Beach was clean and beautiful and it was a quick easy walk to get there from our room. Hotel is worn but clean. Staff wasn't great but not horrible either. Overflow parking 1 block away was in a scary neighborhood. Hotel is in walking distance to boardwalk, shops, and great restaurants. Room was clean. Before our stay I read some nasty reviews but it wasn't that bad. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Me and my boyfriend are under 21 so we were expecting to pay a 200 deposit but when we arrived, the front desk waved are fee. There was bugs on my bed and they never changed my sheets. There were stains on the comforter and they still weren't changed. The tv channels barely came in and wifi did not work.

Too much mildew!!!! Parking lot only accomodate 25 vehicles, overflow parking was across a 4 lane street, with no pedestrian crosswalk or streetlight.

location was great. Restaurant was staff was great, food quality was poor. Elevators took forever, took the stairs several times due to long wait for elevators. Mold in bottom of stairwell nearest the Ocean.

The hotel is in a great location and you can stay at the beach without driving your car. Everything you need is in walking distance. However, the bathroom was dirty. Mold in the grout in the shower, rust on the towel-holder, outdated AC unit makes a muffler sound like a car growling, and there was accumulated dust and dirt behind the toilet and bathroom […] door. The towels were also very small for the pool area and the pool is too small for the hotel. The service was ok but the room wasn't that clean. The bathroom and the walls had stuff all over them to include snot. Also not even the coffee was complimentary. .only thing I liked was the view, the area and the people that worked there.

Hotel staff were very nice and the price was right. Beds were comfy and the rooms were relatively clean. Overall a good place to stay. Great location, everything was within walking distance. We had a very nice view of the ocean. This was our second visit and we will come back again.

Went there for a night. The hotel itself needs to be updated but really for the price I don't have any complaints. Really you don't spend that much time in the room your out having fun on the beach. $69 a night cheap and don't waste your money for ocean front. We had ocean view it's amazing. We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel was very nice and the view of the beach and surrounding area was fantastic. The only drawback was the slow elevators. Also, I really don't enjoy hearing front desk staff airing complaints about other employees. However, we would stay again.

I came here with one other friend for spring break for 4 days. Some aspects of the room were run down and dirty, such as the bathroom. But overall, it wasn't bad. When we got there, we each had to pay a $100 deposit on the room, which I was unaware of when I booked my stay online. We went the week of march 27 and there seemed to be an even mix of families & spring break kids here during this time. Im not sure if I would come here with a family though. This hotel was terrible. The parking is horrible; they have you park across the street behind a restaurant and carry all of your luggage across the street where there is a cross walk but no light. Traffic is heavy on A1A so it's very uncomfortable and dangerous to wheel suitcases across. Balcony was screwed shut and they had to come up and unscrew it. […] Front desk people were very rude and unprofessional. Restaurant service was aweful as well. They are extremly slow and they do not serve a full breakfast; just a very limited buffet that looked so bad we did not stay to eat. The room was VERY run down and even though it was "clean" it felt dirty because of how out dated it was. Bathroom was gross, rust in the sink, piping was exposed under the counter top, tiles were broken and molded. You can see the ocean from the room but your main view is a small beat up parking lot and a hotel that they're renovating on the side. I would recommend paying the extra money for the nicer hotels in the area. We thought we were getting a pretty good deal for $180 a night for a 3 star hotel with the amenities that they have but it's NOT worth it. The amenities are pretty much void - they may have been a nice hotel back in the day but not anymore. They charge a "resort fee" for wifi and parking (HA!) Terrible overall experience. The staff was very, very nice. The hotel however was apparently going through some renovations and that caused some unpleasant things, but overall it was a good stay. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel. Stayed here for a conference at another hotel down the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly, parking easy, internet worked very well. Upon arrival check in was great, room was ok needed updating floors, sinks, microwave and refrigerator need replacing. Second day we had NO WATER after calling front desk and being told it would be on within the hour, we asked how long it was off for and they would not tell us. After waiting 3 hours we called back down and was told again will be on […] in 1 hour, it was back on and running 1.5 hours after second call. I feel they should have called or put notes at elevators the the building had no water for more than 5 hours. There is very little parking at the hotel. I had to park across the street and down a block. They said it was overnight security but I didn't see any. It is across from a strip club and there was a lot of derelicts walking around.
