"Quality inn ocean shores"
Room had a strange odor and was crammped for our family 2 adults, 2 children under 5. The pool was cold, too cold for our one year old. The staff was very and helpful, and aside from the odor the room was clean. Breakfast staff worked hard to make sure everything was fresh and refreshed before it ran out. 4 year old loved the free put put golf in the […] courtyard. "Great Hotel especially for the price"
Breakfast buffet was amazing, room was very clean and nice and had flat panel TV and small frig in it. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. There is a very nice 9-hole miniature gold course in the center courtyard that can be utilized by guests for free. The lobby is very nice and inviting with nice couches and chairs for lounging in. There is […] hot cocoa, tea and coffee available just off the lobby 24 hours a day. This hotel is as close to the beach as any of the other hotels on the strip as well. All the hotels are back behind the dunes so there is a bit of a walk through the dunes to get to the beach but that is the case with any of the hotels. You have to drive down one block by the Shilo hotel if you want to drive you vehicle onto the beach but that was no big deal for us. This hotel does have ocean view rooms with balconies for an additional charge but we didn't opt to pay the extra charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They keep a folder of the menus for the local restaurants in the lobby which we found to be very helpful. They also provide guest with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon for the local theater which came in handy since it was very rainy during our stay. "Getting out of dodge @Ocean Shores!"
I (last minute) decided to get out of Seattle with a few friends. I wanted a decently priced hotel with a pool & hot tub. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy the pool & hot tub but the free, yummy breakfast each morning. The weather was monsoon-mimicing so we hunkered down and enjoyed our solitude! Thanks Quality Inn!

We came in late the first night and the staff suggested we go across the street. The place looked like a dive bar but it is a hole in the wall family restaurant with the best pizza ever. The next night we were told of a couple of restaurants but for mosic while we eat they told us to check out Galoway Bay. Great food and fun! "Quality Inn - Ocean Shores - Great Staff!"
My fiance' and I wanted a quick weekend getaway and booked what the website said was a queen jacuzzi suite. When we arrived, our room was a double queen bed. No jacuzzi. Turns out there were no queen jacuzzi suites at that hotel, and the website had been wrong. When we called the front desk, even though we were there on a convention weekend and the […] hotel was slammed, they immediately moved us to a king jacuzzi suite with no hassle whatsoever. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and we had many more good interactions with the staff throughout the weekend. I really appreciated such a friendly as well as clean experience, as I consider myself a "clean freak" and many hotels do not meet that standard. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. From the very start, I was impressed with the people I encountered during my process from reservations to my stay. The lady that took the reservation was very polite and knowledgeable. The two hotel employees were the same. Both asked if there was anything else they could do to make my stay more comfortable. "Quality Inn in Ocean Shores was awful!"
My boyfriend and I booked a room for 2 nights and would have left after the first night if room wasn't already paid for. The garbage cans in the hallway were overflowing the whole time we were there, ice machine and vending machine didn't work at all so we had to walk from the third floor to the lobby to get either. The indoor pool was to cold to swim […] in and very cloudy. When we went down for the Continental breakfast there was very little food left and no place to sit even if there had been. We rented a DVD player from the office ( they have no movie channels, not even PPV!) and had to move an extremely heavy dresser away from the wall so we could reach an electrical outlet to plug it in! Not to mention the t.v. was so old it made the dresser even heavier and of course it wasn't set up for todays movies. It was a big disappointment staying with them and will never do it again!! "Probably not the best time to check in"
Checked in around 4am. Yes I know this is the off season but 20 mins to check in? Get to our room and its FREEZING. While I don't expect the rooms to be 80+ degrees, having the same temp as it is outside is not ok (around 35 degrees). "These people do NOT understand "customer service.""
Two major complaints here: 1) I asked the desk clerk if there was an inexpensive seafood place nearby. He promptly directed me to an expensive steakhouse 2) This place charges a $75 damage deposit on top of your room fee. I was promised this would be refunded immediately upon checkout, but this has not happened. In fact, several days later and I am […] still waiting for my money back. We did not damage the room in any way. When I called I got a bunch of attitude about how they would get to it "when they had time." "Stinky hallways, inappropriate staff"
This hotel is one step up from a dump. From the minute you walk down the halls, you are bombarded with a variety of unpleasant smells that are intermittently covered up by strong detergent dumps. Both my colleagues room and mine had such strong chemical cleaning smells, we had to open the windows to air them out. Parking is all around the perimeter, […] so you have strange cars right at your windows that come and go all night, and the back "ocean views" should be renamed "alley views". The staff we dealt with were totally unaccommodating, and so rude thatit bordered on unacceptable. When we asked to speak to the manager, to our dismay, she WAS the manager. "overnighter"
Right when you walk in the front door you are greeted with a warm smile. The front desk was very helpful on things needed to know. The room was clean and neatly arranged. The only thing that get us was the mirrors, too much and creepy to look at. Overall good place to stay.

"Ocean Shores, WA accomodation"
First off, let me admit we are spoiled by living in a community that caters to tourists and the traveling public. Most other places seem to pale compared to what we know is possible in our community. That being said, we were looking for a place to stay on the Washington Coast. Our favorite place had a fire recently so we started looking for next best […] thing at a reasonable price. There are many choices in Ocean Shores, and this place probably rates in the middle of the choices available. Our disappointments were to find that the beach was about a 8-10 minute walk, but still available...harder when you have to carry many beach items. The motel seemed to cater to young families...probably on a budget...so there were usual family noises past our bedtime. Rooms were adequate but my wife and I commented "you get what you pay for." We enjoyed our stay, however, most of our enjoyment was away from the motel. Being family oriented it has a medium sized indoor pool, and a free mini-golf course available outside. We would probably not stay here again, which means we would plan ahead for a facility that would offer more of the comforts that we expect while away from our own beds. The Staff was helpful and pleasant, beds and room well cared for between our first and second night, so no complaints there. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is on a limited travel budget, looking for basic accomodations, can sleep most anywhere and sleep soundly. You'll probably get along just fine. My wife and I stayed two nights at this hotel and wished we had stopped longer! It's in an ideal location, being close to the beach and National Parks. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was the usual continental fare. Space was adequate.
Staff had everything ready for us and was very helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean...maybe a little on the small side, but was okay. Was quite a walk to the beach on the beaten down paths thru the tall grass, but made for some really nice pictures. They had a great breakfast the next morning and I and my 2 little girls had fun playing on their mini-golf […] course. There was no a/c so it was a little stuffy, but they had box fans in every room. The only good thing I can say about our stay was the free breakfast. No air conditioning on the lower level rooms and the manager decided to put noisy 20-somethings right next to us when the hotel was far from full. We just stayed at the Ocean Shores hotel with 2 small children and it was fantastic! Great location, great employees and the breakfast was really good.
Nice cute little hotel. Decent size room and wonderful breakfast. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

"Quality Inn Ocean Shores is in a great location"
This Hotel is sin a great location close to the beach within walking distance to many attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable . The blow dryer did not work and the bed was a double not a queen that we requested but all in all we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely return in the future.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean beds a little hard for us but nice comforters and blankets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good(waffles, bacon, pastries etc.). Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Would stay there again.
