The hotel was under construction and the phone service was completely out of order. No messages were able to be delivered--even by the front desk staff. The shower was not appealing--room was not cleaned satisfactorily. Would not recommend the hotel nor the neighborhood.

The kind bed had a comfortable foam mattress. Not sure if all rooms do. Some rooms are much worse than others. It appears problems are not repaired - One room down the hall had the lock and door handle broken out and not repaired. If you are picky at all I would not stay here! We called ahead and asked for a good room so we saw one of the best. 213. […] First floor is non smoking and 3rd is smoking and 2nd floor isn't used as much they said. I would not stay again. It would have been good if I could have used the back exit, instead I to walk all the way down the hall, down three flights of stairs, and out the lobby to go anywhere, when there was a back exit right by the stairs outside of my room.Also, there wasn't an ice machine on any of the floors, only in the lobby.

It was clean which I was really surprised about but the bed was really uncomfortable. It sank in the middle and the sheets kept falling off which made me really uncomfortable.

Very confusing to find. There are so many neighboring hotels and this one does not have a very good sign you you think that maybe it changed over names and you walk into another hotel checking to see if that is the same hotel. You definately get what you pay for with this place. The floors in the halls looke like they are never vacuumed and the floors in the rooms turned our feet black. The rooms are old and in poor repair. Also, the hotel web site said that you had to ask for a fridge or microwave, but when we got there it turned out that you have to pay extra for each. […] The hotel website also said that they served a continental breakfast which they do not. The hotel was good for a short stay. For the most part, the room was clean, but the carpets could use washing, and im sure it would help give it that Clean smell. I was satisfied, being thaat the price was awesomely low, but these could be improvement areas.

The people at the front desk we very helpful. The hotel was in fair condition appearance wise but they were working on it as we speak. The pool area was nice. After reading the other reviews I really wanted to like this hotel. Honestly when I drove up it was just as I expected. And, I truly didn't expect much given the price. The people were nice, that is for sure. When I paid extra for the micro and refridgerator they were nice about moving them to a spot into which they could be plugged. However, the nightmare […] began when I went to get into bed. The sheets had been cleaned, but noone noticed that feces stain remained on them!!! And, unbelievable as it might sound, there were a pair of dirty socks under the bed. I had a two bed room, so I slept in the other one as it was late. The next day they assured me they would clean up.. well they did, but those sheets were also stained! And, the bath mat had some sort of horrible mess on it.... I left it out so the cleaning person could see it... and they just hung it back up on the tub. I am really not fussy! I travel a lot for business and all I really need is a clean room, this hotel has potential but they need to supervise their cleaning staff. Oh, and to add insult to injury.. the WIFI didn't work!!! When I walked in my room it smelled of URINE REALLY BAD!!!! So I asked for another room and that room smelled alot better than the first. Other than being in the slums of pensacola, and not being in the room much, it was ok.

It was very far from the beaches and a good distance from the city center, but it was very clean and confortable and I never felt like I was in a bad neighborhood or unsafe. It was quiet and I'll go back when I have a chance.

I did not expect anything but a clean room with a "normal" mattress in the bed. This mattress was very old, broken and ugly. Staff never asked how satisfied you are with anything- they know. Pet friendly means, they charge you additional USD 25!!!!! for a one night stay pet fee. NEVER EVER!

Overall, I did enjoy my stay at the Easy Rest Inn. So, I had no choice but to stay in the room. I was really surprised at how comfy the bed was. I slept good for both 2 nights of my stay. The only thing that annoyed me on the bed was that the fitted sheet would not stay on the mattress. I don't know if they were just too oversized for the mattress of […] what. That irritated me because I found myself each morning having to put the fitted sheet back on the mattress, and I am not a wild sleeper. They just did not stay on hte mattress.The hotel really needs to invest in getting some sheets that actually fit a king size mattress. The other complaint that I have is that there are not enough electrical outlets in the room, as well as no trash can in the room. The only trash can the room had was the one in the bathroom. Also, there also was no blow dryer in the bathroom, so please make sure that you bring your own if you plan on drying your hair. The bathtub was extremely small to take a shower in, about 3-4 inches in width I swear, however I was pleased that the water did stay relatively hot during my shower. This was a big plus! Another thing is that the hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast, and I wasn't informed at check-in that they offered a complimentary breakfast.Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.This hotel is good place to stay if you are not looking to spend a whole lot of money during your stay and just require the basics. The hotel staff is not very helpful. I returned one evening and the room and bathroom were not cleaned, the sheets were not changed and the garbage wasn't emptied. I requested some kind of compensation for the poor service and my request was denied. I do not recommend this hotel.
