"Staff incredibly rude! NB:Palm Desert not SPRINGS"
We (fam of 5) around 7pm after about a 7hr hike from Las Vegas, our mistake took a few wrong turns so you can imagine what 3 kids were like! I jumped out of car and ran in with mobile instead of wallet! I was confronted with a chick on reception (who pointed out her name was spelt with an "e", presumably so I would get it correct in the complaint letter) […] who couldn't smile and was really rude. Other than that the rooms were really clean, great size brilliant for a family of 5 and if it wasn't in Palm Desert (mistake on our behalf) it would have been brilliant. We had a very comfortable stay at the residence inn. We has the 2 bedroom suite, 2 baths, kitchen, dining and living room. Much more privacy then just a one room with 2 beds, and the price was just a little higher. We took our 2 dogs and being on the first floor with grassy areas everywhere made it so easy. "Residence Inn By Marriott Palm Desert Very Pleased"
Ck in took no time at all, same with ck out, best ever. Room was very nice, had been updated recently and the full kitchen was well stocked and ready to go, the bed is outstanding foam and the bath was also fine. "Great Value and Extras"
Residence Inn is a great value. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Large Flat Screen TVs are a plus as well. Would like to see more changes at breakfast for longer stays but it's included with the room and they do have good choices. "Great value for your money"
This hotel is clean, comfortable and a good price for a family. We will definitely stay here again. The only part that could be improved is the breakfast.
