2 lit simple séparé très peu confortable et très mal dressé, problème pour retrouver une réservation internet, problème pour inviter une amie a monter dans la chambre sans l'intention de dormir, ne recommande pas cette hôtel

Bonne situation à prix très abordable! La chambre n'est pas forcément confortable mais on ne peut pas tout avoir...

L'hôtel est au centre de tous les sites touristiques, à visiter à pied.

rien à dire sur la propreté. Vieil hôtel, charmant mais très bruyant donc prévoir des protections d'oreille pour les sensibles. Literie très très inconfortable: sommier et matelas très abîmés, rafistolés et d'un autre âge. Coussin sur demande. Situation très pratique Petit dèj très correcte pour le prix!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Malgré un aspect un peu vieillot, confort suffisant, propre, sans bruit. Accueil sympa. Très bien situé et desservi par les transports publics.

quartier un peu difficile. Parking payant par 12 H ? et non 24 et pas à proximité. Nous pensons avoir payé 2 fois la taxe de séjour par personne, une fois lors de votre prélévement carte bleue car il me semble qu'elle était comprise et le jour de notre départ avec les frais de parking

chambre petite , salle de bain vieillotte, le principal atout de cet hotel est la proximité du centre historique, le tramway T1 qui passe devant et le prix .

ideaal gelegen om via de pont de l'université binnen de 5 à 10 minuten in het oude stadcentrum te vertoeven. kamer werd zeer netjes onderhouden, doch soms vergat men de zeep te vernieuwen, of vergat men nieuwe shampoo te deponeren, maar qua netheid alles OK.

goede ligging,openbaar vervoer zeer dichtbij, vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers,restaurants en winkels in dezelfde straat

Arrivés tard, la personne nous accueillant de nuit ne pût satisfaire les exigences que nous avions et qui avaient été organisé trois semaines auparavant. Nous avions appelé le lendemain de la réservation pour demander de réserver un parking et il avait été convenu comme cela, ct d'ailleurs la condition pour loger là. À l'arrivée plus de place, les 9 […] places de parking pour + de 80 chambres était tous pris, et nous avons du aller nous garer à plus de 20 min de marche, à 00h30 ... Le lendemain après maintes tentatives pour voir la directrice, dont personne n'avait le numéro à l'accueil nous sommes partis déçu... Sans excuses, sans gestes, sans respect.... Vraiment dommage ! Simple mais efficace. Pas d'oreiller ds la chambre, mais qd on les demande on les a... Petit dej copieux, très agréable. Aucun regret. Le tram est très proche, pratique pour se rendre à la gare
