I have used this hotel once a year, for five years. My husband and I were shocked at how it had become a bit shabby in the last year. Our arrival was at 7:30. We and another guest tried to rouse someone to the front desk and the "dial O" number was busy. When she called via her cell-phone, the call connected to someone in the back room. When we arrived desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and at our age it was great to have an elevator. The room was very quiet and peaceful, with no traffic noise that my wife or I could detect even though we were relatively close to the freeway. We really appreciated breakfast. It gave a great variety and saved us at least $20.00 a day because we didn't have to purchase breakfast for our family. We also loved the fact we could bring our pet and not pay an extra fee.
