"Would not go back, really dirty rooms."
Large room, comfortable bed, but the room smelled really bad and it was dirty everywhere. There was food on the walls and on the furniture. Super close to universal studios, less than 5 minutes drive, the fact that includes a full kitchen was a plus, even tho they dont offer have breakfast, the kitchen has plates, silverware, pans and pots, the bathrooms are big and the staff is really nice and friendly. "close to all must-see sights"
It was fine for what we needed for one night. We where there only to sleep, and off again to the parks. There was no one at the desk so I had to call the hotel to have someone let us in, so if I didn't have a cell phone that might have been a problem. the hotel was great. the full kitchen saves money from eating out all the time. Walking distance from Universal. The only negatives are not a very good gym (only cardio, no weights) and the mattress is pretty hard. "My experience at the hotel"
The check in time is at 3pm but I went around 10am to just get the signing in done but the staff were kind enough to find me the room I wanted that was ready for my convenience. When there was a problem with the equipment they were quick to bring a new one to our room and replaced the sheets and towels once a week.
