Our stay was only one night but we had a wonderful time. Hotel is located in the center of boutiques, restuarants night clubs and all within walking distance. We had dinner at Truluck's which was excellent and afterwards spent time in McCabes Tavern enjoying the music and dancing. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent localization , need renovation!

Nice hotel with a great location to shops, rest., and beach (pool was very nice too). The only negative was that the hotel locked us out of our room 20 minutes before check out. Their excuse was, something must have been wrong with the door/key. However we were just in the room 5 minutes before that and after they reset the door, it opened. We had stopped by this hotel two years ago and decided to stay there when we came back to Naples. While it is not on the beach, one can walk less than a mile to it. You can walk out of the hotel and be where it all happens. Shops, restaurants for every taste and budget. The town is walkable and beautiful. Having an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor was […] a bonus. Avoid this place at all costs. We had booked a king bed for our anniversary and checked in to find two double beds. After calling the desk and visiting the front desk we were met with no solution whatsoever and a general ambivalence to our concern. It was insulting to see an utter lack of concern for what was meant to be a special occasion. We spoke […] to the manager the following morning who scowled at us and insinuated that we were trying to take advantage of her when all we really wanted was them to honor the reservation we made. There was no effort made, whatsoever, to appear at all concerned or make amends and have us leave with a smile on our faces. It was some of the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered and advise anyone reading this to avoid this hotel. The room itself looked like it was from the 70's and hadn't been updated since. The furniture was in poor condition and the room smelled. The linens were not nearly as clean as one would expect at these prices. All in all it was a miserable experience for an anniversary and I am still fuming over it. It took almost an hour to check in. We were given a coupon for breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience. However, breakfast isn't served on Monday. The hotel is nice and quiet. We will consider a return trip.

Rented a "Deluxe Guestroom" for 2 adults and 1 child. Had a kingsize bed and small couch, couch did not make into a bed for the 11 year old child. Was asked to pay extra for a roll-away bed. Just didn't seem right. Parking was not available on site.

we paid full more than full price and we got the worst room that they could have had our down comforter inside was a mattress pad. also the blanket had holes in and was very old and smelled!!! Our room was to have a balcolony with furniture on there was no balcolonyand our view was a wall not over looking anythin but a wall...other rooms over looked […] the beautiful pool and plaza..the second floor you could walk out of your room to the pool. I asked for the second floor but they wouldnt give me one...the room was dark and not decorated at all like florida. Couldn't get a better location, right on Main Street. Despite that, most of the rooms are quiet. Very nice hotel, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel is fantstic. The holiday decorations were wonderful, staff was responsive, location in midst of upscale shopping district is perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is in the downtown Naples area. You can walk to bars, restaurants and great shopping. Small pool on top of hotel is great. Balcony rooms are nice but can be very noisy at night but great nightlife.

The hotel is very conveniant to everything in Naples and in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

Location, Location, Location - Everything that you could want to to is within walking distance!

Front desk personal very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Very satisfied with the room. The hotel is well situated for all the restaurants and shops and only a short walk from the beach. Parking was free. We love going to the pub downstairs. That is main reason to stay at this location. Same owner of pub owns hotel. The people at the pub are always friendly. The people at the desk at the Inn were not friendly at all. This really set the tone for our stay. I had brought an out of town guest and was disappointed on our check in. We enjoyed a clean and comfortable upscale room. The bed was so comfy I wanted to check the brand so I know what to buy when we need to replace our mattress. The 2nd floor patio and pool looked like a great place to sunbathe, but unfortunately we had rain. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Fantastic staff and wonderful hospitality.

Great place for a weekend escape...Spent Saturday night at McCabes(great Irish bar) drinking and dancing and stumbled back upstairs to the room. Room was nice, could use some paint and general maint. but otherwise was very nice, clean and comfortable bed. Would recommend if you like to be close to the bars and restuarants.

Our room was very clean with lots of towels. It was decorated as if we were in the Carribean. The dinner and breakfast room was spectacular because we were right on the ocean. The pool area was again right next to the ocean, again you were able to see the ocean. Sunsets were breathtaking. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants […] and bars. Great location near numerous restaurants and shopping. Free parking and free wireless. A very nice rooftop pool. You can also walk to the beach. I think a little over one half mile.

Whilst visiting family in Florida my husband & I decided on a last minute two day trip to Naples and was very pleased with our choice of hotel - The Inn on Fifth. The hotel is in the historic centre and close to all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful and we were able to book in early which was great. Beds were comfortable although lighting in mirror […] area by bathroom not bright enough. Roof top pool ideal with plenty of sun beds and shady area and car parking was free at hotel. A tip - if you fancy a sunset cruise at a ridiculously cheap rate go to Tin City and take the water bus at 6.55 pm, this lasts 40 minutes round trip and you get a great view of the sunset. In the evening we had a great time at the Irish bar attached to the hotel which also serves a good breakfast. We would recommend this hotel. Ďalšie informácie

Great hotel in a super area...

