The people at the desk were very helpful and attentive. I was really happy with their service.

The hotel staff was nice. The bed was comfy. But the tub was filthy when we got there,everything on the sink was dusty. But other than that it was good. Close to metro. Shuttle service kind of sucks,you have to be at greenbelt metro station by 830!

Overall, I was very happy with my stay and most of the staff was friendly and accommodating. One morning desk clerk was rude and made it difficult to arrange for the shuttle to the metro, which was a strong part of the reason I chose to stay at this hotel. Anybody staying here should be advised that the shuttle is not readily available and clerks at […] different times of day will provide different information regarding what needs to happen to arrange for the shuttle ride. I was told when I checked in that I just needed to call 15 minutes before I had to leave and in the morning, I was initially told that I would have to wait for an hour (which would have made me late for my appointment in DC). Beautiful and comfy hotel but not convenient if you're in the area to visit D.C. The metro ride into the city was expensive--almost $10 per person round trip during peak hours--and the metro stops are both a few miles away. Parking for one is impossible unless you have a metro card, otherwise you'll be trapped inside the lot. There is a big shopping […] center nearby, though, should you need anything. My wife booked this room because we needed a night to stay until our new housing was available. When our housing became available early, we had to go there. We couldn't get a refund on the night at the hotel. We never stayed there, and we couldn't even give it away to friends or relatives on such short notice. Everything from the great front desk clerk to the cleaning ladies were in point. The room was very clean & so was the bathroom. We will definitely be staying to this hotel again.

Nice people, good service overall but especially from the staff in the restaurant.

The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and in a great location. I was able to get a free ride to the nearest Metro station so I didn't have to drive into the city. My only real complaint is that the fridge and air conditioner/heat system were very noisy. Once I fell asleep it wasn't bad enough to wake me up, but if you are a light sleeper, […] you might have an issue. That is the only reason I am giving my stay a 4 out of 5. Would definitely stay here again, was in town for business. The hotel provides shuttle service to/from the train station, staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Upon arrival we discovered that this hotel is rather remote for being not far from the main highway. It's a rather isolated place in a business district with inadequate signage to get you to this Holiday Inn. The hotel itself is in need of updated the rooms and common areas. The best thing about this place in our experience was the night front desk […] clerk who received us well and assisted us in the wee hours of the morning to relocate to another Holiday Inn in College Park. This location worked out much better and is only a few minutes away. The AC did not work. The sink backed up when the water was used. The beds were uncomfortable.

Overall the room was ok. refrig and a/c heating units were noisey. Luckily we are used to noisey kids so we slept ok this time.

Staff was amazing..When we arrived we were surprised to see another person checking in who I recognized as my Neurosurgens patient ( the reason for the visit to the area was medical appt) . WHen the gentleman at the desk overheard us speaking he was compassionate enough to offer us a change in rooms on the spot. We got a handicapped room with an amazing […] bed and he even asked if we would need a shower chair! He told us if there was anything we could think of to call down and he would personally see to it that we were taken care of! AMAZING service. Apparently, this hotel is familiar with the needs of a chiari malformation and Ehlers Danlos patient and have several travelers staying enroute to the same Dr. I would recommend ANYONE with any medical need that requires special accomodations. My BFF and I choose Holiday Inn one for its location and second for it's beauty, 3 star rating and internet price. My BFF was visiting from New York and I live hear in the Maryland area we enjoyed our stay, we were assisted the moment we came into the hotel with a complimentary early check-in and then assisted with directions to IHOP. The staff was […] very helpful and knowledgeable, however upon entering our room there was a dirty wash cloth left in the bathroom. My BFF is a tub person however upon taking a bath it was realized the stopper didn't work and because we were in and out we forgot to make mention of it. I stayed in this hotel on the second floor. When I checked in I told the front desk I cannot be next to anyone or accross from anyone because I was doing some recordings. My first night was great and quiet. Sunday was a nightmare. They had a guest that had 30 teenagers in 1 room loud, cursing and screaming till 3 am. There was about 2 fights. All of […] this went on for 3-4 hours without the front desk coming to check. Finally, I called them and asked if they can here the noise and fighting going on. They said they would have someone up right away. Within 3 min the Greenbelt police was there and they cleared them out. I should not have had to call the front desk. These kids were extra loud and slamming doors all night/morning. Overall, the hotel staff was great and the hotel is kept very clean. I just wish they would respond alittle faster to issues. Perfect place to stay when you want to do to Washington DC and not drive into the city. Service and maintenance at the hotel were excellent but the shuttle service is what convinced me to stay there again soon. The hotel makes a shuttle available to you to take you to the metro stop which gets you downtown in about 20 minutes. Upon your return you need […] only to call the hotel and they send the shuttle to pick you up. It was very convenient! I enjoyed my stay but enjoyed the location more. Its near the bus,train and many decent restaurants. Hotel was small and clean. Average. I wish they had an indoor pool

My overall stay was good, but during check-in, the hotel actually charge's your credit card an additional fee of $50 even though you've already pre-paid through a third party. They claimed it was for incidentals that you "may" use. They also claim that they will reimburse your card, but instead of it being reimbursed right away, it doesn't go back on […] your card for 7 to 10 business days. That is totally unacceptable! I stayed on a cold night , the staff was very nice . The room was clean but the heat was way to hot , I turned it on the lowest but it still became uncomfortable also the beds was weak in the middle like they either don't flip the mattress or they get a lot of use out of them. I also Had a 50 dollar hold on my card . I never had that before

The hotel is very comfortable. The linen on the bed is always fresh, the carpet is clean and the bathrooms are always well stocked. Those are three important qualites to me. Room service is excellent.

I was in the DC area for 3 days on business and this hotel worked out just fine. The staff was courteous, the hotel was clean and in a convenient location. I would stay there again when in the area!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable for the price and location with the convenience of a clean and friendly lounge on the first floor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think the hotel over all was nice. I did not like the fact after i paid my fee for the room i had to pay 50 bucks or i wasnt going to be checked in. I also seen a roach in my room that concern me alot. I do not have them n my home and sure would not like to bring the with me either. Besides that i have had my share of hotels and beside them to issues […] i can not say i did not like it. I under stand that people do bring bugs with them so i gave it a pass since it was only one that i saw. Would have like to be advised about the supposedly accidentals fee, before completion of my reservation. However, i enjoyed the scenary, the welcoming attitudes, the well-decorated room and flat screen TV. The restaraunt food prices are way higher than need be, but everything else in this restaraunt is worth the visit.

My stay was for comfortable, even thou it was very short. Very clean and quiet, I would stay again at this hotel in Greenbelt, MD.

we wanted to change our night to stay a day earlier at the last minute on thanksgiving and the lady at the front desk was so nice and did change our reservation with ease .very good customer service and we were pleased with the hotel.as a matter of fact i have come to love holiday inns across the country!

This hotel offers very good service for the money. My home office is nearby, and I will stay here every time I return for meetings. The restaurant is pretty good, and there are stores and restaurants in the area as well. Stayed at this hotel while visiting University of Maryland. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. They have a nice buffet breakfast that stays open until 11-a real perk! Great deal for the price.
