All the personal were so kind and always with smile faces.

The positives - the kids club staff were fantastic - there was always something going on to keep the kids entertained however to start on the negatives it was difficult to keep the majority of the kids controlled - not a comment on the kids club staff more a comment on the bad behaviour of most of the kids, (& unbelievable behaviour of most of the parents!). […] Most of the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful in the extreme – the reception and bar staff in particular – there was not enough staff on and they always seemed to find a paper to move or a glass to wipe rather than deal with the queue of guests waiting to be served. The walls of the bedrooms were so thin that you could hear everything your neighbours were doing, yes everything! Meal times were like a bun fight with everyone pushing and shoving - there really was no need for this as there were 2 restaurant areas with plenty of food which was topped up regularly. On paper the hotel has alot to offer however maybe it’s down to the fact that we were unlucky and visited at peak time but we found that it did not live up to expectation and the stay was not relaxing at all – in fact quite stressful, exhausting and infuriating. Went with my husband for a short break in the beginning of June. Very pleased with the hotel - fairly big room, very clean, stuff friendly and helpful. Beach 5 mins away and is nice and clean. Can't comment on enterntainment and childrens activities as we didn't take our little one with us We had half board and were surprised with a variety of food […] both for breakfast and dinner - a good option for people with moderate budget as eating out in Magalluf is not cheap. Hotellet var ok inte som 4 stjärnigt brukar vara. Verkade vara lite slitet Man fick väldigt små glas med drinkar i hotellets bar Läget var superb nära både pool och hav vårt rum hade en superbra utsikt mot både pool, hav och berg. Dom flesta 4 stjärniga hotel brukar ha fri wifi men här fick man betala för det frukosten var bra fanns mycket att välja […] på. Rummet var ganska litet.Man fick lämna deposition för att hämta strykjärn i reception det fanns inget på rummet. Dejligt velbeliggende hotel med skøn udsigt til stranden. Værelset var rigtig flot med klinker på gulvet og passende størrelse. Morgenmaden super og personalet hjælpsomme og søde.

Utmerket beliggenhet i utkanten av Magaluf, men det kunne vært ille hvis det var i nærheten av feste området, det skulle vært informert på forhånd om dette. Greit nok rom,bra frokost,men ingen informasjon om hotellet på rommet. I resepsjonen var det info, men på Spansk. Høye priser på baren ved bassenget.Hvor var den andre restauranten?

das Hotel ist an einer schönen Lage am Meer . das essen gut, Service gut, Sauberkeit gut. leider sind die zimmer sehr ringhörig.

Hotellet trenger en grundig oppgradering.Det gjelder fasader og innvendig vedlikehold. Skal dere på en ferie hvor ro og stillhet er viktig,er dette ikke rett sted! Det positive: Maten var veldig bra, variert og smakfull Tilgang til stranden er bra Hyggelig personale