We spent only one night at the Inn, but found the location very convenient to the local shopping, galleries and restaurants. Front desk staff was very pleasant. The lobby was beautiful - only wish the flowers were real! I just wish we had the opportunity to stay longer!

Very friendly staff. All 5s except I had to park in a lot across from the hotel. This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is in an excellent location extremely close to downtown Naples and beaches. I enjoyed my stay. Clean and quiet. Only complaint was that one of the valet guys stayed in my room til I gave him a tip and did not leave until asked to. He even offered to give me change. As a young lady, I found that appalling especially since I had just arrived. […] Thankfully, I didn't see him again during my stay. Other than him, the stay was beautiful. My four day stay was comfortable and I felt safe there alone. I found the staff friendly and accommodating. The Inn was very clean. Even though my room did not have a refrigerator, I would definitely stay here again!! Love the neighborhood. Great choice.

I work in Naples, but I live about 2 hours away. Most of the time I drive this gauntlet back and forth on a daily basis, but when I have to work late nights, the Inn on 5th is a perfect place to sleep over. It is convenient and affordable. My room was comfortable, the internet was great, the TV was lovely - my only complaint is that my room was dirty. […] There were air freshener wrappers left on the desk, there were black (mascara?) marks on my towels, the old, used comment cards were not removed or replaced, the toilet handle stuck and would run incessantly, and worst of all, when I took a shower and wiped up water that got on the tile floor - the white towel came up a bright rust orange color! It made me cringe to walk around in my bare feet, so I tried not to until I got into bed. Really the whole experience made me hesitant to climb into my bed and use the facillities. However, since I was only there for 6 hours between jobs, I did not complain. And my experience with the downstairs hotel staff made me confident that if I had complained, I would have probably been given a different, cleaner room. My only other major problem was more with the area. No place open for breakfast at 7am? My word! That was rather difficult to start the work day on Starbucks pastries alone. I might have tried the hotel's room service, but it was too expensive for my budget. I might have paid more for the room if it would include a free morning meal. Anyway, I would reccomend this hotel and use them again. My stay was brief and uneventful, and the price and convenience cannot be beat for Naples! Ďalšie informácie

Very nice hotel in a great location. The pool is nice but small. The beach is a short walk away and great shopping and restaurants are right outside the door of the hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only "con" is that the rug in my room was a bit worn at the door and the lighting near the sink was a bit dim. Otherwise it was a very nice […] room and the bed was very comfortable. You may also want to request a room with a pool view. The view from my room was not very nice. The hotel pool was great, room needed to be updated I expected more from the rooms. Bathrooms were really poor. Sink areas minimal. Needed sitting area toapply makeup with mirror. When 3 people in room too crowded. Room way too small for 3 people. Not as good experience as I expected. Dissapointing.

An excellent hotel right in the heart of Naples so was convenient for shops and restaurants. Beach not too far to walk but bring your own chair. Hotel pool excellent and will save you having to walk to the beach every time you want to have a dip. Free parking in hotel and in most of the town. Beds were very comfortable and we had to try two different […] room because the first night we were put in one of the rooms at the back which overlooked the car park and had no balcony. For the rest of our 6 night stay they moved us at no extra cost to one of the rooms at the side that overlooked the main street and the theatre next door and had a balcony that we could sit on and watch Naples. The best reason to stay at this hotel is the Location. It is fantastic to everything you would like to experience in Naples. Close to the beach to shopping, dining and third avenue. I would not rent a car again because we only used it to and from the airport. I do wonder if they gave a room with a view of a parking lot because we booked with hotels.com […] and got a better rate than what one would pay if booking directly and if that is the case I might reconsider booking this way again. We totally enjoyed the Inn on 5th. For downtown Naples there is none better. The room was fine, great restaurants and shops right out the door. Getting to the beach was just a short walk as well. Wake up and put on your complimentary robes, take a swim in the roof top pool! Enjoy the hot tub. This is the only place to stay in Naples. With in walking distance to everything you need to see while visiting Naples. Make sure you visit the Old Naples Pub. This restaurant offers great affordable dining all while outside under a huge hidden gazebo. […] You won't be dissapointed. Inn on the Fifth has comfortable, clean, soft beds. You will rest well and enjoy your stay here. Don't forget to visit the business center to find near by entertainment.
