"Third times a charm"
This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel. I love the room decor! (Not to mention the very large flat screen tv). The area seems safe and easy to get on and off the highway. The staff is extremely friendly! The price is also exceptional! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay with the Hyatt. The service was great, all the staff we came across was very friendly. The coffee/snack bar in the lobby was a wonderful bonus! "Dissatisfied."
When we stayed 2 weekends ago, the room was perfect, room 419. This time when we entered the room, it immediately smelled like mildew, & that the air conditioning filter need to be changed. I had to spary perfume to get rid of the smell in the room. I believe this was just an isolated incident, it was room 519. My husband & I will be back.

I have had some serious health issues this last month. I was looking for a day away. I never expected that the room would look exactly like the picture on the internet. But it did. I was so happy to be away from reality for just one day. The physical design of the room was the best. Staff were very professional. One staff member spoke to me on the phone for 15 minutes, giving me directions to the hotel when I got lost.

"Well-equpped & Affordable"
The only drawback about my stay at the Hyatt Place of Kansas City is that it was too short! Loved the comfortable room, the friendly costumer service, and the affordable price!
"Nice surprise"
We stayed at three hotels in the past week. The Hyatt Place was the best hotel out of the three. It was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and soft. The tv was larger than others we have seen in the past. Overall it left a very good impression on us and we will stay at a Hyatt Place again.

"Very Convenient"
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, free parking, and free shuttle. A nice bonus was its proximity to shopping and dining at Zona Rosa. We were surprised and pleased at the size of the rooms. The decor is very contemporary. We had limited interaction with staff, but when we did they were nice. The room was big with a couch and two seperate areas. The staff was extremely friendly. Starbucks in the morning was also a nice bonus.

This was our third time staying at the Hyatt Place KC Airport Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, close to shopping (Zona Rosa), many places to eat, theater, and short distance to many other places (within 15 min drive). The room is always clean, room for all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 teens), large flat screen that swivels, and a refrigerator for left […] over meals, and a separate sink area where coffee machine is at for your convenience. "Fabulous Accomodations"
First time in Kansas City. Must say that this hotel was very nice. It was packed because of the Jayhawks and Chiefs both playing at home but my wife and I were very pleased with the staff, breakfast and the comfortable acomodations. Only thing that sucked was the lack of parking. (Construction)

Very Nice clean rooms.Clean hotel over all.Close to air port.Rooms are very quite and peaceful.Nice living room type area.They have everything you need.Close to shopping and lots of places to eat.
Parking lot is somewhat small. We had an issue with a SUV boxing us in. The hotel staff was going to have the vehicle towed.

"They think of everything."
They even had the shower head pointing towards the wall so it wouldn't spray on me when I started the water. This place was fantastic. I was traveling with others from my office and I think some of them were hoping for more than the contential breakfast we had. The room was perfect!

This was convenient from the airport but a good 25 minute drive to the stadium. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. However, the double beds were a downside. Overall very good experience.

Would recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Wow - we had 3 adults and 3 kids staying in one King Size Deluxe Sweet - we had PLENTY of sleeping room! We brought a "blow up" bed to make sure we had enough sleeping space...we had plenty - 2 adults and 1 child (8 yr old) in the King Bed, and 1 adult and 1 child on the pull out and the smallest child (6 yr old) […] slept on the side of the Sectional Pull Out Sofa! We were there for a concert and will stay again - actually we are looking to stay at the Hyatt in St Louis instead of the casino for our 10 yr anniversary! The Hotel was nice the clean room was large enough for two double beds a sitting area, desk, and wet bar. The bathroom area (shower and toilet) was very small. The smell in the hotel was overwhelming - if you have asthma as I or strong smells give you a headache then this is NOT the hotel for you. "Great Stay"
Room was very spacious and bed were comfortable. We had a mix up when we first checked in with being given a room that had not been cleaned yet, but otherwise, our stay was great. Very close to shopping and airport!

In the middle of nowhere, but if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, this is a great choice.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night before a flight. It was super clean and the room was huge. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small compared to the rest, but the shower was just fine. My room had a small living area attached, which was very comfortable and could sleep an extra person or two if necessary. The clerk at the front […] desk was very professional and helpful. We left early in the morning to head to MCI airport-- it took just a few minutes. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone, especially for extended stays as it's nice and comfortable.
