The hotel itself was very nice - our room was spacious & clean. However, the reservations staff was not very helpful or professional when I called ahead to inquire about parking, which is limited to small vehicles (below 6') & is $35 + tax. Booked this at the last minute via phone. Gave operator criteria and she nailed it. Very clean! Loved the toiletries that were supplied. Secure. Elevators require key swipe to use. "its fine--but certainly not luxury"
I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel. Its fine. I woudl say that they need to have a bedbug consultant come in. It was clean, and the mattress did have an allergy zip wrap. but they had dust ruffles towards the ground (a definate no-no) in these bedbug times. the decor was a bit sad and certainly outdated. Be aware, these are more suites with full kitchens. […] a bit odd for sure if you aren't looking for it or expecting it. The TV in the bedroom was in the closet and the doors didn't really open wide enough to see the full picture. good TV, but not great if you only see 90% of the screen.
