"Close to family that we were there to see"
I had ask the night clerk for a wake up call for 6am on4/23/2012 we had to be at a family funeral but before going there we wanted to get breakfast. We did not get a wakeup call at all. My alarm on my cell was set for my meds that goes off at 7am. If it wasn't for my cell phone going off we would have been late to the funeral w/out breakfast. 2nd thing […] is the coffee cups that nite 4/23 I made coffee in the room. When I reached for the cups to use I notice that the inside of the cups were dirty. We had used the cups the nite before. I ran my finger inside the cup and the film came off on my finger. I called the desk clerk to ask for clean ups and his reply was sorry the housekeeper's have all gone home for the nite. I don't know how to get cups for you. I would have been more than happy to go downstairs to get new CLEAN cups if he said he would get them for me. But he said he doesn't know where to get them. REALLY!!!! I had to find other means to get coffee cups for our coffee that night. Never again will I stay at the Ramada, sorry to say this but they were not clean at all, you can tell by the shower, how they made the beds and the towels. "Disappointing"
My son and I were really disappointed by the condition of ths hotel and the location. We checked in at 8:30 pm and found another hotel to change to by 9 pm.

"RAMADA ON GARDEN GROVE, ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA"
THE BATHROOM HAD A VERY BAD ODOR, OLD REFRIG. TV STAND TO LOW, REMOTE CONTROL TV CRACKED AND WRAP WITH MASKING TAPE. LIGHT SENSOR AT ENTRANCE NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH FOR YOU TO CONTINUE TO MANUALLY TURN ON OTHER LIGHTS IN THE ROOM (CURTAIN WAS CLOSED AND THE ROOM WAS VERY DARK) 2 DOUBLE BEDS, NON-SMOKE
"Ramada Anaheim Area - good for the price"
We were looking for an inexpensive no-frills hotel and got exactly what we expected. Quick check-in, easy check-out, Would not recommend it as a hotel for Guests that are Disney bound as it is a little off the beaten path, but close enough and the cost savings are better than those on Harbor Blvd.
"Nice Place to Stay for the Price"
We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Disneyland. It was about a 10 minute drive to Disneyland. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle to Disneyland which is a plus. Friendly staff. Room was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable except pillows were not and should be replaced. Hotel situated in calm neighborhood. I would definetely stay again.

Beds were better than expected and room size was great . Cleanliness could have been much better in bathroom and overall details .( need better housekeeping ) was unable to get any wash cloths the first bight from staff and housekeeping didn't leave any either ??? "The Ramada -Anaheim area"
Right down the street from my friend's. Service could have been better; all in all, not bad.
"Great hotel in a great location"
The room is large and clean. The ceiling is high, that's a plus b/c the room looks much more spacious. The hotel has a fitness room and swimming pool on site. It has a mini bar and live music at night. It's in the heart of Little Saigon, so if you're into Vietnamese foods, you're in paradise. Staff was friendly.

"Garden Grove, Ramada"
Nice hotel with 40" tv. We were on our way to Santa Monica. Pool was pretty small, but the water temp was just right. We went to a great little place to eat, The Boiling Crab, very good experience.

The area is predominately vietnamese and korean . I enjoy more ethnic areas so this was great for me. Others may not like this so if your an OLive Garden or Cheese Factory type of person it is probably not the best area or you need to drive. The area seemed safe. Clientelle is asian. "Great rate & convenient location"
15 minutes from disneyland. Challenge to find on 1 st nite but due to mapquest. Rooms very clean. Roomservice was fast & food was good.

"Not bad for price though not close to attractions"
The hotel is in the middle of Koreatown and not many other hotels around. The staff was nice as was the room. The biggest flaw is that the hotel is far from the attractions. They do provide a shuttle if reservations are made although the shuttle isnt available later into the night. This part of Garden Grove is NOT Anaheim Area. The hotel and room was clean and well maintained. The A/C was loud.

"Ramada Plaza"
Not bad hotel. We had it for one night. The room was comfortable, and cozy. The staff were helpful. Everything was in working condition. make sure you specify smoking or non-smoking, you'll get smoking.
