Posúdené hosťami spoločnosti Hotels.com dňa nov 7, 2012nam sa ohromne pacilo a to aj vdaka vyberu tohto hotela, vyhovovala nam 24hodinova recepcia, parkovanie za 8usd na den, cistota hotela, tichsia poloha, hotel sa nachadza v lepsej stvrti co nam uplne vyhovovalo, ale my sme nehladali zabavu ale skor sukromie :) plaz bola asi 5 minut od hotela, pobyt hodnotime velmi pozitivne :)

We were heading out on a cruise so this hotel was very convenient to the cruise port. Probably could have walked there if it weren't for the luggage. We were told that we didn't have to call for a shuttle from the airport, so I didn't. Another person waiting with me did call, though they were told the same thing, and we still waited 45 minutes. My travelling companion arrived first and checked us in. We were put in Room 101, which was an accessible room. We did not need that type of room. They shower […] got the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. The binder in the room showed breakfast lasted til 10 AM all days, which was what we went by. Unfortunately for us, there was another sheet of paper that had a different, earlier, time for weekdays, which was actually correct. No breakfast for us. This hotel served its purpose for us, which was a place to crash before a cruise. At the rate I paid, though, I would definitely not stay there again. Well other than it is close to the cruise port, there is nothing else going for this hotel. There was used soap left in the shower from the previous guests. YUCK. I booked way in advance for 1 king bed, my husband and I ended up sleeping apart in 2 double beds. Couldnt turn the noisy air system off in our room. Friendly helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast, eat as much as you want, plenty of variety. Located in an easily walkable safe place, two minutes to supermarket and pharmasy. "Airport courtesy pickup service needs improvement."
We had to wait 40 minutes after call hotel request airport pickup. The hotel shuttle bus drive seems not in good mood, lots of sudden stops and goes made me feel like to throw up. This is one of worst bus ride I had. Regardless bad service received, one of us still gave him some tip hope the driver fell better for the day, so to provide better service […] for the next guests. Location for cruise port is great. Taxi to port was only around $6. Buffet breakfast ok. Several restaurants nearby, including a decent Italian restaurant across the street. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean and fresh. We had a little problem with the air conditioner not being cool enough and the toilet needed some attention. The staff was extremely helpful and moved us to a room that was perfect so they could get someone to fix the problems. Breafast was delicious and there was plenty of parking.
