I expected more from a "Hilton". The room could have belonged to a a "Budget Inn" room. Very mediocre. I stayed in less expensive Hotels in Naples that were a lot nicer. Did not have the luxury feel of a Hilton. The walls were super thin. I could hear the child in the next room.

We were upgraded by the friendly staff to the Concierge floor which was good. What wasn't so good was the noisy fridge in the room - we were only there 1 night, so didn't make an issue of it. If staying for longer, than 1 night, they do some good things like having bicycles to go to the beach with and providing chairs and towels to take with you. Very convenient location to Naples beaches as well as those north. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff, nice lobby, would stay there again

Very nice stay. staff very friendly. Great area, close to beach and service provided- chairs, towels for beach excellent. Close to shops.

Love this Hotel - third time staying here. Only problem -- they got rid of all the "free weights" in the gym and have just 1 massive weight that adjusts - and was rarely available. My workouts while traveling are important, so I was sad to see the weight rack go. Also, got rid of the "cold" towels in the frig that existed there - that was also a […] HUGE winner. The person I talked to at hotels.com gave me false information about where the hotel was located and what amenities were inside the room. I specifically asked if the room had a bathtub. I was told yes but there was none. They also told me I could see the ocean from the hotel this was also false. Friendly, courteous and helpful disco rs the staff. Pay the extra and get the 4th floor Bonus package. The service there and by the staff was great. To us tothe beach at clam pass. Bikes to ride. Scheduled taxis and told us where New year party central was at and how to park free. Hotel was adequate. Basically clean. Room needed updating. Looked a little tired. Great location price made it very worthwhile. Facilities were good. Fitness center very small but they have an affiliation with a tremendous outside gym.

Attended a wedding and reception. The food was excellent ans the serving staff was very pleasant. Had breakfast at Shula's and it was very tasty and more reasonably priced than I expected. Overall great experience.

Overall the hotel was well maintained the staff pleasant and helpful. The first night I was given a room overlooking generators and the loud noise made it hard to sleep. I asked for another room for the remaining four nights and was given a quiet one. The music at the pool was loud rock making it an unpeaceful experience and hard to read. The Hilton Naples was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Loved all the little things like the mid-day snacks and newspapers. A nice size pool and hot tub also. One thing we did notice about this hotel and most food places in Naples is that you can not find a Pepsi to save your soul. I'm sure it must be a regional thing but anytime we wanted […] a Pepsi we had to go to a gas station or grocery store to find one. My family and I spent four nights in this hotel, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road of Naples close to the beaches, but the large parking just in front of the hotel entrance helps to keep the right distance from the noise of the trafffic, which you won't hear. The staff is professional and helpful. The […] hotel supplies chairs and water if you tell you're going to the beach. If you don't want to drive yourself there is the hotel's shuttle, though its last departure from the beach is a bit too early (4 p.m.). The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, maybe they could be a bit larger considering the overall level of this hotel. Breakfast is just ok, but really nothing special. The pool is just the average size of hotels' pools in America. There is a tiny fitness room with threadmills and cross-trainers. I enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was clean, the pool was awesome and it's free Bus service to the beach. The driver was from Romania and I enjoyed his positive attitude he seemed like a great guy. I would recommend this Hotel to others. During our stay we found the hotel extremely comfortable with a good size room and very comfortable bed. The outside pool is of a good size and our adult children made good use of the basketball court. My wife and I went to the Hilton Hotel in Naples and we received a great service at all times. The hotel is very nice and the customer service was super !.

Our family of four stayed 9 very pleasant nights. The only two minor suggestions I would make to hotel management is to have a couple of bicycles on hand for younger visitors as our 8 year old was too small to use the adult bicycles, although this was a very nice perk to have. The other note worth mentioning is that a table with chairs would have been […] convenient for us when eating or drinking in the room. Shulas Restaurant was incredible. The service and the quality of the food was second to none. Wear slacks and a jacket to feel in place. Room service was a nice experience. Try the Teriaki Salmon. The kids loved the pool. Nothing was ever missing or short. Towels available at pool side and the Basketball and Pink Pong Table was a nice touch for the kids. The shuttle service to the beach was great with the chairs and iced water included. What a great idea. Would suggest to offer additional shuttles during peak demand. All staff was incredibly polite, curteous and proffessional. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating and exceptional with their level of cleanliness, tidiness and commitment and pride to the standard of their property. Front desk (Dianne) was a real pleasure. Thank you for your warm welcome and helpful suggestions during our stay. Once again a super group of individuals in a super establishment. The hotel common areas were lovely. Our room was nothing special and I expected more from a Hilton. Pool was nice, but not very big. Staff neglected to tell us about some of the features/amenities. Should have offered a Continental Breakfast.

The Hotel was very nice. The only thing that was disappointing was the small pool. Not the pool I expected for the size and appearance of this hotel. We didn't eat at the Don Shula restaurant but our friends did and were impressed. The parking was free which was very nice. Very nice hotel

I went on a mini getaway with my family for three days. The Hilton exceeded my expectations. We were treated very well by everyone. The location is conveniently located by the beach and close enough to the downtown area. The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool area a few times. The shuttle service provided for the beach is great. Even though the […] beach is about .5 away and within walking distance, it was nice having a shuttle pick us up and drop us off. Very good hotel, I don't think you cant get anything better for the price of this hotel. Very friendly hotel staff and service. Great summer lunch special at the Hotel Steak House. Recommended.

This was an excellent choice, one of the best hotels I've been in long time. Certainly some things need change or upgrade (bathrooms, public rooms) but the service and professionalism of the staff makes it up for all the shortfalls. We had great time. Note: if possible take 'executive' floor (4th). Better rooms and amenities.

It included additional amenities such as continental breakfast, evening appetizers from 5-9, and restricted access to the floor. Location is very convenient driving to the beaches as well as to the main sightseeing and restaurant locations. Went for my birthday weekend. I recommend staying on the 4th floor which is the executive level. You have special perks like coffee, snacks, continental breakfast and appetizers in the evening! It was not too far from the beach. Loved my stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place , clean , very good service . Rooms are medium size , not big . The place does`nt have a coffe shop or a restaurant , only a Shula`s restaurant .

Overall our experience was good staying at this hotel. The purpose of our trip was girls weekend to celebrate a birthday. The rooms are older than I was hoping for but overall clean and presentable. The extra amenities were really nice (beach chairs and water). My only complaint is the breakfast buffet and menu. The food was just ok and was not replenished […] frequently enough. When booking this hotel for our family, we had not taken time to review all the perks that were included. Everyone had access to complementary breakfast, hors devours, bikes, the pool, the beach, ........ Our stay was a real value.

For a business trip sort of venue, this place is tops. Top-rate service, excellent maintenance, perfectly clean. Only downside is maybe a dearth of vacation ambiance, but that's quite optional for business destinations.

My daughters, grandchildren and I loved our stay at the Naples, Florida Hilton. It was so convenient to the beach. We were thrilled with the fact we were given beach chairs, water and towels loaded into our car. The bellmen, front desk, diningroom staff and housekeeping were all extremely helpful and friendly. Outstanding value. The hotel is overall pretty much what you would expect from a Hilton. And while the hotel is not located directly on the beach, the beach is easily and readily accessible.
