The maid staff was awful, I had to ask repeatedly to clean my room and by time they were ready for it, it was almost 3pm. I needed to come back to my room to shower and get ready for the night. So for 2 straight days they didn't clean my room. In fact in 5 days my room only got cleaned once with one day I gt them to change the sheets, unacceptable. Checked in late after a casino concert. No soap or shampoo, called desk and guard brought up in minutes. Carpet and interior in great condition. Comfortable bed. Slept late but was not harassed (was out by noon checkout time.)
