I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel room comfort - big desk, comfy bed, and huge jacuzzi tub. The free breakfast was decent and very convenient.

The Crestview was very satisfactory. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was an adequate breakfast each morning; many business people frequent the hotel so the offerings were suited to them. Accommodations were roomy, clean and beds were very comfortable. Road noise can be a problem for front-located rooms.

This was a really nice hotel, we are staying here again next week.

Great location and the room was nice, large and had a kitchenette (which I didn't realize when I booked it). Will definitely return to stay next time we're in the Valley.

Hotel room was clean. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad. It was close by to where I was needed to be at. I would stay at this place again.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time my room was at the front, so traffic noise was an issue. This time I asked for a quiet room and was placed at the rear of the hotel. Much better. All I can say is the room was fine, but breakfast was rather dull.

Definitely not boutique, fair price, breakfast B rating , hotel personnel - uninterested, beds comfy, clean - updated room but desk chair's arms had large tears with stuffing coming out - made no sense, bathroom not updated - old & worn looking. Felt as if, because we prepaid online, was given a less than standard room.

Very good amenities for the price. Large re-done room. Hot breakfast, microwave, fridge, desk, 4 premium TV channels, large jacuzzi bath tub. Good location. The only drawback on the breakfast, is everything is always the same, no change of ingredients.

Hotel was very loud. made it hard to sleep. I was on the second floor and could hear everything that was going on, on the third floor. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was a little run down but clean and comfy bed.

I have stayed at this hotel two weekends in a row and each time had the worst experience ever with the customer service. The first time, they would not provide any assistance with an online booking and were completely rude...I gave it a second chance the following week due to the fact that the amenities are decent and the location is what I needed. A […] few days after my stay, I was charged by them in addition to hotels.com. After making the call to inquire, the front desk rep bascially lied and then had to cover that up as to why they charged me for a night that I did not stay. I had to go out of my way to prove my point and was told that they will need to confirm what occured with their staff. After they realized they were wrong, they credited me..but that was a huge part of my work day that I really did not have time to deal with. Overpriced. The first night they put me in a smoking room, because they said that I ordered a smoking room online. OK, maybe I made a mistake but the hotel looked empty and they said there was NO no NO-SMOKING rooms left. They probably were holding those for any latecomers. 2nd night they switched me to NON-SMOKING. Breakfast was just OK, rooms were […] blah and sorta-gross...way over-priced for what it was. Stayed one week - never again. Maid service leaves much to be desired. Had trouble with heating sysyem as well as TV.

This hotel has been completely remodeled and is beautiful. Great location. Well worth the money.

Easy accessibility(beside main driveway), good service, good price, convenient meal, excellent room facilities, My family had a happy night in the hotel. I'll also check in here if I come nearby some day.

Best feature: Large Jacuzzi Tub. This has actually been more enjoyable than I expected, especially after a long drive in. This is a typical Silicon Valley weekday warrior hotel, nothing outstanding but reasonable price, clean and safe. The hotel was comfortable and well-located, though there was a lot of street noise. The room was clean, the bed was fantastic, the shower was wonderful, the buffet breakfast was delectable, and I loved having a fridge and microwave. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. I will never go back here. There are too many problems to list here so I will only mention one. On my first full day I left the hotel at about 10:30 in the morning, returned at midnight and the room was not made up -this is unacceptable

The hotel is not as bad as some others I've stayed...there are even some high points such as the size of the rooms. But the place needs updating. The bathrooms are not that great. Very old. There were hardly any plugs or outlets. The A/C in the room did not work properly so the room was stuffy. Stayed at the Crestview Hotel in Mt. View for a recent business trip. I was very happy with the location, and found the room very comfortable and with everything that I needed. I liked the microwave and sink, and the continental breakfast the next morning. I will definitely stay here again. And the price was great.

Suprisingly, the pictures online matched the room very closely, with newer coordinating furniture and a comfortable bed. The sink/fridge/microwave was nice, but the coffee maker was a pod so could only make 1 cup at a time. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, and some breads. The free WIFI worked flawlessly and was fast.

The problem I had was the address and lack of phone number on my print out. I spent a lot of time trying to find the place because in the area numbering is odd on both sides of the street. The desk didn't seem to care that I was frustrated. Also the door opens out so getting in with luggage was difficult.

My room was very large and comfortable, and I enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet. The location wasn't extremely convenient or interesting. The hotel offers a great value though.

This hotel is not much to look at from the outside, but it is comfortable and centrally located. There are some good restaurants within walking distance too.

Set in a nice neighborhood, yet convenient to restaurants/stores. Very large room, great bed, good breakfast, nice people. Small place with convenient parking. I got a good rate.

I was very pleased with my stay and will stay here again. There was a bar right next door and a fine Italian rest within walking distance.

This small hotel on El Camino Real is a fine place for a business trip. Significantly less expensive than major chains (and usually well within gov't per-diem), it has recently renovated rooms, refrigerator and microwave if you want self-sufficiency, an above-average self-serve breakfast, and a convenient location just a few minutes from Mountain View's […] Castro Street restaurant mecca. No lobby or public spaces to speak of (except the breakfast area), so don't plan on meeting clients here for a quiet drink... but you're not paying for those spaces, either. I'll stay here again. Very clean, Friendly staff, not expensive and close to everything

I was in town for a week for work at Stanford (only a few miles away) and this place was perfect. It made it real easy to get back and forth, plus its not too far from san fran, san jose, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to staying there again.

Crestview is a so-so hotel in an area full of similar hotels. There is not one thing to distinguish it from the others in the same price range. The bed is comfy, the room is spacious and the kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge and wetbar) is adequate. Cleanliness was adequate. Breakfast was okay. When I compare this with the Radisson Suites we stayed […] at in LA, Crestview falls woefully short, and yet was the same price. Crestview is set in a quiet mixed business/residential neighborhood. The only noise we heard were noisy neighbors above us who kept slamming doors and dropping furniture (or something) on the floor until about 3 am. One thing that would help Crestview would be to supply information on local events, businesses, restaurants, etc. as well as TV channels and hotel amenities. We were attending a national event at Stanford University and needed a room for one night. After reading the reviews we decided to try the Crestview and we were so glad we did. The room was large and very clean. We had a very comfortable bed with a great jetted bath/shower tub. Our children were tickled to be able to have a large bathtub with jets and […] my husband's back appreciated it when it was hit turn to bathe. Our room was stocked with the normal amenities and included a hide-a-bed in the living room. The room was very comfortable for all of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was close to our destination and we were greeted with a friendly hotel staff who gave us a great recommendation for our dinner spot. The only negative would be that if you have a difficult time stepping into a high bath you may want to request a room without the jetted bath. Also, the television reception on some of the programs was a bit bad. It these were the only two negatives we were graciously pleased with the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area! I liked this hotel. I got it at a great deal and the king deluxe was great. No cons for this place. Its quiet, clean, super comfy and not too bad lookn.

Was in town for a couple of meetings and snagged a suite at the Crestview for less than the price of a single room in other local hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the room was. Massive bed, loads of space and very tastefully decorated and furnished. My only gripe was the breakfast. No matter what time I came down for breakfast […] there were no hot items left at all. Shame as a couple of slices of toast, a breakfast does not make.
