My room was pretty small; reminded me of an European hostel room or like a small hotel room in Tokyo. The Murphy bed (pulled down from the wall) had a poor mattress so that in the morning there is a big round dent in the middle with my body in it. The shower floor was cracked so that the whole time I felt I was going to fall through it like a sinkhole. […] The power of the shower was very weak. Beware of low prices, shared bathroom is not advertised. Bathroom stinks horrible. So I think guests are peeing in the sink in the rooms, so the rooms are smelling like urine. Very dirty.

Very bad experience. i went there and hotel room was smelling old and felt nobody stayed there for long time construction was going around the hotel. i did not stay there and checked into other hotel.

Worse customer-service I have ever experienced. Computer still broke --- they don't care.

The ONLY "good" thing about this hotel is a computer in the lobby for use. It has been BROKE for a long time, and THEY DON'T CARE about fixing it. When I asked "if" it was going to be repaired, the only response was that it was "annoying" when I asked. This hotel has the best price I found online. It is close to downtown and trainstation. Easy to access public transportation. Once I walked in. I suddently noticed that my room doesn't come with bathroom. Room is so small that can only fit one bed. It looks like a cage more than a room. Blanket is old and full of wholes. The hotel smell really bad, bathroom is small and the staffs are very rude. I just wast my money. I will never stay there again.

The ONLY nice feature about this motel (except for being "cheap") is a computer available for use in the lobby. It has been down for several weeks and the (non-English speaking) staff DON'T CARE. It is a simple fix (cooling fan on CPU), but they don't care.

Everything in the hotel room was beat up and worn out looking. Hotel def shows its age. Biggest plus was the paying the little extra for a King Bed. Bed was comfortable but the room was TINY so there wasn't much walking room. Bathroom had no light in it.

Being close to Caltrain is great if you decide to commute up to San Fran. In general the service there was friendly, and it's really close to Murphy St. that has some decent bars and small shops but honestly...Murphy Beds, bad carpet, and 1 towel per room. This place was 50 dollars for a tiny closet of a room with a filthy carpet. Ive stayed in hostels in 3rd world countries that were much nicer than this place. Wow! I have stayed at countless hotels, and this is by far the worst.

Close to good restaurants, and fair access to 101 in Sunnyvale. Motel is run down, low cost, a fair number of long term residents. Not for tourists. Tiny rooms have shared bathrooms and fold up (Murphy-beds). All expenses spared.

Best value for the buck! I wish I could afford better ones, though.

For the price, the room and location of the hotel was a good bargain. The wi-fi when it works is slow. And the continental breakfast is small and lacks variety.

This is a cheap motel, with all that implies. That given, it is a bit run down, but clean. Service is slow and uncertain. Be prepared to spend time working to get them to find your reservation. Still, the prices are low enough, especially if you don't require an in-room shower, to make this motel a very good bargain.

We showed up to check in as we booked two rooms for our mixed family. They informed us there was only one room booked even though we paid for two. So we were forced to find accomodations elsewhere. The facity was not clean nor friendly nor willing to accomodate our needs. Furthermore, when we tried to contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue we received […] absolutely no feedback or response. For what they were charging, it was a steal for that good of a location. All of the nice restaurants were right there.

This is an inexpensive hotel with no frills. There was nobody at the counter when I first came. I waited several minutes and called out but finally had to leave and come back in an hour. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal, toast and coffee. Bed was OK, TV was big, room was quiet. I chose the king size with jacuzzi. I booked my room cos it was cheap........that place was horrible.....it just sucked big time. I went to quality inn and the manager said he cant cancel the resdervation and i have to talk to hotels.com. Hotels.com has tried to refund me, but the manager did not agree. The place was terrible. This hotel is more like a hostel. The room I stayed in was horrific. Bring latex gloves, a gas mask and don't take your shoes off. Couldn't bring myself to sleep under the sheets on my bed as they were full of pubic hairs. Instead I used a sleeping bag on top of the bed. Shared bathroom and showers are beyond gross. This place is basically one step up from a flop-house and it is clear that many of the guests are actually longer term residents. The building is in disrepair and I got nauseous due to the foul odor in the hallway, but my room smelled fine. The room had several lights not working and the coffee maker reservoir was filled with moldy nasty brown liquid. […] That said the room was overall clean and the staff was friendly... Don't stay here, don't bring your family in there, the worst place I have ever stayed,booked 4 nights stayed 1,run for your life,I can't beleive the city doesn't shut them down!!!! Non-smoking room has burn holes in blanket counters and floor,but it had a little palatic sign that said NO SMOKING ,you could pick it up and move it any where! The pictures looked very good on Hotels.com, however very deceiving. The room was no more than 150 sq ft. Dirty and outdated. What a dump.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and you really get what you pay for. You get a pretty decent deal for the money you pay. Sure, the place is pretty run down, but given the price you pay, it's a pretty decent deal in this area.

Stayed here for another night in a different room. this one was a bigger room and had a jacuzzi in it...was more spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The room was not so clean though and I saw a cockroach moving around...get what you pay for and what not...

The motel looked generally clean, but several areas like the lobby's and stairwells were pretty smelly. The room itself was quite clean and had everything competing hotels had including a microwave, refrigerator, iron box, a/c, etc. The bed was very comfortable too. The rooms are pretty compact...not for people prone to claustrophobia. Not bad for the price at all close to downtown area in sunnyvale, loves jetted bathtub, close to shoreline ampitheatre. Could be a little cleaner and updated, overall pleased with stay and price.

I check in to the hotel from a slow staff member. I almost thew-up due the smell of the place. The carpets were all dirty. I could not get internet in my room, when I told the staff about this they could care less but to offer me to work down in the lobby. Also my heater did not work; it only blew out cold air. I do not recommend this place.
