It was one of the coldest weekends in Italy and we were freezing. The conditioner in the room wasn't enough to warm us up. However, water in the shower was hot as well as having 4 blankets partially compensated inconvenience resulted from the temperature in the room.

Stayed 2 nites.Enjoyed 1st night;clean spacious room,nice bed&bathroom.People working at reception very nice,courteous,efficient; especially ROBERTO. Unfortunately, a (football?) team checked in the 2nd night...constant traffic, knocking and slamming of doors, movement of furniture and voices kept us from sleeping the next night due to thin walls. Might […] have been nice if management had kept large groups on a separate floor as it was a period of obvious low occupancy. Although far from the train station(an 11 Euro taxi ride)the shuttle provided by the hotel to the historical center(fabulous!) mitigated some of the problem of being neither near the train station nor the wonderful Centro Storico. Super friendly reception. Knowledgeable and helpful. A great welcome. My room was spacious and clean. No view out the window but very quiet. Decor not modern but has everything you need including hair dryer in bathroom. The hotel is located on one side of town (not the side where the train station is - I took a taxi from there for about 10 euros). They […] put on an hourly free shuttle into town (and back - until 2am at night!) during the Umbria Jazz Festival (which was fantastic btw, well worth visiting Perugia for). Helpful staff, free shuttle transport to the centre although we didn't use it, but necessary if wet or you don't like walking uphill (about 20/25 minutes to the centre). Good breakfast, restaurant good if a little pricey. Good choice of music in reception.

Good location 15-20 mins walk into the very centre, it's a nice walk too so you get to see some of the city. The hotel also run a mini bus service into the city centre in the evenings to save you the walk. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was standard, but perfectly good. they have a bus to take you into town,so you dont have to fight the traffic. my son is coming in next week and we want to take him there,it was great.the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and spacious. In fact, we kept increasing our nights here because it was easy to get around by walking to town or taking the bus in. The last day, we had to leave early in the morning, and the night staff person was going to take us up to the bus stop with […] our bags to save us the walk up the hill stairs, but then actually took us all the way down to the train station. Stayed in this hotel as it had decent enough recommendations from other travelers, but our visit was ruined by the inflexible, overbearing attitude of the management who clearly wanted to take ever last euro they could from their guests. Beware!

Albergo pulito, semplice nell'arredo, ideale per coppie e famiglie, personale davvero cortese, possibilità di raggiungere il centro con la loro navetta. Lo consiglio vivamente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

It's far from the centro and the walk to the hotel seems not too safe at night. However, the hotels runs shuttle to the centro 2-3 times a day and it's about 10 Euros by taxi from there to the hotel. Dette hotellet ligger usentralt i forhold til sentrum i Perugia. Gåavstand er på rundt 30-40 min. Det går shuttlebuss fra hotellet et par ganger om dagen. Hotellet er tildels slitt og rommene kunne ha godt av litt oppussing. Servicen på hotellet er bra, og det virket som restauranten på hotellet var veldig populær. Dejligt, lidt umoderne hotel med super rart personale. God morgenbuffet -shuttelbus til Centro Storico i Perugia, som er en fanatstisk dejlig by, god blanding af historie, kunst, kultur og storbystemning i en lille by. Hotellets restaurant laver fremragende mad og har et virkelig godt vinkort.

Fiquei somente uma noite, e pude constatar que o hotel de de excelente qualidade. cafe da manha perfeito, quarto muito agradavel.

non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. devo solo constatare che le camere sono un pò vetuste. i bagni piccoli. per il resto il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono

On a été très bien accueilli par le personnel très disponible, très serviable et très gentil à tous les niveaux. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel qui se trouve dans un endroit très tranquille et on peut même profiter de la terrasse très grande et bien fournie. Le personnel est très disponible 24h/24h. Même pour le bar la nuit. La chambre était […] très bien et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dedans (Bar, climatisation, etc...). Surtout pour le prix. Même ma famille qui se trouve à 15 Kms, m'a dit que j'ai eu beaucoup de chance de trouver un hôtel à ce prix là à cet endroit. Je remercie encore une fois tout le personnel. Je vous conseille mille fois d'y aller et moi même, je sais que maintenant, je sais où aller si je dois trouver un lieu où dormir dans la région. PS : On y a séjourné du 23/07/2010 au 13/08/2010. Fint hotel hvor der er det mest nødvendige for et godt ophold. Dejlig altan med udsigt over en dal, hvor man har aftensolen til den går ned.

Goed hotel, goede prijs en vriendelijke medewerkers. Het ligt een beetje verscholen en is een eindje lopen van het centrum, wat overigens geen bezwaar is. Ontbijt is redelijk beperkt maar normaal voor een 3 sterren hotel. Tevreden verblijf gehad.

Personale molto cortese e sollecito. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Posizione ideale in zona tranquilla con verde attorno e città facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi 20 minuti che in auto 5 minuti.

un peu vieillot mais correct. Attention, l'hotel étant situé au milieu des bois certaines chambres sont très sombres et n'ont aucune vue

Glimrende hotel, men kunne ligge mere centralt. Hotellet har dog en gratis shuttle bus, som kører ind til centrum flere gange formiddag og eftermiddag.

Struttura un po data stile anni 70' ma del resto per il prezzo non ci si poteva aspetare di più altrimenti sarebbe regalato. Ottimo staff mnolto cordiale e disponinbile. sicuramente consigliabile x chi arriva a PG in macchina (parcheggio interno gratis)

È un tranquillo hotel immerso nel verde. Il servizio èsoddisfacente e altrettanto la pulizia della camera. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio ristorante ma nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.
