Stayed two nights here for Easter weekend. Hotel was nice and very pet friendly. However, the bed was too soft and hurt my back severely! If soft mattresses don't bother you, then I can recommend it.

"Friendly, Safe and Clean"
The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and safe. The hotel is a little tricky to find at night, but not too difficult. We would stay here again.

"Clean and safe"
This property was very quiet which is important to me. The breakfast is fair but adequate. It would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room. This hotel is a drive to the city of Austin so I would not recommend it for someone who wants to be close to the city.
"Pricey La Quinta"
This hotel is in an isolated location off Mopac and 290. There are limited restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Access from Mopac is tricky if you do not know the exact location of the hotel. I had to change rooms because of a defective a/c. This is a fancier La Quinta than other locations but more pricey. "Good Value, super nice front desk"
I had two nights here on a single business trip. It's what I would call a Value hotel - it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but for the cost it was everything I paid for. The front desk was very helpful,smiling and courteous. The fitness room could do with a bit of updating, but the hotel was fine, clean etc. My only complaint was not with the […] hotel, but the location/cab service with anywhere to eat - If you don't have a car, count on having to take a cab to get to the restaurants that are within spitting distance. They are on the other side of the hwy and I was told it's not safe to walk the underpass at night there. The cab service showed up to get me at the hotel, but I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for one to take me back. If the hotel had some sort of shuttle service arranged with the cabs, that would be helpful - given they are so close. "Convenient to SW Austin Area"
Overall, a decent place to stay. The drawing points to this hotel were location and free Internet access. The former was good; the latter was free but had the bandwidth and intermittent access of dial-up modem speeds.
Disappointed. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the staff was uninterested in providing assistance.
"Warm Milk"
Over all the stay was fine. Clean room and nice staff. The only two complaints that I have is from certain directions it was a little difficult to get to the hotel and also the Free milk in the morning was kinda warm.

Not horrible hotel. Akward to get to. Breakfast was NOT a good experience, very basic and waffle makers were useless. Bathroom sink had sweet ants all over it. If my wife were rating it I am sure it would be rated lower, but I've stayed in worse.

I stay here about once a month and always enjoy my stay. They renovated the rooms. How awesome! They look so nice and chic! Even the hallway carpet is new! Good job!

"Good Hotel but a Little Out of the Way"
The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our biggest dissapointment in it was that there is no shuttle offered to take you into the city, downtown or otherwise. The continental breakfast did not have a great selection but what they did have was good.
